Daisy's Pet Grooming Puyallup, Washington

Called in the morning, got an appointment for any dog 5 hours later. He was in and out in 1 hour! My dog is 7, and has never been washed/groomed by anyone but me or my husband. He has also never been left alone with anyone but us (very spoiled). He did great there, and was so happy when we picked him up. Also, he smells so good! Definitely taking him in at least once per month from now on.

I leave my pup for grooming he always look so cute Like alittle teddybear! I also do daycare which is pretty cool I drop him off in the morning and pick up after work it's fun to see him so excited to see the ladies there they are just as excited to see him! I feel comfortable leaving my furbaby with the daisys gals they always take great care of him! I like to hear about all thr friends he's made

Lost my appointment twice, or just didn’t book it. Then the gal tried to create every excuse in the world to not take responsibility. It’s a shame I have to write this review because I have used them often and they have done a good job, I understand staffing issue and booking out… but I don’t understand losing my appointment twice. I left before and came back because I wanted To give them another shot… same thing happened. I won’t use them or refer them again.

50% price hike for nail trims? woof!

I'm still very pleased with this place! I don't live close and did try one other groomer and was not impressed. This place pays attention to detail, tells you upfront a time frame and price estimate. Plus I also feel they really care about my dog. They did an awesome job on my Yorkie mix puppy. It was her first grooming and I was nervous about leaving her but Lola had a really nice groomer and the place was really clean and bright and didn't smell like dogs.

I only come to Puyallup occasionally, this is my first time returning since the pandemic. This business has had to make many changes to be accommodating. I stopped by for a nail trim and now while waiting outside I observed several other people arriving and how quickly they were tended to. My dog was in and out within ten minutes, was happy and I was still able to pay cash so I was happy as where I go close to home is only taking cards at this time. I think maybe the only thing that seemed confusing which is why I give it a 4 star is when multiple cars are there, how do you know who is first? When I arrived no one else was there and someone came out immediately, I didn't have an appointment though I called earlier that morning to confirm they were still doing walk in nail trims.

Worst service. Uneven nails and hold your dog for 6 hours.

It's the only place we take our doggies! It's the best groomer around. Quality service for both you and your dog kiddos. We've been going for years now. In all this time we haven't had a disappointment. Definitely recommend!

Always do a great job just a bit pricey.

Called last week for a grooming appointment for our 4 dogs. Our dogs look and smell great. Our cavalier was matted and looked horrible before the appointment but she was well taken care of. We will definitely be back and will continue to take our dogs here.

I only go to get glands expressed. They still treat my girls and me like very important clients, even if one of them explodes on them! They are super kind and understanding about my girl who is fearful of strangers. Highly recommend! They treat your pets like family!

We just moved to the area, and daisy's was the closest groomers. Very satisfied. Will definitely be back. Fast! Great customer service!

Andrea and her staff care for my dog as though he were their own. On top of that, he looks and smells great when we pick him up. I can't say enough good things about Daisy's. I highly recommend them!

I've been to a few groomers in the area and daisys is by far the nicest they were pretty fast to come help me as I pulled into the parking lot I talked a few of the ladies as well as my groomer and I was really impressed with how prompt they were and how many questions they ask to make sure I got all the services I asked for when my baby was done she was so happy and looked so cute ???? I have already scheduled my next few appointments

Lauren did an absolutely amazing job with our labradoodle! Best. Haircut. Ever. I've had people stop me on the street and ask where he got groomed. The whole staff were so nice and welcoming and I instantly trusted them with my dog. 10/10 can't wait to go back!

After posting this review someone called sent me a message to explain why it takes them so long o groom a dog. I have been getting my dogs groomed for years and none of the other places ever needed such a long time but it upsets me that the person who sent me the message missed the most important part of my complaint...The dogs were clearly denied water the entire time they were there. HOURS WITHOUT WATER. In some instances that could actually cause the death of a dog! In our case it just made each dog very ill due to overconsuming water when they got home and then vomiting all evening. Never will we go there again. It is 9/11/2021 and I just came across my review here and the response. It makes me angry all over again. They clearly were not bright enough for the real complaint to register with them. The dogs were in a hot room for more than four hours with no water! It was even hotter outside. I am just thankful the dogs did not go into seizures or die from dehydration. When we got them home they drank and drank and then got sick. Their treatment of our dogs caused a health problem and could have caused their death. That was my complaint. The time was mentioned largely as reference to the amount of time they were in that hot back room with no water. Is this a practice of theirs to prevent the dogs from needing to urinate? I do not know but it is dangerous for the dogs!

My pug is always so excited to go to daisys she always comes home so relaxed I know she has a hard time for her nails but they always seem to get them as short as possible I love when we are greeted at the door by the friendly ladies I know they love my dog as their own I love the cute little bandanas and flowers she keeps them on for what seems like eternity ❤

My very first experience was an excellent one! My dog looks absolutely adorable! Update- The next time I booked my Chihuahua in for a cut she came back with barely any hair cut. It looked like she only got a bath and nail trim. They advised me that they can't do a shave down and only go as short as a 7 blade. This is the only groomer I have ever heard this from.. I started using the mobile grooming company and haven't looked back! They are amazing and your dog is done in 20min vs 3-4hrs!

They do a nice job of grooming but they kept my dog for 6 to 8 hours. Way too long for my tastes. I schedule an appointment time for a reason. Grooming should take no more than 2 to 3 hours tops. If you are short staffed then don't over book yourself. They are very nice people, just don't like the long wait.

I have been taking my pomski here for several years! They are awesome! And so good with the animals!! I live Daisy's!

They are amazing with my fur babies. One of my boys was injured by his previous groomer and they have been super with him. He loves going to the groomers again. Thank you guys for being so caring and wonderful with Jasper and Zoey!

The staff at Daisy’s are very reliable and are very proficient at communication. I always know exactly what their plan is for my dogs grooming & what the cost will be. They are friendly & truly care about your dog.

Great place to get your dogs groomed. They’ve been taking care of all 4 of my pitbulls for a few years now. They are really close to all the animals that come through their doors and make me feel like they love my dogs as much as I do. They’re affordable and have been a great place to deal with. Highly recommend trying them out.

I love these guys. I take my year old Husky there and they knock it out of the park Everytime. And let me tell you, Huskies are NO JOKE when it comes to difficult to groom. So for them to nail it and allow us to keep coming back is a testiment to good business practices. Keep up the good work and lemme know when I can come get my freebie. :)

Daisy's does a great job on on our Newfoundlands. They get really matted and are very large and it's hard to find someone who does big dogs. We are always pleased with the job they do.
