Best experience I've had with a dog daycare/boarding facility! Staff is very on top of things and my dog has the best time. He usually has terrible separation anxiety but actually looks forward to hopping in the vanpool for the ride to the farm in Renton. So thankful for this place!

Ignored attempts when I tried to contact to schedule an evaluation after moving to the area. Finally got a hold of them over the phone, and was told I’d need an up to date fecal test and they could get me right in. Totally fine, mine had just expired a week or so prior, so I ordered a new one. They made no mention of being close to capacity or being nearly fully booked. All around two or three week process to do that with my vet since they’re pretty booked out. Updated my info and used their contact form twice to attempt to schedule an evaluation. Continued to be ignored. Decided to text them and was told that they’re no longer accepting new clients but check the website because I never know when they might open up. Really sucks to know that I ordered a fecal test just for them and that if they had responded to their scheduling form on their website a couple weeks prior, I potentially would have been a customer. Wish they responded or told me they were close to being fully booked. Felt like I wasted my time. Guess I will find somewhere else.

So far so great with this place. We've tried a few doggy daycares and this has been the best by far. Unlike indoor daycares, our dog seems SO excited when he gets picked up and comes home happy and tired. He can be shy but he loves the woman who comes to get him and gives an ever-rare tail wag. I love when I catch him on their instagram stories as well.

Wow... the reviews that talk about these people taking themselves too seriously are right. I called to set up an initial evaluation and they were booked out a month just for the evaluation. Fair, lots of people are traveling and need boarding. But I explained we have a trip the second week of July and offered to pay to do the evaluation sooner and asked if there was anything they could do for us. They're stubborn... she said absolutely not and they also can't make a reservation until we do the tour. Honestly, with that attitude I'd recommend going somewhere else. I don't think any amount of acreage is worth working with people with this kind of stuck up attitude. Maybe their boarding is great but from a customer service standpoint... they clearly don't care. Go elsewhere. Edit: check out their response below! We are A MONTH AND A HALF out from our trip which is a pretty normal time to start planning. In fact, we’ve worked with many dog daycares that ask for a minimum of 2-3 weeks. That’s the norm. These people are crazy and just disrespectful. Maybe if you check your attitude you wouldn’t have so many 1 star reviews. A lack of planning?? Give me a break.

Loved this place for a year until they kicked our dog out, “not because he’s aggressive but because he’s having a bad time.” Come...on...I love him, but he’s a dog.... They take themselves WAYYYYY to seriously. I understand you run a business and that you might not want a certain dog there but part of running a business is being direct with your clients, especially when you repeatedly say “yeah we’ll keep you posted.”Typical PNW passive aggressiveness, ignoring phone calls, not returning texts, stringing us along for months only to kick us out 3 weeks before a vacation we’ve had to cancel twice. Glad I was a loyal customer even when they had a Covid outbreak in the staff only to be treated like this 6 months later. Not reliable, not responsive. If you’re looking to board your dog, go somewhere else!

Dude who answers the phones here is completely incompetent. Ruined a trip I was supposed to be taking to Florida because he booked someone else over my existing reservation. Thanks dude. You reply isn’t accurate to what my situation was. You imply that I was missing paperwork for my dog. Which is up to date and was going to be updated in person, which I was told would be fine. You just booked someone over me and said too bad.

Our dog loves this place. She is usually so worn out after one day that it's like we get two days of exercise for the price of one.

Great place for dogs. Large property with lots of room to run. No kennels.

Our puppy loves it here. Live that the staff has to interview each dog and test how they react to others before approving to let them in. As well as requiring all the current shots and tests done so you know your dog won't contract anything while it's there

My pups got injured on the property by their berry bushes and they failed to inform us about the injury. When we informed them of the injury caused by their berry bushes not my pups behaviors, Davis, I think his name was told us to take the pups to the vet and Unleashed will take care of it and let Laurie know what’s going on. After the vet visit, we spoke to Reese who stated Davis never said any of that which was a lie. When we took them to the vet I found out the cuts were infected and Unleashed failed to give me a chance to address the cuts before they got infected. They continue to deny responsibility and liability for this negligence. If they would have reported the cuts to us we would have been able to care for them before they turned into a vet bill. Reese asked for the bill and told me he would contact me on Monday. It was after 4pm when we decided to call them as we never got his call. Because the owner refuses to take care of the costs caused by the staffs negligence and lack of reporting of the incident to us EVER, he decided he did not need to call me back. Reese then proceeded to complain that my pups were kicked out of a doggy daycare after I reported he realized how strong my case truly is. It’s true that after boarding my dogs at Jax Dog Drop Of 4 days changed their behaviors almost and my pups hate being mounted and hate when little dogs with big dog syndrome constantly attack their faces and feet. Also my Rottie just can’t deal with sitting in a tiny room for hours as it makes him anxious (something we learned then as Axel has only been with us for less than 3 months and we are still learning his personality). That was not the reason my dogs were injured nor do we have any behavioral reports stating my dogs were being aggressive in their care. Reese also failed to realize that not only did they pass the temperament test at Unleashed, I pre-explained all behavior issues during the tour and during the application process so using this as an excuse to be negligent will not fly, nor will failing to report injuries to the owners and reneging on a verbal agreement made by Davis, and employee of Unleashed. My dogs were injured because of their failure to remove the environmental hazard on their “gated property”; caused further injury and infection when they failed to report it to the Owners, and reneged on a verbal agreement by their staff to cover the cost. I read the contract thoroughly and as someone who dealt with contracts and contract law quite frequently, their contract will not dismiss their negligence. I would never recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pups. I encourage you to check your pets daily for any injuries as it is likely they will not be reported to you. What made matters worse is the day the injury occurred, we were contacted by the center that my pup had a small cut on her face from playing. That’s the only report we got. I invite you, Unleashed, to try to explain that away and I’m sorry will not reimburse me for the vet bill your agency cost us.

My dog had been going to camp there for years and we love it. Boarding is also a snap.

We take our 3 dogs out there on a pretty regular basis and they come home absolutely exhausted. I love that we can drop them off for just day camp or overnight stays. It’s great to have a place that they can go explore and be outside and just be dogs and roam around doing what dogs love to do. Thank you Unleashed for taking great care of them!

Really awesome outdoor day care and boarding for dogs of all energy levels. Our puppers came back exhausted, happy, and muddy -- which they absolutely loved! Very happy taking our furbabies there.

Best place to leave your dogs. They are not kept in kennels, but have free reign on 20 some acres that includes lots of trees and a stream. My dogs LOVE to go there. They leap out of the car and run right in.

Our lab has horrible separation anxiety, but when we leave her here she does not. It is a wonderful place for our girls 3 times a week and overnight when needed. They love it.

CANNOT RECOMMEND. I boarded my dog with Unleashed for a 5 night and 1 day camp stay. When I dropped my dog off I informed the staff that I sent along double her usual food (knowing she'd be running like crazy) and asked if it was okay to put her in a jacket when it's below freezing (which it was in the mornings and evenings). I was told that her weight would be monitored regularly, they'd adjust her feeding accordingly, and that it wasn't a problem with the jacket. When I picked my dog up at the facility she was in her jacket, so it wasn't until I got her home that I noticed she was down 5lbs (10% of her body weight - her ribs were showing), she had very infected abrasions/hot spots on both of her front legs, and she had a puncture wound in her upper lip. All this culminated in an immediate trip to the vet where she had to be put on antibiotics, pain meds, and in an e-collar for two weeks. None of these issues were mentioned by the staff and her "report card" was all high marks, so I can only infer one of two things happened: 1) none of this was noticed by the staff, indicating a high degree of negligence, or 2) it was noticed and was intentionally omitted by the staff, indicating a high degree of apathy and/or deceit. For the kicker, I made my feedback/concerns known by submitting a message through their client portal - it's been a week and I have not received any acknowledgment or apology for how my dog faired under their care. Given their ignorance of both their obligation to their clients' dogs' wellbeing and to their lack of acknowledgment of their clients' feedback, I cannot recommend Unleashed.

I've been taking my Weimaraners to Unleashed for daycare and boarding for three years and have never had a bad experience. My work hours changed so we utilize the shuttle service now and it's perfect. My dogs love all of the staff and so do I!

Admittedly, I work there, but it is a great place. The dogs really have the opportunity to allow their personalities to come out while getting plenty of exercise. I have never looked more forward to going to work than I do now.

I had changed jobs and could no longer bring my rescue dog to work with me, so I had to look for a daycare for him. He has crate aggression, so a traditional place would not due. Unleashed was recommended by a friend, and my dog absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly, and the large property gives my dog the exercise he needs.
