Requested a trim, wash, and flea treatment. Dogs came home uncut, still covered in live fleas!! $115 (including tip) for a wash! Will not return here again.

They did a great job on my long overdue dog. I thought they'd have to shave her down but they put in work and got her looking all glamorous again. Will be back.

I Called on Saturday and made an appointment I told them it was a Pomsky with a double coat that needed bathing a brushing. When I got there they said that is the biggest Pomoranian I have ever seen. I said no it is a pomskey. Then one of the groomers who never spoke to me or my dog looked at another groomers and said she is all matted and giving nasty looks. My pomsky is not matted but again has a double coat. When I walk into a place.for my pup to be groomed. I want her treated like family. There was no personal interaction with her. The groomers who was touching her just appeareaded nit to care about animals at all. It was all very dirty and not professional at all. I would not recommend We turned around and walked out.

I took my Rottweiler and Malamute/Husky here and I was really impressed by their service. It was the first time I've taken my dogs to a grooming service and both of my dogs loved it. All of the staff were friendly and they really went out of their way to meet the individual needs for each of my dogs. They exceeded my expectations. We definitely will be back again.

Apparently whoever I spoke to re my what I wanted for my dog didn't pay attention or write any of it down, also quoted $10 inaccurately.

Quick, friendly, and professional service! Walk-ins are super convenient for my schedule, I’ll definitely be back. My cat hates both being picked up and having her paws touched. She’s only 6lbs and squirmiest fur-ball ever so I was very impressed with how quickly the two women were able to trim her nails!

Excellent groomer experience for me and my pet! I got my cats nails trimmed and I just walked in, took only a few minutes and was $10. The woman there is very kind and you can tell she knows what she is doing and cares about animals. Will be taking my cat here for his nail trimming again!

Took our newly rescued dog there and got him a bath, brush, nails trimmed and teeth brushed. She was able to squeeze us in last minute and did a great job in a pretty short amount of time with great pricing. My dog smells so good now!! I definitely recommend ????

Angela is amazing. She’s very calming which is good for my dog that doesn’t do well with crowds. I can’t say enough good things about her.

The first time she groomed my dog she looked amazing. The 2nd time I dropped her off promptly at 1:00. I had not heard from her so showed up at 5 30 and she was still working on her. This cut was not near as nice as the first time. I also wonder whether she got a potty break. I dislike dropping her off so early and having her sit in a kennel for 2 to 3 hours before being groomed. Why have me drop her off so early? I don't think I'm going back. I'm hoping to find a groomer with better time mgmt skills.
