Had 4 cats spayed and neutered here plus kitten shots. Great price and service. Was able to get appointments in shorter time than other clinics. Glad I came here. Also have flea medications and de wormer for sale.

This is not our regular vet, but it’s impossible to find appointments these days, my dog needed to be seen on short notice, and they kindly squeezed us in. My dog hates being at the vets office, but the staff were patient and kind with her. I would recommend this office.

Excellent customer (& kitten) service and very reasonable pricing. Adequate time was taken to answer my questions thoroughly and I felt authentic care and concern for my kittens from all staff members at our 1st well-check visit.

I am very pleased with this clinic. No complaints, I highly recommend them! They do a good job and are affordable compared to many other vets in the area (pertaining to the cost to spay and neuter kittens/cats)

———————————————— ʜɪ⚞₍⑅ᐢ.ˬ.ᐢ₎——————————————————— I got a recommended here by a different veterinarian in Mount Vernon when asking if they knew any vets taking in new clients as they were not. My 3 fur-babies (kittens) saw the Vet here and they were thrilled. /ᐠ .ᆺ. ᐟ\ /ᐠ. ᴗ.ᐟ\ /ᐠ。▿。ᐟ\*ᵖᵘʳʳ* He was very kind to them and handled them with respect. He answered all my questions and asked me if I had any. When I asked about food/parasite care he was very informative and prepared! You can tell he really cares about animals! The staff was also very pleasant. My oldest baby is getting a neuter procedure done from here so I'll update on that when that's over. But for now I'll say this place is cat-approved! ————————————————————————————————————————— UPDATE: My Oldest Kitten came home safe and sound (*^ワ ^ *) His neuter was a success and he didn't show a hint of being in pain despite his snip-snip! ————————————————————————————————————————— My baby puppy girl ▼・ᴥ・▼ was having bad diarrhea and she wasn't very happy. The vet here quickly assessed the situation and looked at her sample! He gave us medication and suggested a health plan for her! Even though they were busy he took the time to answer my questions as well! I am very happy with the results! :> The staff was also very kind and experienced! It was a truly warm atmosphere all around!!! I definitely recommend this vet! o͡͡͡͡͡͡͡͡͡͡͡͡͡͡╮(。ᐤヮᐤ。)╭o͡͡͡͡͡͡͡͡͡͡͡͡͡͡ —————————————————————————————————————————

This clinic recently changed ownership. I live a mile away and have been looking for a vet for my senior cat. I dropped in to buy some special diet food and was treated with disrespect, demeaning unprofessional money centric behavior from the actual doctor. I walked in (door open) @ 5:15 pm to a sweet, pleasant vet tech at the counter and asked to buy a few cans of cat food to avoid a 20 min drive. The doctor plowed into the lobby telling me they were closed and what did I want. I knew that I would need to call previous vet so they could verify my cats diagnosis...it took only a few minutes. I was getting ready to purchase when the doctor appeared again after he heard me say a couple of cans. He started to scream at me "I stayed open for two cans of cat food; my tech is on the clock and you want to buy two cans" So he was angry that I wasn't buying expensive flats of science diet from him & and his posted online biz hours are open until 5:30pm. He never asked about my cats health, there was no concern for the animal or my future as his client. Anyone using this clinic for beloved pets should reconsider this mans motivation.

We took our dog in to be quickly euthanized. They got us in quickly, but it was rushed. The procedure, and afterwards. The Dr. actually came in and told us it was time to go. We couldn't even be with our baby for about ten minutes. This was a sacred time for us, and I don't appreciate that at all. The girls who worked there were really kind, and sent a card with condolences. That meant a lot to me.

My wife took our dog in because he has been limping and having pain in his paw. At our first appointment the dr quickly gave him a once over, gave us some pain killers for him and said he didn’t see anything wrong, but that we could bring him back for a more thorough exam at a later date. We were charged 160 dollars for this exam, and ultimately opted to bring him in again hoping that a “thorough” examination would help us get him the help he needed. We scheduled the second exam a week out, and the day before the exam we were asked to not give him food that night and next morning so that he could be sedated for x rays. They also said that they would run him and exercise him to try and recreate the limp, and that we could pick him up between 3:30 and 5:30. We were quoted between 250 and 400 dollars for this service. At around 2:30 we had not heard anything back yet, so my wife called to ask whether we should plan on picking him up closer to the beginning or end of that range and was informed that he was just then getting ready to be seen by the doctor. Shortly afterward we were called back and told once again that there was nothing wrong with him and we could go pick him up. The Veterinarian said that since he didn’t see a limp he assumed we didn’t know what paw was hurting him and X rayed the other leg and paw despite is telling him exactly which paw was sore and requesting to be notified of treatment before hand because we are on a limited income. My Wife showed him a video of him walking with a limp (which they should have noticed if they actually took him out and exercised him), so the doctor took another short look at him and said he thought he had a rash on the foot and gave him antibiotics. Since the doctor, as he stated, thought we were wrong about what leg was sore and performed x rays on the healthy leg that didn’t need X rays our cost was 530 dollars, 130 above the highest estimate for care for the day. We have now paid 700 dollars to be told our dog is fine and we don’t know what we are talking about. As I write this Our dog is continuing to limp around the living room in pain, and we are left wondering where to go from here since he hasn’t been able to get the care he needs. Our family and friends have been using this clinic for years, but it’s hard to see myself ever using it again given this experience.

I am new to the area and had to find a Vet. After reading reviews about Dr McKee and how caring he was, I decided to call. It was a difficult call to make as I needed to put my dog to sleep. The receptionist spent a long time on the phone with me going over options. She was so compassionate and understanding. I was able to get an appointment quickly. When she told me the cost and what was included, I couldn’t believe how reasonable it was. I got the visit, Urn, paw print and engraving for almost half the price of my previous vet. When I went in for the visit... crying, doubting myself and unable to speak- I was met with a compassionate and caring staff. Dr McKee set me at ease the best he could regarding if it was time to do this. They gave me all the time I needed with my baby boy. It was done with so much care for my Harley and for me. It’s not the greatest circumstance to meet a new vet but it showed me the kind of love they have for animals and their humans.

We brought our young lab in for two procedures, one of which evolved into a persistent problem. Dr McKee was attentive, caring, and stuck with it until the problem was resolved. He kept the financial implications in mind, and in a professional manner was able to create a healthy resolution. We are very happy with his services!

Dr. McKee is a very experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate veterinarian. We have been going here for several years. They always make time for you and pup, if needed. Very helpful and understanding too. They also don't run your bill unnecessarily.

So we keep 4 dogs and a cat or two on a regular basis. Over the years some have aged themselves away. Sedro Woolley Vet has always been there for us and our fur babies. The prices for the services rendered are competitive to low. I’ve shopped around and our friends have pets. The staff I consider my friends by now. They know me. They know our animals. Dr. McKey is a busy, yet compassionate man. I trust him implicitly. Without reservations I recommend this clinic.

Currently, I have no pets. A close friend of mine had to take her kitty in for the one thing all pet owners dread. Her kitty was not well, and she was informed he wasn't going to make it. I went with her to the vet, and even though I was not in the room with her, the vet and the kitty, I could hear that they were just as upset as my friend about loosing her kitty. They were very kind and understanding, and they gave my friend as much time as she needed. The veterinarian, from what I caught, is a very caring, soft spoken gentleman. And the staff are fantastic. They really care about peoples pets. I have had cats most of my life, and if I ever get another, this would be my vet of choice, based on this one visit.

We've had two dogs spayed and neutered here, plus additional visits. I've spent close to a $1000 since they became our vet two years ago. We've had two dogs nuetered here and we were generally happy with them. However, they are now requiring a "check up" prior to nuetering. This appointment is unnecessary and annoying for the owner, especially during covid. It's just so they can add on fee's to the process. In my opinion, vet's should make spaying/nuetering as easy as possible. After the receptionist hung up on me because I wasn't thrilled with the new policy I made an appointment with another vet who doesn't require a needless appointment. Easy peasy! Thanks anyways

My cat was severally injured by some local dogs. He was hurt really bad. I sat with him all night thinking he was dying. In the morning he was still alive so I took him to Dr. McKee at the Sedro Woolley Vet. Clinic. They were really very nice and attentive to my dying cat. There was nothing they could do. The Vet. was very honest and upfront about the cost of trying to save a dying cat. The cost was significant with no guarantee. Actually the prices were low as compared to other vets. I decided to euthanize the poor cat. I was able to be with him when he was put down and I made the right decision. The staff was very kind and understanding and I was able to make arrangements for payment. The clinic has various packages that include a pretty good discount for shots, exam, and flea treatment for dogs and cats.
