Khal was treated with respect and we were given numerous options to treat his allergy issues. I felt as if my GSD was taken care of very well, made sure he was in great shape, and I left knowing he was healthy. They will be my new veterinarian moving forward and look forward to our next visit!

A friendly and efficient pace for pets. They were extremely understanding and sympathetic when I had to put my Golde Retrever, Rexi, to sleep in their hospital. They made the sorrow bearable.

This is the only place to bring your pets! I felt so comfortable, and the staff was amazing with my cats.

Brought my two dogs into for a check up and shots, the staff here is AMAZING! I highly recommend them to anyone who has a skittish pet, they took great care of my yuki girl and worked with her at her own pace. They showered my other dog Ralph with love and treats while they examined him, thank you guys for being awesome!

I had lunch at Bangkok Basil today. Delicious food!! I had crispy basil duck. The duck was moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. The sauce was wonderful. Panang curry sauce and crispy basil. Just exploded in my mouth. AWESOME!! Best duck I have had in a long time. My girlfriend had crying tiger salad. The steak was tender, wonderful flavor, over mixed greens with mint and tossed in chili-lime vinaigrette and toasted rice meal. WHAT can I say wonderfully, awesome. I will be back. I was not disappointed.

This review has been delayed a long time--2+ years--because it's hard enough for businesses in Redmond to be successful and I thought the passage of time would temper my feedback. My low rating is based on an experience I had with All Things Pawsitive when I day-boarded my dog there. She is a young German Shepherd Dog, and whenever I picked her up at the end of the day, I would ask the technician about the day; how did she do, and is she OK? The responses I received were always "She did great" and "she always sits off to the side to rest when she's tired." One evening I picked her up and was escorted into an examination room by the technician, who told me my dog bit another dog. I was shocked and surprised and asked for details. I felt bad for the other dog and for my own. The tech said the bite was unprovoked and that she observed that my dog had elevated levels of cortisol. Wait--what? The technician also said that she had observed a history of anti-social behavior in my dog. What--what? what? I was surprised by all of this and when I checked out that evening, I was told by the desk attendant that my deposit for daycare would not be refunded to cover the cost of medical attention to the other dog. I didn't fight it, because I just wasn't prepared for all the news thrown my way. Following the incident, I took my dog to the vet for a check-up. He discovered that her front right paw was injured, which explained why she might lash out at another dog, especially if that dog were to come into contact with my dog. There's a very good chance my dog was injured at All Things Pawsitive. We haven't gone to any daycare facility since this incident. My dog is happier and I actually am healthier because I spend more time with her and walk and exercise her a lot more. To All Things Pawsitive: your daycare practices are an accident waiting to happen. Up to 35 dogs are put in one room with a cement floor. They are 'supervised' by one technician who spends her time taking photos of the dogs to post on Facebook. Any opportunities to share feedback about animal behaviors with owners are absent.

Brought one of our kitties in for a checkup. Dr. Estrada was awesome, super knowledgeable and great with our kitty. He usually takes a lot of time to warm up to people, especially vets, but within 15 min, he was giving Dr. Estrada face nuzzles. It was also really nice to be in the room with the vet while he was examining. COVID has been tough, with having to wait in the car and not talk face-to-face. Glad they made the switch back now and with masks so we are all still relatively protected.

I did have to wait outside for quite a bit longer than I expected, but they were very kind in explaining to us the exact situation and keeping us updated (apparently a cat was refusing to return to his carrier. Cats, amirite? ????). We were allowed inside with our pup, and the vets/nurses were straight to the point and professional. I definitely felt like I was in good hands. The vet gave our pup plenty of treats and administered his vaccines. She was also very kind to answer any questions we had. This will for sure be my new permanent vet in Redmond!

We've been taking our senior cat here for the past 7 years, and we always have a good experience. They offer a cost estimate before performing services, so there are no surprise bills. The vets and technicians are all kind, compassionate, and gentle.

Really great office. Ok just started going here, and took my new puppy in for the first time. They have me tons of information for both health and behavior, including emailed links and a packet. The people were kind and caring, super attentive to our puppy and our needs and questions.

Always a great experience, with any of the animals we have brought here. The techs, vets, and front of house staff are all incredibly caring and friendly, even when my dog has been spooky or squirrelly on vet visits. The vets are very professional and communicative, and will work out a good plan for you with your input. I've never felt ignored or rushed out the door, and my dogs have always gotten major tail wags when they figure out we're going to the vet! How many vet's offices get that kind of reaction?

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff. They did a great job putting my usually very timid 3 year old Beagle mix at ease. Thanks so much!

Marvelous. We have seen Dr. Wise & Dr. Thomas and both have been beneficial to our cat's health. Dr. Wise also took the time to listen to our concerns for our cat's health that our previous veterinarian did not. (Surprise: Dr. Wise saved our little one from some serious ear & facial nerve damage!) We love Redmond-Kirkland so much ????

I have been coming here for years for my dog and cat. The staff are all great and super sweet to both of them. I like that they have a second door to leave through if an animal needs to avoid others. They always email a report afterwards which is extremely helpful. With the pandemic, I feel safe taking my pets here. I stay in the car while they get brought in and I chat with the staff through the phone. Considering I have two pets, they are great about booking their appointments together to save me some extra trips. Also the reminders they send in the mail for vaccines are really useful. I put it on the fridge to remind myself to keep them up to date.

responded to my one (of many) emails asking the same question over and over to confirm what shots my kitten would be getting! made this first time cat mom feel safe and explained everything that they would be doing and why. I admit, I was a little nervous sending my cat into the facility without me (because of covid - understandable) but everyone I met or talked to via the phone was so sweet and helpful so all my stress went away! As long as we remain in this area, we will only be going to here from now on! :)

Anxious dog; that is how I would describe my dog. Or what they called stranger anxiety. So we put a muzzle on the stoic dog, he went in and when he came out he was without the muzzle, and happy. What the heck? Like he came out of the spa, all relaxed and chill. Unfortunately, he has a possible knee issue. They gave me options to try step by step rather than start at the extreme. This is really appreciated and very helpful when on a budget. The visit was professional, fast and as a bonus my dog came out happier then when he went in.

Dude love these guys. My dog was scared of dog kennel and they told me since i was late to pick him up that they wanted to try to kennel him.... Well like I said he doesn't like that and they didn't force him! Instead he followed the groomer around the whole time without a leash! Loved her! And when he came out he was super happy and not scared or shaking or anything. They always follow up with us and work with us. I also had a litter of pups. (I gave them to all my close friends.) But when I went in with the baby pups to make sure they were all good. They didn't shame me or try to guilt me into bringing some of the best animals into this world. They helped me and guess what! All those pups go to this vet and love them! Lol. This site along with the fall city site are amazing. Great people always kind and caring. I could go on on but I am sure you get the point.

Fantastic staff. Treated my pups very well. Dr. Estrada is fantastic and very personable. They can also communicate by email which is a huge plus. Some form of patient portal would be amazing, but they do not offer this (yet?), but that would be my only recommendation.
