We had an Emergency with out pet . Because of our careers we were never able to have pets because we didn't have time to give them the love they need. Our Yorkie had and Emergency and this place refused to see her. THESE PEOPLE ARE HEARTLESS.I would advise Any new pet owners to stay away. Find a vet in your area before you need them. Stay Away from this place

I’ve been with Valley seems forever .. always have great service .. prices so much better than all the others clinics …normally they always get me in right away when dogs are ill .. but Covid really made it tough .. on Vets plus pets ! I highly recommend Valley .. they are my main Vets ! Paxton 9yrs old toy poodle .. Harper a Schoodle 2 yrs old had my other poodle Pete for 14 yrs besides others I’ve had though the years ..Thanks Valley Vets & Staff

I was there 2 days in a row for different dogs. These guys were wonderful. They gave my boys a good looking over, checked their past records and made sure I understand what was going on with them. I'm glad to have them on our side!

My dog had is annual wellness exam today with Valley Vet and they were professional, friendly, and gentle with him. The one star deduction is for how difficult it can be at times to get beyond the busy signal to reach them when calling

Love this place! Took really good care of my goat and wasn't nearly as expensive as I thought it was going to be. I found a new vet for all my animals!

When all other vetenary clinics wouldn't take emergency for our sick family dog. Valley Veterinary did. Family pet had sudden illness . We got treatment with compassion professional advise. Great fully appreciated the service and treatment.

Our adopted senior dog needed some help with a few health issues. Even though appointment took a few weeks to get as a new patient, we were able to get him checked out. They were great with my terrified little guy and gave him a supportive and loving visit. Meds,diet change, and a framework for good home care is working well. Thank you care team

The only place we take our cats. I have trouble gettin my phone to work sometimes but I usually catch someone when they come out to let them know we are there.

Valley Veterinary Clinic has cared for our large and small animals since 2013. Their staff is always available! They have been informative and compassionate! Our herd are our loved ones and a part of the family, but they're aging and have chronic issues. Having resourceful intelligent veterinarians on hand we never have to worry and therefore a large amount of stress is eliminated because of this Clinic!! Their phone lines are often busy, be patient it's worth the wait in the long run.

Nice but you need to be a customer to purchase any of their items.

The staff is always amazing and super kind. They go above and beyond for your animals and truly treat them as if they were their own. I am never worried about getting over prescribed, over charged or leaving my kitty with them. Best vet ever!!

Refused to aid my girl as she was in need of medical care

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my dog in due to emergency circumstances, within 48 hours I noticed severe infection, his skin was dying, and I had to take him to another emergency vet spending over 3 grand for the infection and wound itself and is still receiving treatment. Poo on valley vet!! I will never be taking him here again.

They always take extra good care of my pets.

It's a good and solid place to take your pet or pet's, but try not to wait until the end of the week or like I did 4th of July weekend.

Won't take my fur baby anywhere else. 24 hour emergency services are excellent too.
