I happily travel 30 minutes to shop here. My Mini Doxy was having mysterious pain issues that I wasn’t 100% convinced were all back pain. Came in and talked to the owner. He is amazing and recommend a food and a few other supplements. It’s been a year now and she has only had one minor episode. Thanx so much. My girl is back to her self again and is so active and happy. I also have 3 puppies that have been started right thanx to Tre’ Bone and are All healthy and happy. I also love that if I need a bag they will hold it for you. I don’t live in Portland so this is so helpful.

The most helpful pet store I have ever experienced! My tire blew out on my car last night, and we were out of dog food this morning. ????I called the shop and were able to schedule a delivery within the hour. THANK YOU so much from Darrow ????, Lola???? and myself. High quality foods, great selection, and the friendliest staff! Highly recommend!

I went in to pick up some puppy food for my mom’s new pup becuase my mom went there yesterday and so I knew they carried the food. The gal working there - possibly the owner I should’ve asked- remembered my mom and mentioned she had dropped something on her way out. She even tried to bring it by her shop later that day but her place was closed. 10/10 amazing customer service. Will be returning for all future pet needs.

Today my little girl and I stopped in for poop bags and a treat before ballet. I left my water bottle there and the person working at that time must have overheard us talking about ballet because she researched and called the local studio to let them know that I left my bottle there. Not only is the store fantastic but the service is incredible! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Tre Bone is exactly what you hope for in a neighborhood shop of any kind. They have a wonderful selection of really high-quality goods, and it's always a pleasure to chat with the people who work there. Serge has even given us music recommendations (upon our request) based on what's playing inside! We love swinging by to pick up cat food--and one or two supersoft little mouse toys, which our cats are obsessed with. We love this shop so dang much.

A fantastic little "Ma & Pa" pet store that has everything you could dream of for your dog. Serge (the owner I pressume) could not be friendlier. We dont shop anywhere else for our dogs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
