I've been in twice now, and everyone in their team of pet care professionals has been very helpful in calming my cat's nerves and giving me suggestions that felt honest and fair. Thank you!

Amazing staff. Always kind and very thorough. We had to say goodbye to our beloved almost 15 year old dog this week. Even though they had a full schedule, they managed to fit us in. Everyone was very kind, gentle and understanding. Thank you, one and all!

Good people doing good works for good dogs (kitties too). Acupuncture for pets is a thing and weirdly enough, it seems to help our old girl. Weird. Compassionate and competent when you need them.

We've been going to Pet Townsend for over 8 years. They are consistently a great place for veterinary care - knowledgeable, consistent, always helpful, very comprehensive answers to any questions. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We turned to the only Vet open while most of Port Townsend was digging out from 5 days of snow. I was grateful this vet clinic was open because my beloved dog, Toby was gravely ill. They had us come right in and immediately made Toby comfortable. We would lose Toby to heart failure, but this wonderful clinic treated Toby with much love and kindness which was greatly appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to rely on them again and I recommend everyone to them.

Friendly staff and kind, thorough veterinary care. Dr. Doll has been especially helpful in treating our 12 yr. old Siberian Husky. He is epileptic, has IBS and allergies and the poor dog does not like being handled much. She has helped us find ways to keep him healthy despite his chronic conditions and everyone is so patient with our dog.

We came here as it was the only vet in town with a open appt on a Friday morning. Our cat was still having problems after the bad flea problem last year when we first moved here the staff and vet doctor were fantastic. I'm glad we chose to come here and will continue to return any time we need to be seen. Keep up the good work.

My pug was born lame. Dr. Lauren Clarke and the staff here and at the Chimacum facility have taken superb and gentle care of him. They are a special group of people. I am very impressed with Dr. Lauren's expertise and compassion. I highly recommend them!

We have unfortunately had to put down four beloved animals this year, and the veterinarians and staff here have been wonderful. The facility is clean and organized, the location is ideal for those in Port Townsend, and the service charges are fair. Five star service.
