Lots of aggressive dogs. A dog lost his life there. Overall just a very unsafe place for your animals.

Good when they’re open but the problem is they can’t handle the business they have. Employees are nice, but the owner might be overwhelmed it seems. In the months I’ve used them, they’ve closed down for two weeks to take more money for overnight boarding’s rather than provide a daycare service to their loyal customers. Overbooking boardings by “accident”. That appears to be all about the money. Then they close down with no notice all the time due to lack of staff. I get it’s hard to find staff, I do, but manage the business as such. Limit member numbers, set parameters to deliver a service to your loyal customers.. You never know when they’re open so it’s completely unreliable if you are needing consistent exercise for your dog during the rainy months. I guess the only way to guarantee exercise is to book a boarding and pay extra! Im unsure of how they were in the past, but as a recently joined customer, it’s been terrible. I can’t imagine there was consistency before. I don’t plan to return after the amount of times I’ve been inconvenienced by their inability to communicate effectively. My poor girl suffered many weeks before we finally switched to a professional daycare this week ????

Best place to tire your pup! And Kori does a full evaluation on your pup to find the best routine for them at the facility! They have an active room and a quiet room, If you have a senior kiddo they’ll do awesome in the quiet room where they get to lounge on freshly made beds and watch TV with staff and their fur pals. Staff is very attentive and keeps the safety and health of every kiddo there top priority.

It was great while it lasted. Reason for this review was because of their poor communication and failure to tell me what has been happening with my pup involving other dogs, which doesn’t even sound like him since he has always been an angel at the dog park and with other dogs, but what’s done is done. Apparently my pup has been getting into altercations with other dogs for multiple occasions and no one ever told me about it, until 1 morning, when it was imperative that I have somebody watch him during an important time at work. Needless to say, that was the one time I got told that they suddenly can’t take my dog because of his “aggressiveness.” I would’ve given it another chance had they not kept these reports from me, but the trust was already broken.

Friendly and encouraging staff. Love the cameras to watch your loved pet have fun with other pups. I love the indoor and outdoor environment and cage free.

We've been taking our puppy here for over a year now and love it. The staff is always super friendly and my dog is always excited to go.

My all-time favorite day care and boarding place! My pups love Kori and her amazing crew there. They get excited when they know we are going to Kori's for the day or for the weekend. Excellent care! I never worry when my pups are at Kori's Muttley Crew!

Totally love this place. Always feel very welcomed when I take my pup for grooming. Staff is extremely friendly and professional.

I really was happy they let them run around not in pens ladys there was really nice to me

The daycare is clean and spacious. It’s half indoor and half outdoor so depending on your dog, they can choose to be in whatever climate suits them best at any given time. It’s also great because there’s no potty training regression which has been an issue at other daycares that are completely in doors. The staff are so friendly and genuinely care about my dogs and making sure they have fun and exercise. Staff go above and beyond for the dogs. Can’t recommend this place enough and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to give my dogs the quality of care they deserve.

Cannot rave enough about Kori's. Our family had a long extended trip to see family out of state and we were looking to board our german shepherd. We found Kori's and the rest is history. Our pup loved her stay so much. Prices are very reasonable and this kennel is open so your pup can run around all day. There are also cameras set up so you can see your dog while out of town on the mobile app. Even when we were delayed a day from our trip, Kori's crew were super understanding and worked with us to keep our pup an extra day and night with no issues. Today our pup is back home and even is more mild mannered than before. I don't know if it's still exhaustion from all the fun she's had at Kori's or the training that was done during her stay. Either way we missed our dog so much. We will definitely being using Kori's Mutley Crew in the future again.

Talks bad about dog owners, very unsanitary. The yard crew isn’t trained, they use toxic cleaning material around animals. Gate is wrapped around with cheap metal that hurts the employees and the dogs. The turf grass doesn’t actually drain effectively.

Best Boarding/Daycare Ever! This facility really cares about your pets and treats them like family! I will forever compare every other facility to this one because Korri really is the best. My dogs also seem to enjoy going! ❤

Koris Muttley Crew has been a life saver for my dog Roscoe. He has neurological issues and needs lots of attention and extra care they went above and beyond for us. We will use their services as long as we are here on Whidbey.

Kori is the ONLY person who has ever been able to clip my dog's nails. I love this place and I can tell by my dog's body language he enjoys his time there playing with the other dogs. I will always take Hurley here.

Kori's is definitely the best place to bring your "kids"!! They are all wonderful and love the dogs so much! Clean, friendly and safe! Love them!!

I love this place. They take great care of your dogs and keep you well informed. The have cameras you can review. Give you good feedback about your dogs behavior and really support your goals for your dog. Kori is great and her staff is very attentive.

We bring our bully here from Mount Vernon. I highly recommend bringing your fur-babies here for boarding or even a short doggy play date. The owner is amazing and so is her staff. I love how welcoming everyone is and I love how clean this place is. The best thing about Kori's is that if I need to check on my fur baby I can just open an app to check him out and see how he is doing, LIVE! Also, they are very affordable!
