Cascade Veterinary Center was there for me and my pets through very difficult times. I won't take my pets anywhere else. They are amazing. Thank you so much for everything.

My dog Baylee is well taken care of. Dr Tusa is very caring and takes the time to discuss Baylee's care and answer my questions. I have already recommended Cascade Veterinary Center to friends and neighbors! The experience was as good as it gets, I wouldn't change a thing!

I found this vet through google as I was searching for local vets in my area. I have been so impressed with their friendly service from the very first phone call! I have now gone in for my puppy’s first appointment and it was a 5 star visit - from the initial hello’s as we walked in the door, to meeting the techs that took care of us that day (Beau was excellent to work with!) to meeting Dr. Eva Tusa and getting our questions answered. I have now recommended this vet to many of my family and friends, because I have the utmost confidence that they will be just as happy as I was throughout the entire experience. Thank you for taking such good care of my Kona bear!

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. We love Dr Vincenzi. He is the best and has an amazing bedside manner. You can tell he really cares about the animals and their well being. I've never felt like he orders unnecessary tests or procedures. He was our vet at another clinic for several years. I searched for him for over a year when he left. As soon as I found out he was at Cascade I was ecstatic and we immediately switched clinics.

Wonderful care for our dog but communication about her care after spay was lacking. I would recommend.

I can't say how much I appreciate the staff at Cascade Vet. The vet tech Beau, (sorry if I misspelled your name) was so friendly towards my dog. My dog has pretty bad anxiety. He's very friendly but normally barks his little head off at new people. Within minutes of our visit with Beau, my dog was very comfortable with him. The vet Dr. Tusa that came in was so friendly, listened to EVERYTHING I had to say and all of my concerns. Dexter loves her as well! Dr. Tusa made sure I understood what they were going to do and the cost prior to anything being done. Thank you! I highly recommend visiting them if you need a vet for your four legged friends!

I have two cats and one does not like going to the vet at all! In fact at her last vet we couldn't even get her out of the carrier half the time to be examined. When making the appointment over the phone I explained my situation, and when I brought my fur babies in they were incredible! They took their time with both, going at their pace to get them to come out, very informative and answered all my questions, and we're even able to get my nervous kitty out and relaxed enough not only to get her through her full checkup, but also long enough to get her microchipped! Towards the end she was even licking the vet assistant's hand! I was blown away with my experience here! It could not have gone better! I think we found our new vet for life!

If my wife and I could place a 0 star rating it would fit our experience perfectly. Our visit to the vet was for our European Doberman puppy,, at that time he was 2 months old. The Associate Veterinarian Franklin Vincenzi gave us the most unwelcome feeling, since our puppy had cropped ears and a docked tail in which is the normal coming from some Doberman breeders. After examination he called us and asked who cropped his ears? I replied a Veterinarian that a significant percent of breeders in the bay area uses. Franklin replied, " they did a terrible job, your puppy's ears will not post and his tail is horrible, you will need to learn to accept the puppy for his future looks" at this point we felt so terrible cause his tone of voice made it sound like it's our fault. Then he asked if we had a trainer and I said yes, his reply, "your gonna need one" After the phone conversation the assistant brought our puppy out and a few seconds later Franklin followed. Right away he commented that he was expecting a truck. (I drive a Rav4) Right then I knew he was coming out to just bash on us. Before Franklin spoke I asked him how much experience he had with European Doberman puppy's and cropped ears. Franklin could not answer truthfully. Truly unprofessional My Puppy is now 5 months old and his ears successfully posted and the tail looks great. Totally opposite of everything Franklin stated

Safe and the staff are excellent

Normally I wouldn't leave a review for a place I've never been to. But when I called to see if they had any specialty dog food (cd), she said I can't buy it even if my dogs current vet faxed over the prescription. The way supplies are right now, and the delays in shipping, I would think they would give some leeway. Guess not! All about the money I guess! UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE: They are the only vet with these type of prescription food "protocols". chewy.com just calls the vet. VCA of Marysville did the same thing and I got my dogs food the same day! Being patronizing is not going to help the public understand. Thanks for your time.
