Great service, well organized to see our pets safely at this covid time. Diagnosed my dog,s eye issue and explained that all to me so I understood.

Seems like they say what they can do and the do it. Wish there were more...

There is literally no way to express how amazing the team at NW Animal Eye is. My dog Moose has been a patient for several years and our experience has always been positive. Dr. Brantman is amazing - she provides clear explanations and offers an honest approach to treatment. It’s not easy having a pet with eye problems, but Dr. B is extremely trustworthy, kind and will offer an honest recommendation that is in the best interest of the patient. The staff are amazing too! Everyone who works there is truly an animal lover and they will go the extra mile for you. My questions are always answered quickly and the team is extremely responsive. Recently my dog had an urgent need to get his eye checked. Even though this office books out months in advance and isn’t accepting new patients, they found a way to get me in THAT DAY!! It was a relief because we were able to get my dog the eye drops and pills he needed and the next morning I could tell he was already feeling better. As I said earlier, it’s so hard to have a pet with eye problems and it’s something that I wouldn’t wish on anyone, but the team at NW Animal Eye makes the situation so much better and I am so happy to have them on my team!

We took our little guy, Baxter, here as he has an unhealing ulcer on his eye. They were able to recommend a procedure to help it heal and were able to do the procedure the day we brought him in. They were so nice and attentive. His ulcer healed up great and he is doing really well. I highly recommend their services.

They did a great job getting my dog in when she heard her eye. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in getting it healed.

Our dogs 2nd appointment we got a eye drop "prescription" filled for about $26 one little bottle. The veterinarian said it was a mixture that she can make or she may find a pharmacy that has the ability to mix. My niece was visiting and said the top of the bottle looks like the eye drops she buys at Costco 4 bottles for $10-12.00. My husband was peeling the label off, and sure enough same eye drops she buys at Costco! What a sham.

I called here back in February/early March regarding a tumor on my dogs eye. It was taking over her entire eye and becoming infected. I was told by her primary vet that she needed to see an ophthalmologist so I reached out to NW animal eye specialist trying to get an appointment and they told me they wouldn’t be able to see her until the end of April. I emailed them a picture of her eye explaining how bad it was and that it was somewhat of an emergency that couldn’t wait for 2 more months. I was literally crying on the phone begging them to see my dog sooner and the lady on the phone argued with me and even raised her voice at me saying " the doctor did look at the photos and she does NOT think it’s an emergency" Thankfully I found somewhere who immediately prescribed her the steroid pills and antibiotics she needed and we were able to save my dogs eye. I can’t imagine what would have happened if I had waited 2 more months like they told me to do.

My dog charlie woke up with glaucoma and we were so scared. Thankfully we were referred here because we have been given the most amazing care. They truly care for your pet and it really shows. Yes they are expensive but to have peace of mind it's worth it. My dogs glaucoma is now under control and he is back to his normal blind happy self.

Great Staff and Doctors. Really dealt as if they cared for my cat. Knowledgeable and kind, very professional!

This was my first time there, and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful! My pet gets very nervous about going to the Vet, and they were able to keep her calm. Will definitely be going here from now on.

Brought my dog in after my primary vet sent the recommendation. Very glad I did as his condition was in both eyes, one already blind. The assistants were very easy to get an appointment with and refill medications. The vet techs are very well versed in relaying all the info needed and answering any questions. And Dr Brantman was quick and efficient with treatment, as well as very kind and understanding. I had a great experience with this office for the last 3 months or so. Although it is expensive, you're paying for high quality care for your pet as well as yourself!

Pretty easy check-in amid Covid. Had to wait in the car while my dog was examined. Received a call from the Veterinarian himself before discharge which was an unexpected pleasant surprise

Best Veterinary Practice in Renton! These doctors and vet techs are well trained in so many areas!! I have never been so impressed with the level of care my animals have been provided!!! 5 star's across the board!

My little Boston is prone to Ulcers so we are in here A LOT. The staff knows me, and my pup by name. The people here are really wonderful and the care they provide is top notch. They are great with my little guy, and I definitely can tell he loves them too. The team there is really great at answering questions and addressing concerns, while it's nerve-wracking to have to go in as often as we do, I am at least happy it's here with people that we have really come to trust!

They take care of my Rocco well.

I have been working with Dr. Brantman and her wonderful team over several visits. My cat has experienced persistent eye issues since I rescued him as a kitten. NWAES was the first place that really knew and understand his eyes and started to put him on an improved trajectory. NWAES has been mine, and my cat's, "favorite" vet visit. It is a very calm office and location. Importantly, you can go through the standard visits WITH your pet. A lot of vets neglect the separation anxiety and stress impact for the mild convenience. The "bedside manner" taken with my pet was the best I have experienced. My cat was much calmer than usual as they took their time, spoke in soft voices, turned down the lights, let me soothe him, etc. My cat felt better, I felt better, and I felt the care team was as invested in my pet as I am, for once. 5 stars for Dr. Brantman and NWAES. I genuinely wish I could have you as my primary vet, because I admire and appreciate your pet handling and care so much.

Very expensive surgery that did not work..a huge let down. My baby is now on eye drops 'indefinitely' which was probably going to be the case from the beginning. Wish I could've saved her the pain and saved myself the money I had to scrounge up that I didnt have. 99% of the people are really nice and call your baby by name. Lobby is friendly and the have a little dog potty patch of grass that my girl loved.

This place really is wonderful. The staff is so kind and helpful. You can tell they really do care for each and every patient that comes through the doors.

If you are looking for a veterinarian that truely cares about your pet...this is the place! Wonderful Veterinarians and staff, they are all so wonderful and welcoming.

Pacific Northwest Animal Eye Specialist was amazing! The staff were very freindly and very knowledgeable. My furbaby can be a bit spicy (we are still working on being held) but they purritoed him and he made it through the exam like a champ! I'm very impressed! Good news for my furboy..his eye is scarred but ok!! It does take time to get in but the vet and staff are totally worth the wait!

Thank you all for the love and special attention you have given our dogs. Your offices came highly recommended and we are so grateful for all you have done. We will continue to bring our puppies in for checkups and we highly recommend Northwest Animal Eye Specialists to anyone who has pets in need of the best quality medical care for their animals.

They always treat my furr baby well. They are expensive however because they are specialists you are looking to spend a chunk if change.

Above and beyond. Our dog had to go under for dog surgery. They gave us an estimate, communicated effectively, and strove to respect our wishes while giving us feedback as needed. Dr. Brantman removed a cataract from my dog's lens, and she and the entire staff have taken excellent care of him.
