CJ's Grooming Salon Longview, Washington

I am still furious! Today my Goldendoodle was scheduled for a grooming at 12…. I was there by 11:45. My usual groomer wasn’t there and a girl with a nose ring was to groom her. She told be she would be finished by 3:30-4. I was there at 4 and SHE HADN’T EVEN BATHED HER and she was still working on another Goldendoodle. She hadn’t the courtesy to even call me!!!! My usual groomer does a fantastic job and possibly the others too but this girl was OUTRAGEOUS by having my baby in there that long!! She said I could come back tomorrow but I drive 20 miles one way!!! I told her “HELL NO and I will NEVER COME BACK!!!” Thank goodness she hadn’t touched Daisy because the poor Goldendoodle that she was grooming looked horrible because she actually shaved the the poor Doodle, which Goldendoodle owners HATE when a groomer does this to their Doodle. My bet is that she shaved her because she was in a hurry! In fact when I walked in I asked her if she was my Daisy which I was in shock! She said no of course. If it would have been my dog I would’ve yelled at her and then to find out that Daisy was still where she was put that morning I flipped! Like I said, my usual groomer is fantastic but the girl with the nose ring is horrible! I hate to put out such a bad review of someone, but now she reflects on the business in a VERY BAD WAY and that sucks!! I will NEVER return!!!

I have seven dogs and all seven of the dogs go here to get groomed when it is needed. Always been a wonderful place to take our dogs staff is prettiest kind and very patient with the animals that means a lot to us. I would definitely recommend you take your pets there they are very wonderful All Pets. Which means a lot when you're have a senior dog.

Amazing staff.... my dog hates groomers and they treated her so good. She had mats and had to be shaved, and they gave her a sweater to stay warm. they have cbd treats for dogs if needed. And do flea treatments very reasonable prices

I did not want to give this review but a $475.00 vet bill has changed my mind. I have never gotten my cat groomed before so since the reviews seemed solid enough I thought I’d give it a shot. Bad decision. Well my cat had a solid routine; I know his habits and his schedule and he was perfectly happy and normal. I take him to the groomers on March 25th. It has been 2.5 weeks since his grooming appointment at CJs. The first week after getting groomed he slept in my bed for 5 days and wouldn’t move, wouldn’t eat, wouldn’t go to the bathroom even. I had to wake him up and try to force him to eat. He wouldn’t follow me anywhere or go outside just slept. Then the second week he was a bit more active but still refuse to eat breakfast and slept most the day and barely ate dinner. They say after 2 weeks if your cat is having issues time for a vet visit. Was able to get in on Sunday April 11th. I get blood work, urine lab work, everything to find out what is going on. Well the Veterinarian gives me a 475.00 bill to inform me that they had stressed him out so bad or did something to him to cause him not to eat or drink water. He was dehydrated from not drinking and some of his kidney cells are in a stage where if he doesn’t eat and drink he will have major kidney damage. Now the argument is “Meh meh meh he could of had that before” No, he didn’t. He ate breakfast and dinner like clockwork, followed me everywhere, he would go outside, play with his favorite toys eat chicken his favorite food (which he refused in his stressed state unheard of). I know my cat. This is not acceptable and honestly CJs should compensate me for this vet bill for 475.00 since they caused it in the first place and caused some kidney disruption. Hopefully it gets better now that he’s starting to eat more as there’s no permanent damage according to the vet. He’s still not acting 100% himself and have another scheduled visit in 2 more weeks to see where his lab results are at then. I am not pleased and will not be going here ever again and will be sharing my experience with others.

This place is so great!! They groom my cat that has long hair. She never has come home unhappy. They bath her, do nail care, and clip her fur. This business is fantastic!!

First time taking my mom's dog to the groomer. They were all so sweet and took the time to make sure our anxiety ridden dog was comfortable prior to entry. Also, they are very helpful on advising on appropriate cut for the breed of dog. My Mom definetely plans on returning. Thank you to all!!

Great group of girls that work here! Did a wonderful job on my two rug rats who are both Lhasa Apso and they were way overdue for a grooming. Very reasonable prices and they were fast and treated me and my dogs very well. Very pleased.

Pretty good job,decent price($50),you choose what length you want from a little sample board. Will return.

Pricey. Needed them got in fast, but I did not like how bad his nails looked after being clipped. Didn't have that "just took a bath" smell either. Maybe it was just to us cuz we were new. Don't know.

I love everyone at CJ's Grooming. They always make our Buddie look so cute and he loves them making him so handsome. I highly recommend them to everyone.

My dog came home with a sliced up tongue, the gal that did it wouldn’t even talk to me she had another gal tell me . I’ll never return!!

They did a great job giving my cat a bath. They were super friendly and even put a cute little bow on his collar. I couldn't be more satisfied!

Our dog Sam is a big beast and his 4 sisters and brothers go with him so the terrible 5 get baths and some get hair cuts too every 5 or 6 weeks and the girls down there take care of the terrible 5 and I've never heard a complaint I only gave 4 stars cause nobody's perfect thank you girls at CJS GROOMING
