I have never given a bad review in my life but I felt if I could prevent someone from the heartache that I experienced going here, it’s vital. When my cat was ready to pass away, I brought him here in hopes that he would be treated with respect and comfort as well as myself since I had this sweet boy since I was in elementary school. I was treated coldly, as they seemed more preoccupied with getting my payment for the services then actually providing the service that was needed. After I paid, since that was more important to them, they weren’t patient enough to let him calm down before pricking him and he wasn’t even rambunctious or anything he was just scared and restless. I know my cat and they could have given him a moment and warned me of what they were doing so I could hold him and give him comfort. I was hoping to see him peaceful as he left this earth and instead I saw only fear as his last moments. This may sound very dramatic to some people as I know others have had worse experiences losing a beloved pet. However, I’ve had my sweet boy for 18 years and he was more than a cat to me, he was my family. This is the last place you would want to go in your last moments with your best friend. But I can’t leave his memory full of sadness, I know he is peaceful now and not in pain and that is truly all that matters.

Worst day of a pet owners life is when they have to say goodbye, I can not thank you and your staff enough for the kindness and the professionalism you show. Thank you.

This facility has provided compassionate and knowledgeable care for my family's pets for the last decade. Diagnosis and treatment plan options are explained in a comprehensible manner and include cost/benefit analysis when appropriate. We look forward to bringing our pets here for treatment as needed for another decade and beyond!

Dr. Johnson is wonderful. Long waits to get In. And now they are making you pay ahead of time $50 deposits for any new pet visit?? And won't even accept Care credit for it?? You would think they would take care of long time pet owners??Taking my fur babies elsewhere.

Great with my dog, just a little pricey

South Hill Vet graciously walked me through putting our family pet down. This was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. From the way they handled me on the phone calling in and asking questions about what would be best to coming in with our pet and putting him down they handled it with such grace and compassion. I am SO thankful and impressed and would recommend this hospital for all who are in the same situation. The doctor and assistants we so supportive, and understanding of the heartbreak I was going through.

Well I would've liked to take my cat here but somehow they aren't taking new animals that aren't already in there system so I don't understand how they are a vet.

Though they couldn't get my rabbit in to care for him they were great at helping me find a place that could help me. Thank you for that!

I will never forgive them for trying to deny my dog's much needed medication at a time when she needed it the most, because she was due for a "check up" (it's not as if she was getting blood work done anyways) and didn't even mention it until it came time to refill her meds. (Prednisone mind you.... not the type of medication an elderly dog can miss a dose of). Flock them. They don't care about your pet. I suggest Dr.Pam at All Creatures Animal Clinic. She will always do the most for your pet, yet does everything in her power to save you money, and All Creatures would NEVER pull that kind of stunt on the health of your pet.

Thank god for this place! They were able to see my poor boy and get him some help ASAP, My Bernese mountain dog had a pinched nerve and had been in pain for a week, i even tried visiting ER but they’ve always had a 10hr + wait time. Such a caring place

We had to put our cat to sleep. They were very compassionate throughout the whole procedure. Allowed us enough time to say our goodbyes. Gave your a sedative to help comfort her cause it was hard to find the vein. They made a caster of her paw and sent us a very nice card. We have used them for 21yrs for all of our pets.

Useless. This vet and every other vet around Lakewood and in the entirety Of Washington. If you’ve just moved here because of the military or new in general, you have 0 vets in sight willing to help ????????‍♀️ Yea they have a spay and neuter for fixing but if your cat is sick then you’re better over going in debt at an emergency vet if they’ll even take them.

Amazing service! Dr. Oronia and staff were kind, fast and knowledgeable. I've taken my dog in multiple times for regular checkups and an emergency visit and they have always been amazing!

Took my cat in for a checkup. Turns out Lady Darkcloud is actually Ser Ashpaw ???? communication was very clear as far as tests, care and pricing. Will be back for boosters, and subsequent neutering! (Spay and neuter your pets folx!)

It was my son's dog Bailey that I took to the vet. I had not been to a Veterinary Clinic the past 3 or 4 years. I was shocked at the system they had to take your dog in because of covid-19 the system they had to work really good. And I appreciate you guys taking care of our animals during this pandemic

When you can get in for a appointment they have a great staff.

I have had 2 cats and 2 out of my 3 rabbits go to them (sadly they dont have an exotics vet anymore) Im about to take my new kitten to them and my family have been using them for 17 years and they have been great. they have seen every cat we have had. If they had a new exotics vet you bet my rabbit would be there

Our Pomeranian puppy was attacked by a full-sized Husky. I fought the dog off, my wife called this business for emergency services because they’re close. Nobody answered, my wife left a message about what happened. About 25 minutes later my wife gets a call back. The woman asked if our puppy was being seen there, since we’ve only had the dog a week the answer was no of course. The woman told my wife they wouldn’t see us. By that time we were already at Blue Pearl Emergency Vet.
