If I could give zero stars I would, please do not bring your pets here the doctors are horrible not only with your pets but also with their own staff. Dr Dhaliwal in particular is very rough with his own staff and pulling and pushing around the girls. He is very cruel towards the animals and he's only in this for money. The other Dr is afraid of pets and are always upselling treatments to make money. Save your pets and your wallets!

Will never take any of my animals there ever again. Going to charge me over $1000 when all my cat needed was different food. Far as I'm concerned the vets there are crooks looking for fast cash.

Thank you to all the staff who have been doing the trim work on my cat!!! Been a loyal customer here for years...Just love La La and I appreciate all the TLC that you give to her and my cat as well...:o) :o) :o)

One of your vets named Sara Pourdana is absolutely disgusting. My dog has been terribly treated there by her and I am heart broken. She needs to be fired asap before she causes more hurt. P.s I don’t appreciate her calling my dog an old C word. Horrible horrible girl.

Dr Ravi is very knowledgeable and he loves his profession! He didn't rush and explained everything we needed to know about our dog in detail. We recommend his professional services to anyone who owns a pet.

This is definitely 100% the best veterinarian office you can go to in mission. Their prices are completely reasonable and everyone should go here I'm not kidding all the other ones overcharged horribly they might have a nicer clinic but does that really matter the vets are the same do the same and the outcomes are the same it's just better buildings and the other ones overcharged drastically and I'm talking hundreds and hundreds of dollars overcharged where this place didn't charge me very much at all for something I need Ed done and they were very compassionate when I was running late And had just had my stuff stolen while grocery shopping they even took money off the bill and told me not to worry about it seems how I had just delt with something so horrific. I am so glad that I found this bad office because now I can afford to care for all 3 of my pets wherebefore I really couldn't

I really liked this place. I can't say enough about it, the staff were amazing the Vetinarian was just what I hoped for. I felt like I was a friend of everyone in there. Yet I never met anyone of them before. My 3 puppies didn't want to leave hahaha. The cost for there first shots and dewormed was much cheaper than anywhere else I checked. I am very happy with my choice of going to Lougheed Animal Hospital. I would like to thank them all again for making it a nice experience for me because it was not what I expected.

All the girls there are awesome, very obliging, knowledgeable, and empathetic, our animals seem happy, after being looked at by The Vet or the vet assistant. Thank you Lougheed animal Hospital!!

Very unimpressed. Made an appointment to have 2 cats neutered, had the cats spend the night in crates so they were ready for surgery the next day. Got there to find out there closed due to a possible COVID exposure. What upsets me, is they gave me ZERO notice. Said they left a message but no phone call, no voice mail no email, nada. Not the only vet around and definitely wont be going there again, nor recommending them. If they cant be reliable to even pick up a phone, how can I trust them to take care of my cat?

King, Cody, Lexi, and Squishy want to thank Dr. Dhaliwal & Dr Singh for all these years of keeping them healthy and helping when they have needed it. King is our 14yr old st bernard/great dane and we visited on Sunday.

Do not go here. They misdiagnosed my dog due to negligence. If we had not caught on my dog would have been treated for something that wasnt wrong with him he would have went into shock and died. DO NOT GO HERE. I SEE THERE ARE ALOT OF BAD REVIEWS ON FB TOO NOW

Absolutely amazing vet. Our cat was injured by a Racoon, and they slotted her in on a Sunday afternoon and performed same-day surgery to treat her. Thank you so much.

Nice people good service and very friendly, my cat was very sick and had to bring him in, he had a blood infection from most likely something he ate,[ mouse or rat] anyway they brought him back to health and he does not go out so often any more......

I don't pay hundred of dollars to be left outside a locked door while my anxious pet is dragged inside without me. They don't tell you this when you make an appointment at all, if they had I would have gone to another vet. Bad business practice. If you're open, then open your door. Require masks and sanitisation if you need to, or warn customers of your absurd policy when they book so they can make an informed decision.

Worst business in Mission. Drs abuse their staff infront of clients. They are super rude and cut off their receptionists and talk over them. The staff never smile, and are always irritated to see you at the door, despite making an appointment. If you don’t want to be open as a business, then don’t be! To even get their attention you have to bang on the locked front door and they take your dog or cat away as they LOCK THE DOOR ON YOU again. At least fraser valley lets you inside with your pet. If you care about your animal, don’t let it go behind closed doors with Lougheed animal hospital. If you know what’s good for you, visit any other clinic, as long as it isn’t this one.

We just had to put our dog down, and we were very happy with the service of Lougheed Animal Hospital. They came to our house and were very kind and gentle. We would definitely use their services again.

Dr. Singh is great. He saved my neighbour's little senior terrier that had been attacked by a neighborhood pitbull. Kiri's life was hanging in the balance. The vet I usually went to was closed, as was Dr. Singh, but he made the effort to meet us at his clinic quite promptly. He attended to Kiri with calmness and efficiency. Kiri made it through and lived a few more years! My neighbour was thrilled with Kiri's recovery and surprised and pleased by the very fair bill as well! Recently, Dr. Singh and Dr. Dhaliwhal paid a home visit to my friend's. Her senior rescue cat was declining and after Char had tried everything, she knew it was time to let Princess go. She wanted a gentle ending for Princess. Dr. Singh and Dr. Dhaliwhal agreed to pay a house visit to assist with this most tender time. This team of vets were gentle, respectful and professional. Princess crossed the rainbow bridge with gentle hands touching her and loving hearts surrounding her, as Char had a few of Princess's friends in attendance. It was a sad but warm and loving goodbye. Couldn't have gone any better. I've also taken my rescue animals to Dr. Singh over the years and I am always satisfied with his expertise. Also, I love that his practice is open 7 days a week!
