Petco Poulsbo, Washington

I love Petco quality compared to certain competitors, however I am concerned about the locking of the bathrooms supposedly on advice from the criminal agency CDC, and the latest "moronic" varient. People have emergencies.

Great store, groomers are excellent and always find what I'm looking for.

I use Petco for grooming and Vaccination. Best price, great service.

Alexis the associate that works there sold us our hamster many months ago. She us always so helpful and she is the best

Staff very helpful in finding new allergy food for my recently adopted cat.

Came here the night before picking up our new pup to gather some supplies. The location was clean, organized, and had pretty much everything I was looking for. It's pretty speedy, but that's to be expected at a speciality store. Staff wasn't overly friendly but not unpleasant. I'd return, and my pup agrees!

A smaller store where there is actually someone there for customer service! It will be my go to store from now on!

So many sad bettas in this store, if I could save them all I would. When I tried to get them to give me one that was near death one of the girls was trying argue with me about it luckily one of the other girls working there seemed kind and wanted me to save the fish. Bettas in cups are sad to begin with but that's the reality of bettas in cooperations, but this store appears to just not care for them very well.

Honestly way over priced... the service was good but the prices were very high. I would suggest outsourcing things on the internet befor buying them here.

Then though I went to this location for a vet visit, the employees and vet assistance were all very lovely.

Looked at Beta fish surprised to see so many dead ! And a few of the fish didn't have enough water to swim in! With all those people working you think one would notice what's going on with those fish!!

Kateri does a great job with my labradoodle's spa day. We schedule for every 2 months. Check-in and check-out is efficient. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I went in to replenish for my aquarium. I didn't catch the young lady's name but she immediately came over to help me. Very polite and professional. I will come back when I need some more fish....

My daughter and I visited the PETCO Poulsbo, WA store completely clueless as to what I needed to prepare for the arrival of my new rescue dog. My daughter and I met a store associate named Kelly who was extremely knowledgeable, patient and guided us through what to expect with our new family member, and what some of the best recommended items woluld be to get started. We truly learned so much from our interaction with Kelly and will certainly remain a repeat customer as a result of this experience.

Would have scored a 10 if you had more cat products. Otherwise a good store with friendly associates

I have shopped at the Poulsbo location since it opened. They usually have what I need in stock and the brands I prefer. The staff has been somewhat knowledgeable, always helpful, and pleasant. I will continue to shop at Petco and recommend this store to others.

Absolute worst groomer. Do not take your dog. First time, I still had to pay full service enough though they refused to trim all of him because he was a puppy. Second time, they refused to service him at all because their system messed up and labeled him as small. Horrible customer service. Refused to comp me any cost on the first visit when they would only trim his feet and head. Refused to work with me on the second visit when it was all their system's fault. Will never go back.

Ive always enjoyed the services that are provided. the staff is very friendly as well. I have had troubles with getting my husky groomed before, but since that incident things have gotten better.

I have an Irish Setter and have been coming here for her grooming for the past few years. I have always been pleased with the service and the results of her grooming. The grooming has always been to breed standard. This time the groomer obviously did not follow breed standard and did not cut her legs for “feathers.” She will mat; that is what happens with the breed when they are not groomed correctly. Now at the next appointment, they will charge extra to shave mats as they did this time. Now it is 2 months later and I took my setter back for grooming and to correct the previous issues. I even took a picture of the grooming breed standard for an Irish setter. When I got her back she had spiked hair on her head and neck. I specifically asked that they groom only her legs, chest, and under carriage. This is the end.

When my order was ready to pick up an email with easy to follow instructions was sent. When I arrived for pickup I called the number that was listed in the email. The call was answered immediately and the items brought out and put in my car. The person was courteous and had a smile. That made my day.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff

Don't have much to add except customer service friendly in person. Don't need a receipt as long as you are a rewards member. Makes returns really simple.
