They sent us home with the wrong dog and sent our dog home with someone else. Then the employee tried to convince us that the other dog was ours, and truly acted like she didn’t care. She even told the other family that she knew we were wrong over the phone RIGHT IN FRONT OF US!!! Terrible service. Will never go back to this place.

My pups love Kit N Kapoodle - they had gone to another groomer for years but they are much calmer and look forward to going to Julie @ Kit N Kapoodle - so happy and so pleased with this change a year ago. Highly recommend them - they took the time to learn to groom my specialty breeds.

My doggy loves this place! They were so friendly, great price, and definitely cared about my dog and his history, and when I picked him up he was soooo happy! He even came home with a Batman scarf. Thank you, I’ll definitely be back!

THIS PLACE IS ALWASY DIRTY AND THEY DIDN'T TREAT MY DOGS VERY WELL. I`VE TRIED TO WORK WITH THEM BUT THEY ALWASYS WANTED TO DO IT THEIR WAY THEN ONE DAY CALLED ME A BAD MAN AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT DO MY DOGS ANYMORE! I FEEL THAT THEY ARE TAKING IT OUT ON MY DOGS! MUST NOT LOVE DOGS. WHEN I WOULD TAKE THEM THERE IT WOULD BE HOURS BEFORE I COULD GET MY DOGS BACK. I FELT VERY SORRY THAT THEY HAD TO BE COOPED UP IN THOSE LITTLE CAGES FOR HOURS. I WONT GO BACK TO THEM EVER AGAIN

They were absolutely wonderful with my little dog who sometimes gets anxious and bites when she's being groomed. It had been a long time since she had been groomed and she was a mess! They were incredibly patient and understanding and she looks fabulous!

I have taken my dog Mia here a few times to be groomed and every time I pick her up she is so happy and looks beautiful. Friendly staff, great and fair prices, and great pet grooming salon overall. I will continue taking my dog here over and over for her grooming needs.

I love this place they are so kind and good with my puppy, she loves them. They are affordable and will always be my puppies groomer.

Worst place to get your dog groomed! I have a Lhasa apso and asked for a puppy cut. I think they misunderstood and gave him a poodle cut. He looked absolutely ridiculous. His hair was uneven and so crooked. I literally cried. They seemed to have mistreated him too because he acted aggressive towards me for a couple days after and just wanted to hide. He's never bitten anyone and on the car ride home he nipped at me when I tried to pet him. If you love and care about your dog then DO NOT bring your dog here.
