I booked to bring my kitten in for her spay and received a detailed estimate over the phone letting me know the high side I could expect if everything was needed/done. Her spay went very well, and my total was well within the estimate. I can only imagine how hard it is for staff to deal with clients without being able to see them due to Covid, but they made the experience as good as possible under the circumstances. I felt my questions were answered and her treatment was excellent.

We always leave feeling content and well informed. Dr Jarrar and the staff are all wonderful, honest and they do what is necessary for our pet .

Our little Frenchie is always treated so well here. The girls are all very personable and helpful and Lola loves all the attention she gets. Dr Jarrar is great, he has such a calm and caring demeanor that it makes our trips to the vet a very pleasant experience.

My pup was in a bad accident, they got him in immediately and they stayed late to help him. The staff was warm and welcoming and they’ve gotten us in immediately for post surgery checkups. Forever thankful for them. Denny and I love eagle hill.

These people almost killed our dog. After months of putting our dog through bloodwork after bloodwork and writing wrong prescription after wrong prescription, never returning our calls with results, demanding more and more tests, we went and got a second opinion and was immediately told what the issue was and we can already see the difference in her after 2 days. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PETS!! They had no remorse for the damage they caused and our dog would have died if we didn’t get a second opinion! I just I wish we had gone somewhere else sooner.. Dr Westindorf was our vet for 20 years here and we will always hold him in the highest regard but since he was forced out, this place has become a complete joke. Save your pet the pain & suffering, and save yourself some stress and money, go somewhere that will actually try to help and do their job.

I am just writing to say how impressed we were when we brought our cat in to end his suffering onOct.31st. The staff were so helpful, accommodating, and thoughtful as we said our final good bye. Everything was explained very well, and Dr. Jarrar, was very patient and comforting during the procedure. We just received a card today of Sympathy, a very nice gesture. So thank you to all of you, your passion for animal care is deeply appreciated.

They charge you for things that are not required and do not ask first, if you intend on going here, make sure you ask what the total is first before any surprises show up on your bill! It's happened to me twice now at this clinic, definitely will not be going back. It is a for-profit clinic.

I gave them a phone call regarding a sick cat. Instead of them telling me to bring her in and charging me for it. They just gave me some good advice to watch her for A-day. At no charge. It was really appreciated.

Allergy alert, brought my cat in to get fixed when I brought him home he stunk like perfume obviously one one the staff bathes in the stuff. When I complained they seemed not to care, I spent the night really sick an unprofessional and lack of customer service experience

Absolutely unethical and unprofessional vet . Disgusting behavior. Blaming owners for the vets mistakes , causing emergency surgery elsewhere. Shame on this vet, I beg you to never take your animal here

My dog is my pet, companion and also my service dog. I have been taking her to this place since I got her. Almost 12 years ago. She has never been sick s day in her life and we have only gone in for regular visits for shots and such. On Thursday,June 3rd I called them as she had been unwell for a couple days. I was very concerned as you can imagine. After giving our names and explaining her symptoms and my concerns, I was told they could not see her for 8 days. I told them that was no good and explained again how bad she seemed and the amount of yes. we had been going there. She then said I could come and drop her off on Sunday. I declined as I need her and she would hate being without me for so long. Again I was told not until next Thurs. I phoned another vet in Mission and they said I could bring her in right away even though they were very busy. Needless to say they are my new vet now and will never take a pet of mine to Eagle Hill. The good thing is they lost a good chunk of money by not being a loyal company. Don't go here if you are looking for a vet that cares about your pet.????????????????????????

Excellent service. The girls at the front counter are very friendly and helpful and the veterinarian was knowledgeable and explained everything to us so we could understand. Very happy with service.

We transfered here about a year ago after a bad experience with another vet in town, and we LOVE Eagle Hill so much, it feels like they genuinely care about our dogs.

Always thorough and professional and friendly. Very good with my dog Dart and rates are very good.

I'm new to mission and tried to book an appointment at eagle hill for all the fur children so we would have a vet close to home. I had requested and "check up" and routine vaccines for 2 dogs and 2 cats, but due to Covid and the fact that I wasn't even allowed inside the clinic they only saw my one dog who had a limp on her back leg. They took money for X-rays, no vaccines, and said surgical intervention was the only thing they would discus. (ps:this dog is now on full time CBD and a few months in a brace and has not even a hint of a limp anymore) Then this past Sunday I called with an emergency 1/2 hour before they closed. Explained that even though they hadnt seen this specific dog, I was a client and I needed help. Even though she needed stitches, and had half her eyelid ripped off. They refused to see her based on the fact that "they didn't have a file for her". The only reason this dog doesn't have a file is because she has debilitating separation anxiety, and is extremely fearful of men which is why she never visited the clinic alone during Covid in the first place. We now use a fear free clinic in Abbotsford, that not only understands the word emergency, but will treat a sweet fearful dog right down on the ground where she feels safe. F this place. I have never in my life been treated this way by an establishment which in the past has taken money from me. My old clinic in Langley not only saw me after hours when my cat was poisoned, but saw me on a Saturday Sunday AND STATUTORY HOLIDAY WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CHARGE because they were in it for the right reasons and wanted to make sure the treatment they administered was working before he was too far gone. So Eagle hill staff. I'm glad you got to go home on time and I hope your dinner was excellent. I understand we all have families and a quitting time, but sometimes compassion and moral ethics towards the animals you're allegedly here to serve should take precedence.

Eagle Hill has gone above and beyond for my cat. I went to another vet in Maple Ridge and they were so dismissive and terrible, they suggested surgery right away. Went to Eagle Hill and they were so understanding of my concerns jumping to surgery. Gave me a few options and cost 1/10th of the estimate the other vet gave me. All the staff were so kind. I am eternally grateful to the staff who helped give me piece of mind and my kitty home safe and healthy ❤️

We changed to this vet clinic because we weren't happy with our last one. The staff and Dr here are really polite and friendly. Also the price for services, which are quick, are really reasonable. We recommend this vet to anyone looking for a caring clinic. Jeff

We recently brought our small dog here to undergo dental care treatment and were very pleased with the outcome. They even contacted us afterwards to offer a free dental check-up. We will definitely continue going to his place for our vet needs. Kudos to Colleen and staff for their dedication to animal care!

As a first time customer with Eagle Hill Animal Hospital, I was impressed how they handled my dogs with care and professionalism. I received blood work results in a timely manner. I will be definitely be recommending Eagle Hill to family and friends.

I have been taking my pet family to an old country vet for the past 25 yrs in Abbotsford. We have recently moved to Mission so it was time for a change and had our first visit at Eagle Hill with my daughters very special cat! I have to say even during these difficult times the experience the staff and the Vet provided us was second to none. We could not be happier with our new place to go and will continue to go. Thank you to all the staff!
