I had a horrible experience at this store. I have a medical exemption and I cannot wear a mask. They would not listen to reason and were very rude and disrespectful. They would not let me shop. Well I know where I’m not shopping. Update and response! You would not listen to any reason. I'm not an anti masker I'm anti unrighteous laws and mandates. I tried to state that I have a medical exemption and that it is in fact stated in WA State mandate if that's what you follow. But I was not even listened to and was treated rudely.. A complaint with the WA State Attorney General will be filed for discrimination.

Walked in to get doggy dental adds, and they accused my wife of stealing things they asked her to turn out her pockets. I won't be going back I suggest you don't go back either.

i love this store so much! the people working here are very friendly and knowledgeable and i appreciate that they take covid precautions seriously. :) they have a large selection of pet toys and food and it's always fun stopping in to find a new treat for kitty. so glad i found a nice local pet store to support rather than a big box store!!

Awesome selection of pet supplies- especially for my inverts! I like that they get their feeders locally as well. My feeders I get here always live longer than any of the chain pet stores.

This my favorite pet store! Everyone there is so kind helpful and so loving towards my 2 dogs when they come in with me! Great customer service!!

Everyone at this pet shop is so nice. I love that they are locally owned and operated. Food prices are decent and within reason for being local. Always have my dogs food and they get quality foods in stock. Good treats and bones as well! Im so happy they are in the community!

I was treated terrible, not just once but twice .I will be bringing my business elsewhere from now on. Anyone who treats people like that do not deserve my business local or not. Hopefully the holiday season melts their cold hearts.

Was treated rudly by one of the employees a young woman with light brown hair. when I was checking some light up collars to see what the colors on them look like she started acting like I'm a child. very poor service from this lady. If there is stuff to try if they work it shouldn't be a problem, if its not supposed to be touched they really need to put a sign.

The staff were polite and helpful as they showed me their regular fish and explained why they had so few in stock. Overall they try their best, but if your looking for cool fish try The Glass Box instead. ._ NECROPHANTOM _. (-_-)

This place has great, high quality products for reasonable prices. And their customer service is still surprisingly good, considering the fact that their best employee left about a year ago! Would definitely recommend shopping here.

Always a nice place to go. If they don't carry an item on the shelves they can order it and it'll be there within a day or 2. Prices are good and people are knowledgeable about most kinds of pets.

I walked in to pick up a filter cartridge for my fish tank and left with another cute little betta Jolly Rancher (they already name their fish - cute!), a new tank, and all the goodies thanks to two friendly, knowledgeable, and professional ladies who helped me. I've always shopped the larger stores for some reason, but you won me over. I will be happy to continue to support such an awesome small local business.

Well I understand the whole covid fears. But this place was over the top. The young girl "in charge" the day we were in was rude and impolite. Threatening to kick us out if we didn't follow their over the top protocols. Even as she was explaining them. We had no problem doing as they requested. But to Threaten to kick us out before we've even entered was too much.. Find somewhere else to get your pet supplies.
