Very upsetting service to me .....

We took our dog to get neutered. We dropped him off at 9 AM and picked him up at 9 AM the next morning. As soon as he was brought to us he Peed all over the floor for five minutes straight as if he hadn’t been taken potty since we dropped him off the previous day. I made a comment about how he must not have been taken potty that morning and the lady admitted that he hadn’t. And when we came home he drank more water than we’ve ever seen him drink in the morning before. We are worried that he may not have been given much water while he was there for 24 hours. We are very disappointed with the service.

Consistent good service. I have been proven time and time again that this is the best place for me to take my pets. Care and compassion through and through.

Our dog was ill while we were camping and they got us in the same day we called, stayed late giving my dog fluids, and the staff and vet were very sweet and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. If we lived here they would be our go to vet!

Animal hospital of Omak does not respond to voicemails and often has a busy signal, which is quite frustrating when they can't keep track of their own billing. They'll send overdue notices for the exact amount you've paid and then when you finally get ahold of them they conveniently don't have anyone on staff to fix the problem. When my cat was prescribed a special diet they specifically told me that I could order it online, then denied my prescription when I went to order it from an online vendor. Animal hospital of Omak has been unprofessional and misleading, going there was a mistake made in an emergency. Next time I will go to Okanogan Family Veterinary Clinic.

This vet is amazing. Won't take my animals anywhere else. She's done great with all my pets, both the "normal" ones (dog, cat) and exotic (hamster, guinea pigs, and parakeets).

My dog was attacked and I called around (it was the end of the day), other vets told me they were "too busy" but Dr. Tuttle said to bring him in and she would try to work him in. She gave me a quote and tried to stick close to the estimate she gave me. My poor dog is healing and I am appreciative of the empathy I was shown. She was the only one who wasn't too busy for us (even though she had appointments right up to closing time). Super grateful.
