Super easy and simple to shop here. Wasn’t too busy at 5pm on a Tuesday. The two workers (owners?) were really helpful and nice. Also super cute shop kitty there.

Next to Nature is the absolute best! My fiancée and myself love shopping here! We have been able to find several jackets for our puppy here. They have an EXCELLENT selection. We also get our dog food from here as well as we are all about supporting local businesses. They are a little more on the expensive side, but their clothing and jackets are much better quality than big box chains. The customer service is the absolute best! The staff is absolutely always cheerful and helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have. I have met one of the owners as well. She was very kind and held our puppy for the longest time and got to know us. I highly recommend Next-to-Nature. Support this small business with excellent service!

Good store with strong selection of products. Good for food, snacks, accessories. Friendly staff. Not the cheapest but quality goods.

I get my doggos food here (a good spot so he can walk around feeling a productive member of his community) the staff is always helpful, and the store has everything, if not...one of the staff will order it for you, and have it ready for pickup

This has been our go-to store ever since we got our puppy 8 months ago. The employees are always knowledgeable about their products and willing to provide advice and guidance for topics we are not confident in. We had a particularly great experience with Whitney recently - we were so lucky to chat with her as we have been struggling a lot with our picky pup and she had similar experiences with her own dogs. We love that she shared anecdotes of what worked for her dogs, actively listened to what our concerns were and what we needed and then offered recommendations without being pushy. Hopefully our puppy will finally like one of his foods. Thanks Whitney + the whole store!

Great assortment of products at competitive prices! The sales people are wonderful and are always so so sweet to my dog when I bring him with me. Really happy to have this place nearby!

Me and a few friends went in intending to purchase a toy for the neighborhood cat. Immediately upon entry, we were rudely greeted by a worker, and followed around the store as we browsed. Backhanded actions and words were unjustly thrown at us throughout our visit. At one point, as we were leaving, all of the employees were openly staring at us. It was clear they assumed we were trying to steal from them. I can assure you, we were not. Why would anyone steal a small, flimsy, mouse stuffed toy? We all walked out feeling quite frankly, offended. I hope that the employees can work towards accepting and not stereotyping their younger customers.

Well stocked store with large variety of supplies and food. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Bought a new pet carrier and a walking harness. ($99.99 for small black soft carrier) Visited Petco and Petsmart first, but nothing in small or black.

Best experience here. Rain is an amazing employee/person and was so warm, had top notch customer service and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. If I wasn't in a rush to get back to my cat during this lovely rare heat, I would've stayed longer to shop but I will certainly be back! ????????????????????❤️

Staff was very knowledgeable on CBD products to help your furry friend with anxiety and separation anxiety. They also have a great selection of healthy products for your pets.

Great local business! Friendly and even more knowledgeable staff are the reason I've been a loyal customer for years now. Some of their prices can be slightly higher than big box/online retailers, but the sense of community & services that Next to Nature provides is worth it's weight in gold!

This place is the best. I take my dog Biscuit here at least 1x a week. Sometimes to get food/treats or sometimes on our daily walk and Biscuit gets a little treat and kindness from the wonderful staff. They’re always so kind and helpful and you can tell they really love all the animals that come in! We always have a surplus of treats because I love supporting this business!

I used to work here back in highschool and the place hasn't changed a bit. Still amazing service with wonderful smiles. Everyone is saying hi and asking if I'm looking for anything in particular. They have lots of free samples for your pet to try. Everything you get you can feel good giving it to your pet because the whole store focuses on healthy and beneficial nutrition. Even if they are out of an item they have always been on the ball with giving me a call when it's in stock and setting it aside just for me. An all around amazing place for pets.

Everything you could possibly want f oi r your pooch and then some. A bit pricey but worth it.

I have been shopping there for MANY years and I will keep going back. They don't carry EVERY natural food out there but they can special order things and what they do carry is good food. I have always appreciated that they have high standards and as new companies emerge (or older ones change) they spend time investigating to make decisions about letting go and bringing new stuff in.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is big and beautiful and has a huge variety!

There are gifts for every member of the family especially the fur babies. You'll have a hard time trying to decide on just one thing.
