We have been using Cascade Pet Hospital for over 3 years. The staff including the veterinarians are professional and compassionate. Our 16 year old dog was not doing well in 2019 with multiple organ failure. Using blood work, medication and diet change Monty has been a healthy dog. Dr. Taylor did an excellent job of saving our dog. I highly recommend Cascade Pet Hospital for all your pet needs.

I can't say enough about our first visit to cascade pet hospital. Our 6-month old kitten was sick after her spay procedure (done someplace else) and we were very worried. Everyone at CPH was so kind, professional and our Lola is doing great. We have found our new Vet. Thank you so much!!

Changing from 5 Stars to -1 Star! Great vet until you actually need a vet for your pet. After using them for 4 years when our little dog needed urgent care they couldn't be counted on. Definitely no longer recommend them - find another vet.

After our previous vet retired, we were anxious about finding another vet that we trusted and was knowledgeable about greyhounds. After seeing so many positive reviews, we decided to bring our greyhound, Whipple, to see Dr. Taylor and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. The entire team at Cascade Pet Hospital was friendly, helpful, and made Whipple’s experience as stress-free and positive as possible. For other greyhound owners, this is a great greyhound-friendly clinic. We also appreciated the transparency around pricing. We are so happy we went to Cascade Pet Hospital and will continue to bring Whipple here!

They've been my vet for years. However, my dog will now be late on his preventative medication because they told me they approved his Rx order and they didn't. Now I'm worried for my dog.

Disappointed that I had to change my review. Don't go here, they just want your money and the lady that my wife spoke to over the phone is extremely rude. If you think this place is great, then wait till something is wrong with your pet, they won't help you, they don't care. Wasted enough money in this dump

Cascade has been our vet clinic for many years and numerous cats. Everyone in the office from front desk to doctor is friendly, the space is super-clean, and the care is fantastic. We always feel like we leave with a great plan to best care for our pet, and they always follow up with a phone call. They also tell my cat she is purrfect, so...Love them!

My bernedoodle suffers from high anxiety. When I took her to Cascade she would NOT get out of the car. So Dr. Taylor and her staff performed the exam/shots/etc in our car. They are so amazing, accommodating and kind. This is my fourth dog over several years and Cascade is the best vet I have ever had!

I take both my pets here and they know my pets and they know financial limit so they always find ways for me to help my pets but in ways I can afford. I feel good bringing my pets here and the great care they get, plus they are always so nice to me.

I wouldn't trust just anyone with my dogs and both of my dogs don't mind coming here. The staff are all really good. When it comes to cost they are pretty average. Not super cheap but not expensive.

I am so pleased with the service and care my dog received. My dog had to have surgery to remove some lumps and the staff was amazing! Because of covid I was not allowed in the building but I could tell my pup was in good hands. When I dropped her off she immediately had staff attend to her as I watched from outside. She got so much attention I don't think she even realized I left. When I picked her up she was just as happy and well cared for. The staff did an amazing job keeping me up to date throughout the entire process. Since surgery I've had to take her in for an unscheduled visit and they were great about working her in without an appointment. They have several ways to stay in contact; phone, email or the app. I'm so happy to have found Dr Taylor and the staff at Cascade.

I have a very hyper and anxious Death-row rescue Pit that can not be socialized with other dogs. I was worried this may detour some Vets from taking Munch and I on as new clientele. Luckily Cascade P.H. did not have an issue with Munch’s special needs. Not only do they have a great social-distancing set up right now during the pandemic but they are quick with their work and I surprisingly got some fees waived because I rescued Munch! The staff is always very polite and Munch seems to enjoy his time with them very much. I highly recommend Cascade Pet Hospital for your animal needs, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again, to the staff. You’ve truly made Munch and my experience with C.P.H. 5 stars!

The price is right and the staff is amazing. I was treated with respect and kindness and my dog was treated even better. I cannot express enough how amazing this place is. Id'e like to thank all the staff working on 7.12.18. Its people like you that really make a difference in this world. Thats a chzy but true.

This was our first time at Cascade Pet since we moved up here from Ballard. We are thrilled to have found a vet that is nearby and we were very impressed with the care for our Malti-Poo. Thank you Cascade Pet! We found ourselves needing Cascade Pet's help urgently again, and they got us in - just can't say enough about the care they give. Great to have such a responsible team able to provide excellent care - whether just routine services, or more urgent needs. Again, thank you Cascade Pet!

Cascade Pet Hospital is by far THE BEST place for your pet. I trust them 150% and I am OBSESSED with my dog! We have been to probably 10 different vets in the city and surrounding areas of Seattle and it took us a while to find someone we trust this much. We trust the care, respect, financials, level of knowledge, and customer service. I can't say enough. Recently our 13year old Havanese had emergency surgery, THANK YOU SO MUCH NICOLLE, and got through it with flying colors. She was back to her normal self within about 24 hours. We payed around $1000 for the surgery, but had been quoted $6000 from an emergency hospital just down the street (we had to take our dog there in the middle of the night, but rescheduled with Cascade as soon as we could). They are the best and the nicest business to work with in the city. Got nothin but love for them!

Great place if you can afford it

I've been taking my 13 year old schnoodle to Cascade for many years now, about 9 and I feel she's always been cared for with utmost care.The doctors are knowledgeable and thorough. The staff is constantly pleasant and helpful and they don't do unnecessary tests. This year with Covid they are so booked up and while having a health emergency with our dog, Julie( thank you so much!!:)) found an emergency hospital that was able to take our dog in after hours. I'm very appreciative for having a trustworthy place to care for my dog's health. I definitely recommend it.
