Brought my pet in for what was an emergency visit and he was pushed off until the next day. The doctor hardly even assessed him. And the assistant was not the most gentle when working with him. I was not satisfied with the service at all.

Absolutely great professionals, courtesy and concern for both myself and my dog.

So, where is my prior review for this horrible vet's place? My friend took her cat there. The staff and doctor are rude and unprofessional. Meds that were ordered and paid for (to the recommended supplier) did not arrive after waiting 10 days. 5 days after no meds arriving, my friend called supplier and discovered that the meds had not been approved. Friend called vet's office. Staff told her to "call back after [she] calmed down." My friend is much nicer than I am! She refused to call back and said if they hung up on her that she would show up! To make a long story longer, the diagnosis was wrong; they sent a birthday wish, that wasn't even close; doctor said the cat was NOT lethargic and seemed fine (REALLY? The next vet immediately, noticed issues); the meds arrived 5 days AFTER that phone call AND on the day the cat had been put down (NOT BY THIS VET)! A bit too late for the meds, don't you think? The doctor does NOT properly supervise her staff, either. Telling someone "it's not my fault; I didn't do it; I'm a human, too and have feelings" to a person whose animal is extremely ill and you failed to approved the meds, is highly unprofessional. Telling them to "calm down and call back" is extremely, unprofessional. Worthless people! We don't care about your feelings! We care about our pets!!!!! ***** IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMAL, THEN DO NO GO HERE! ***** ***** GO ANYWHERE ELSE! *****

I won't rate this all bad because my family takes our dog here and they quite like it. But my first experience calling, somebody picked up the phone who was very unprofessional and didn't seem to know anything about the business but to me "were always packed and to try calling other vets". I felt defeated and just hung up the phone.

I was able to get an appointment for my dog the next day versus a two week out appointment at my normal vet. I am going to change to Lake Sawyer Vet.

Knowledgeable and caring staff. Not over priced, like other vets.

I love this Vet Clinic! I’ve never had a negative experience in the year and a half we have been going to them. Both my adopted cat and puppy (now 75 lb big shepherd) have been cared for as if they were a part of the family. I was completely confused on the “right way” to get a puppy potty trained and was up every 2 hours for 2 weeks. One visit to Dr. White, and she (and her wonderful and caring staff) had me on the right path. I actually applied some things to help me with my young children and haven’t looked back. The main takeaway that has helped is to listen and follow their treatment recommendations. From when to give the wormer, to wearing the collar after surgery, the know their stuff!

Dr. White is a very no nonsense woman. She will tell you your options and what can be done to prevent further problems. The practice is very affordable.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I just moved to the area, and I took my cat in for a routine checkup. The managing veterinarian was able to look at my cat and predict that he had contracted bartonella, a potentially deadly disease. I just got the lab results back today, and it confirmed that she was right. Now I can move forward to make sure my cat is healthy going forward. I'm so grateful to her, as I've never had a veterinarian so caring and knowledgeable and dedicated to her practice. I will be taking my business here going forward, and I reccomend her to all of my friends.

Wasted a lot of time going through the adoption process to get one kitten and they didn’t even bother to tell me the kitten had to go with his sibling until I arrived for my appt to see him, then they let someone else adopt him. I guess thats their way of getting you to buy two cats? False advertising/poor communication.

This place is a disaster, because of the primary vet, "Dr" White. Almost killed our kitten with a sloppy suture on a spay procedure, then proceeded to lie about it to the bank when I disputed the charges, as I spent the entire evening in the emergency room at Sumner Animal Hospital. Had the gall to say that I didn't call her to get assistance. Lie. I did call, and they were closed. She can't be bothered after hours, so their message is to call other vets. Which is what I did. She is also surly and rude. From what I hear, many complaints and also legal action pending against her. She might have one more real soon.

Dr.White and her staff have been seeing my animals for years and I wouldn't go any place else. My cats have always received excellent and compassionate care here and we've been going for many years. The staff is thoughtful and the vets very knowledgeable! I hope to continue taking my pets to Dr.White for as long as she practices.

Our dog had a minor injury, but our regular vet was unable to see us for about a week. My vet suggested that we take our dog to an emergency clinic. Our dog was in pain, but had no life threatening symptoms and we disagreed with our regular vet's emergency recommendation. We called around to several vets in the area to see if anyone would make time for our dog. Sawyer Lake was the only vet that made time to even speak to us, let alone get us in for an appointment within a couple hours of our call. Our dog ended up needing a minor operation, which they made time for immediately. My dog is now home and recovering well from his procedure. I didn't have to wait 3+ hours in an emergency vet clinic, nor overpay for emergency services. Dr. White and her team care about animals and they demonstrated this by caring for my dog with little notice, even though we aren't regular clients. Thank you!!

We have been taking our animals here for over a decade and have always received honest, caring service. Staff is extremely friendly, especially with difficult animals.

Caring staff, easy to get in. Convenient, only down side is that it's expensive but you get what your paying for.

I was in the process of adopting a cat from here and then they called me back and told me that they didn't realize that someone else had turned in application also for the same cat 4 days ago and that they would get back to me after lunch that day. Mind you they had already called me 2 times prior and offered me less money for the kitty and everything before they decided to tell me this. I waited and never heard back from them and I just went and adopted from actual rescue and got the sweetest kitty ever. But I think that the other people were willing to pay full price or more than I was. I think they are WAY OVER PRICED for adoption. My opinion anyway. It was just very unprofessional of them to call me a couple times about adopting and tell me they would call me back after lunch and never call me again. VERY RUDE!!

I was there to take my puppy for an ear infection. Dr. White really took care of him and made him feel better. He is running around pain free. My first time coming to this vet. Dr. White and staff was really friendly. Very knowledgeable and good prices too. Definitely will be coming back. I will recommend friends and family worth every penny. Great customer service. Dr. White also took the time to give me a few tips on potty training since I am a new mom dog.
