Great alternative healthy dog food for my very picky and spoiled old-timer. I have had great experiences with most of the staff, as they seem to know their products & customers. They're a little pricy but worth the tlc. The location also keeps us coming back as the neighborhood walking is a favorite of pooches. The neighborhood and the store both are very dog friendly.

Loved that the employees are friendly

Our tiny dog, Bruce, recognizes this store's name, and absolutely loves coming here. I love all the high quality foods, treats, and chews, and so does Bruce. His favorite chews are the gator skins, by far, and he loves the tiny pupcakes in the bakery display. Bruce and I give Paddywack 5 high-five paws out of 5.

I found this to be a fun shopping experience. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. My pup will be surprised when "mom" brings home a special gift after traveling. I will visit this shop again.

Such an adorable little store for any pet lovers!!! They have a great collection of high quality and healthy pet products. I love that the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the inclusiveness they offer. I can't wait to go back to pick up some more goods for my kitty!

Had some unique treats and toys I have not seen at other places. Very nice staff!

Terrible experience. Husband and 3 year old went to get something for our dogs. My husband is vaccinated but my son is not (clearly, he's only 3). They refused to let them shop there unless my son wore a mask. State rules clearly say under 5 masks are NOT required. Unfortunate to have to explain to a 3 year old why he wasn't allowed to buy his doggy some treats. Response to seller: that's an answer convenient for you, as every other business in Mill Creek, Bothell, Everett, Bellevue, or Seattle (including our child's daycare that has not made them wear masks for over a year) has never had an issue. Citing a policy for your convenience without a full understanding, is poor business. We fulfilled our needs on Amazon unfortunately instead of supporting a small business, full of excuses. It was a good lesson for our child though that we always have a choice where we do business.

I love Paddywack! My dogs do too( they told me so????). We get our dry- freeze food, raw food and kibble; not to mention countless chews, treats, collars etc. Along wit all these goodies comes very kind, respectful staff. I consider them my friends, they know me by my name and remember my doggies names . They go above and beyond to help with our needs. I highly recommend Paddywack to all pet parents. Thank you to all of you at Paddywack for providing such a pleasant and safe environment for all shoppers!

Sadly, I lost my fur baby 2 years ago. Going to Paddywack was among her favorite outings. She loved visiting the loving, attentive staff and getting tummy rubs and treats from them. I have no idea how they managed it, and still do, given the volume of their patronage, but they remember all the names of their customers as well as their pets. So impressive! They greet customers as they enter the shop, offer assistance and just make one feel so welcome and appreciated. Shopping there is truly an enjoyable experience; so much so that I continue to shop there at every opportunity—now for my niece’s dog, and sometimes just to say hello and keep in touch. I love the way Shane and Adam run their business. More enterprises could benefit from modeling Paddywack. Kudos to Shane and Adam. I intend to forever remain a loyal customer, with or without my own pet. I have enough fur babies around me to gift them treats from Paddywack! I HIGHLY recommend Paddywack as an exceptional pet store that goes above and beyond in keeping abreast of the latest developments in the pet food industry so that customers can rest assured that their inventory is safe and healthy for concerned pet owners and they keep customers informed via a monthly newsletter—who does that! Finally, they hire excellent, knowledgeable staff who clearly embrace their business/ customer service ethic so that regardless of when one visits the shop and which staff are present to deliver service, customers are always ensured a positive and enjoyable experience. Great niche pet store that carries a variety of mainly dog and cat supplies. Located in Mill Creek Town center near Saw Mill Cafe.

I had a great time here, even with my three kids(2yr, 6yr & 11) everyone got stickers and a well priced antler for our dog. The staff was super friendly vs annoyed by my boys. Thanks for that as a parent it means a lot.

It all started when I started walking the Late Auggie Doggie he would lead me to the front door. The staff were always happy to see us and treated us so well. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. Paddywacks also sells great products that aren’t at other stores .Now I have a a lab pup and we love going here. The staff is consistent in their kindness and I trust that they know what they are talking about. Thank You Paddywacks for being a great store !
