Dr. Hoover and staff, certainly made a vet visit during this time of Covid, as pleasant as possible. I appreciate their kindness and the excellent care provided for my young dog.

Do not go to this vet, every time we want to renew the pet food order on chewy the vet holds the order hostage till they can charge us for a unneeded vet visit.

Curb side vet, like everywhere else has to be. My fiance and I took our bully for the first time today. Hands down my favorite vet in Port Orchard. They really took the time to treat our baby like their baby. We have an older rescue bully mix, had taken him to another vet the last 3 years with not the best results. Today at KVH they were able to trim my dogs nails. His previous vet had to fully sedate him, or only get half of his nails trimmed after I have him rx to sedate at home. I'm glad we found the right place for our furbaby. They really made us feel like part of family, and with a rescue, who's suffered previous abuse and has extreme separation anxiety it's important to make that connection and bond. Our dog felt comfortable here and didn't mind leaving our side, knowing he was in excellent hands.

They were very nice and professional both on the phone and in person. Very thorough and knowledgeable. They were truly helpful. They were a little more expensive than the one we used to have, but far better service, so it was worth it.

Our three year old female yellow Labrador receives top quality veterinary care from Dr. Sarah Buck and her able staff. They were the greatest when I brought my Cat Fatdog aka Whiskers in to get euthanized. Made me feel comfortable and they're very caring.

I left them when they had a woman in charge who didn’t contact me when my dog was infected with Giardia for 3 weeks. She didn’t try to contact me. The veterinarians I tried after all lied to me or cheated me so I went back to Kitsap after learning she was gone. That are really great again after she has been removed.

This was our first visit and everyone was so nice!!! The Dr explained everything and all the techs and front desk were so sweet with our pup. and Heather spent time talking to me about Reuben even though I know they were busy. Glad to have found this place!!!

The staff was very sweet and took good care of my dog. Even with curbside drop off, they called me several times to keep me informed of any updates and suggestions for future procedures. We've been taking our dogs there for over 10 years.

As always Kitsap Veterinary Hospital went above and beyond when dealing with my old man. They were very gentle with him and worked wit how cranky he is in his old age. He was not very kind to them, as I feared would happen, and they still loved on him and were very thorough with his exam and treatment. Communication was on point and everything was explained to me in a very clear manner. Thank you all! We'll be back soon to see you all!

After traveling to three vets in Kitsap county for 4 dogs (2 mini doxies and helping with 2 grand pups chihuahua mix and german shep/husky mix) decided to consolidate. Referred to Kitsap Vet by one of their Vet Assistants, Cassie, and we are very happy we listened to her referral. Outstanding services provided by the team, the communication, the app, the care.... I could go on and on. All four of our dog family members were treated individually for breed/age/weight and are home after full checkups, updates on vaccinations, nails, teeth, etc. Three sharing a chair while teleworking.

Kitsap vet hospital has treated our animals for over 20 year and have always been kind to us and our animals. My current dog has a few issues and they have always addressed them with the latest treatments available.

Everyone at this vet seemed really professional and friendly for the most part. However when I called back two seconds after receiving a voicemail from them about my cat being ready to go, one of their receptionists seemed really irritated and snippy with me because there was miscommunication. They also gave me no information about how my cat was going to be after getting her shots, so to my surprise I've been dealing with her being extremely lethargic and sick. I didn't really feel appreciated as a client despite me spending over a grand here. This clinic seems okay, I feel they could improve on communication. Won't be going here in the future, I'd prefer better feedback and customer service.

Extremely professional with the covid process, thank you for taking such great care of my feline Samantha.Although $465 for a simple bladder issue seems excessively high.

My cat died in my arms on 02Jul from the extreme heat. I called Kitsap Vet and was told to bring her in asap. They were extremely helpful with my final wishes for her remains. They answered my questions, and were very friendly. The cost was lower than they estimated over the fon.

All the staff were wonderful with my collie in her first visit to see them. They explained everything over the phone and the different pricing options. They offer a military discount too. I absolutely recommend this vet clinic!
