They take such good care of us and we appreciate it so much!!

Great service and such good care of my dogs. Dr Howard is awesome.

We have been bringing our pets there for 38 years. The vets are always kind and gentle with the animals, and plus the staff is always professional and courteous. They recently took good care of our 13 year old dog who was extremely ill.. Now, she's right as rain. We strongly recommend them. The office waiting room can be a bit crowded, but I consider that as a sign they do good work and have a good customer base.

Dr Howard, the nursing, and administrative staff are fantastic.

i would recommend NOT purchasing their new puppy one year plan for $250. All you get is shots and one wormer. They over promised on the plan. Don't make my mistake yours to.

I only took my doggo to North Bend Animal Clinic once. I was in the Snoqualmie area, when my boy became sick unexpectedly. They were able to see him right away, which meant everything to me, because I was worried sick. The staff and the vet we saw were extremely kind, helpful, and were able to diagnose and treat my baby quickly. The facility was clean and the pricing was affordable. When I needed to collect my dogs medical records for insurance purposes they were quick to email his entire file to me. I would definitely revisit North Bend Animal Clinic if I was in the area. They made my little guy feel better!

Do NOT go to this place! I went today and the staff including the veterinarian refused to put on a mask when I asked and instead did my dogs treatment in the back room. Their excuse is that some pets are afraid of masks. What about PEOPLE who don't want COVID??!? I don't even know if they did a proper exam since the vet was too proud to put on a mask and return to the room. So extremely unprofessional.

Bad, very sad: Called about my creature, who had been a client for at least 5 years. I spent over $3000.00 in the July - August 2020 period. North Bend Animal Clinic never returned the call. Week later I went into their office and explained that I did not get any response from my two calls about my creature, now passed. NO CONCERN AT ALL. All I needed was information concerning administration of the drug they prescribed. AND never a return call with regards to the loss of my friend. I will not be taking my other creature near the place ever.

When we first got our two cats, we had them on an insurance plan with Banfield. Not knowing what to expect, we were blind sided with 7am drop offs for standard appointments, only to pick them up later in the day with them terrified in their carriers that were soaked in... you know. While they were young, a few years passed where we didn't have a vet due to that bad experience. We applied to multiple vets and even made an appointment with one that never called to confirm! This place emailed us back on a Saturday and got us in the following day when we saw they replied back later that week. We reached out because our little guy had some swelling above his eye, but also wanted to get a standard checkup for both our cats. However, mid week, his eye was swollen shut! That prompted us to see which vets had responded, where we were shocked to see when they responded. Unlike the 7am drop off, we were able to be there with them (during COVID) and the doctor and assistants were all incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They didn't judge us for not having been to a vet in a while and made some recommendations to get them up to date with some vaccine boosters. When it came down to the little guy's eye, he gave us quite a few options and fully let us choose. We went with the surgery to get it removed and they were able to do it the following day. We dropped him off the following morning and got a call from the doctor himself around 10am! Our little guy, Riley, was out of surgery and recovering. They commented how well he handled everything, said they got it all, didn't think the growth was malignant, but could send it off for a biopsy to find out what it is. I happily accepted and was given the soonest time to come pick him up. Everyone at this clinic is so friendly and they did such a fantastic job taking care of the most important little man in my wife and I's life. Thank you and we are looking forward to more routine visits with a great clinic.

We’re really glad we switched to this local vet. They listen to your concerns, throughly investigate the causes and then give options. I never feel pressure either which is a nice change. Vets are never cheap but prices here are decent.

Terrible. Veterinarian on staff (female, dark hair) does not listen to owners when it comes to concerns. Immediately went to diagnostics and lab work prior to gathering a full history from owner. Went with a pretty illogical primary impression and treatment plan. Discussed treatment and clinical course with a second veterinarian (different clinic and given same information) and agreed that the treatment plan provided was unnecessary. To add insult to injury, clinic lost all records on owner's pet. Front office staff was very unfriendly (We did have have two front office staff that were the exact opposite though) I do not recommend this clinic.

Compassionate and caring staff - unbelievable care actually. We are lucky to have such a facility here in NorthBend. Thank you!!

Friendly staff, doctor did a great job of explaining everything.

I enjoyed this place. The staff are amazing and the vets there actually care. I worked there for a short time. I would still be working there if my car was reliable like the one I have now. They care extremely about their clients. They are very sanitary and throughout. They train the staff well and they treat each other like family. One of the nicest and caring clinic that I have worked for. Keep up the good work lady's.

Dr. Taylor and Dr. Howard have been nothing short of professional and extremely helpful in general care and urgent situations, both with our cats and dog. I trust their opinions and appreciate their ability to listen to my concerns. Highly recommend them and their kind staff.

Dr Howard and his staff are the best!! I am sure there are many excellent vet clinics out there, but NBAC is the only one I would ever consider bring my 4-legged family members to.

We've been taking our animals to North Bend Animal Clinic for years mostly because it was convenient. Over the last two or three years we've mostly seen Dr. Taylor and now wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Every visit Dr Taylor makes it obvious how much she loves her work and how much she cares about her animal patients and their humans. Can't recommend Dr Taylor and her crew more highly.

Nice staff, Dr is a knowledgeable man, and I felt comfortable and confident with my dog in his care. I work in medicine myself and I appreciate his direct and to the point approach. But you can see that he is cares, but doesn't sugar coat anything. I like that.

Friendly staff. Great with my puppy. Looking forward to a long relationship with my local vet office.
