The best place to take your animals to!!!

I'm not sure what we would do without Dr. Bowman and Priceless. We have two old Siamese cats that need more and more care these days. Dr. Bowman is incredibly calming, professional, and most importantly, caring. She takes the time to listen to us and does a great job of explaining herself. The prices are fair, and clearly communicated. The problem with being the best vet in the area is availability, and the Priceless team has made dramatic improvements to help meet demand (thank you!!!).

I've been a Client for many years and just tried to bring my Dog in for exam but was told the earliest he could be seen is late October because they are overbooked ! And Why ? They are accepting new patients , and why would you do that if you can't take care of your long term existing Clients ? They should be the Priority over new patients , I'm very unsatisfied , disappointed and angry that you would accept new patients when you can't see your long term Clients First who should take Priority

Hands down the favorite place to take our doodle! He is scared of most groomers but does well here. They always do a great job!

Professional, friendly and great price

This is a fantastic veterinary office with an amazing team of people that truly love animals. They provide excellent customer service as well. We have always been worked with to only have the specific needs of our animals met--they are totally full disclosure about what's needed now and what isn't. All around great place with great people. I love seeing anyone else show my fur-babies genuine affection. Definitely the people-persons-animal-people ????

Our family has been going there with my animals since the day they opened but i am no longer giving them my service after today. Ive had a couple weird interactions with them as well as people i know that live in the community, but today did it for me. I was talking to Cindy on the phone. She had just got back from weeks worth of vacation and evidently wishes she was still on vacation because she chose to hung up on me while in the middle of us talking, rather then completing her job. I tried calling back multiple times and no answer. So i went into the clinic to ask my questions that i needed answered and she lied about the situation. If she is treating people like that then who knows how they are treating pets behind closed doors.

This has been my vet for the past 4 years. Staff and vets are outstanding.

I have been here three times and have been very impressed each time. All the staff appear professional and are extremely kind and helpful. The veterinary staff are so loving towards the patients and make the process as comfortable as possible for the humans and the animals.

I would give a 5 star, though, when waiting for paperwork for one of my pets I heard an assistant in the back yelling at a dog to stop crying/yelling. Made me wonder if my dog had the same treatment. Other than that, the vets are very friendly and supportive.

Excellent walk in clinic. The vets and staff are great, and visits have been affordable. After six years, the only reason I stopped taking my pets here is because I moved.

Please update your website that you are no longer a walk in clinic. That way people won’t waste their valuable time waiting!

They have taken care of my pets for 5 years. Helped me when I had to take my almost 17 yr old Lily to the rainbow bridge. So caring! Still giving my boy Oscar great care!

I love them. The only reason I changed vets is that the heart medicine my did is prescribed can't be found anywhere. Even online it is out of stock and the vet that I changed to had the medicine

The best care and concern for my pets that ive ever recieved during their lives. Their great with all their seperate personalities. I absolutely love this clinic and so does my pets. Both my cats and my little doggies.

Very knowledgeable and gentle with my dog i have already recommended this place to 3 friends. I wanted information on how to breed my dog b4 snipping time and they found me places where i could have that done. Wonderful place to have look after your dog. The best part is they ask before doing anything and that keeps my mind at ease knowing that nothing is being done to my dog without my knowledge and permission..O... 1 more thing... They're very reasonably priced

This is the worst pet clinic I have ever been to. I came here to solve my dogs issues, and they did not even find a solution or a diagnosis. They gave my dog medicine that clearly did not work and we had to keep coming back, till my dog actually ended up passing. They said that she had “Kidney Failure”, but there were no clear signs of my dog having kidney failure. Horrible experience. Do not recommend to ANYONE. I also do not the young ladies that work there. They clearly do not know what they are doing.

A couple of months ago, I had an issue with my dog and took her to the vet for treatment and after a couple of trips, my dog passed away. I eventually just got another dog, and I work in Monroe 1030-1530 and the time it gets to go down, they are normally closed by then. I also called in a couple of times to try to get an appointment and ended up going there to wait for them to see if it would work. So I called in to see if I can go in earlier to my appointment and the person was rude to me. They told me that I cannot. I eventually made an appointment and got there early and waited a couple of hours and was late for work and was not willing to work with me despite having me reschedule a couple of times and letting me schedule my dog for her shots.

Super compassionate and fast. I will absolutely go to them again.
