Rude staff. Elderly woman that worked there spoke down to me repeatedly.

Always a pleasure, very caring veterinary experience. Everyone is friendly.

They come to the car for the animal.

The staff and doctors are thorough and explain all treatment options and shoot for the minimum cost while ensuring your pet is receiving the best care possible. Our timid cats felt super comfortable in their office which also speaks to the environment.

Dr. Coffin and the rest of the staff are always friendly, courteous, and provide both excellent service and care.

Not human or animal friendly in any way. Passively aggressive toward my dog and me. Not suggested at all. Boo.

Steve is a great Vet and a good person. We are fortunate enough to live within a couple of houses of Steve's and got to know Steve as a neighbor before he became Zeus's Vet. Before Zeus was a patient he had a real painful evening as a result of an anal gland problem. We were afraid for him and my husband went to see Steve and ask if Steve had any ideas. To our great relief, Steve came to the house, diagnosed and fixed the problem to our's and Zeus's relief. He did not have to do this, but went out of his way as a neighbor. We are and will be using Steve as our vet. By the way - he does not make house calls.

New patient appointment was very easy to make. Dr. Coffin spent a good amount of time answering any questions I had frankly and intelligently. Appointment costs are within the expected range without pet insurance. The staff I met on a slow day were friendly and knowledgeable, and definitely animal people (which is a must!)

Their pricing is very fair and they gave me several more months with my cat and showed genuine concern without sugar-coating risks and procedural options. Thank you IVCC for giving me more time with my buddy.

We have had the absolute best experience at Interbay Vet. Both Dr Coffin and Veronica are wonderful and take great care of our dog. Dr Coffin responds promptly, provides all the background information we need to make an informed decision, and has extremely reasonable prices and is very clear about the prices. It shows that he cares about the animals he treats and has also been available to us on weekends via email even when the office is closed. I highly recommend Dr. Coffin.

Dr. Coffin, Veronica, and every other staff member I've interacted with at Interbay Veterinary have been nothing short of wonderful each time I've brought my puppy in. It's clear that they truly care about the animals and go above and beyond to assure you're getting the best quality of care without paying for any unneeded costs. 10/10 would recommend
