The owner was a really punctual, straight to the point, informative woman. It's sad to see people comment on here that they don't like her. If she was a man no one would be offended. Keep on keeping on! The world needs more strong women that know their stuff :)

I loved visiting. I had gone during feeding time so I was able to see the larger birds in the back and even was given a little summary about each bird I was interested in and how they react to different people and sounds and their general personalities. You could tell the shopkeepers definitely enjoy the birds and are caring and easy to talk to. I’m a bit of a nervous nelly but they were so welcoming I felt comfortable looking around and asking questions! Plus the toy selection is absolutely amazing and they even had a section so you could buy parts to make your own toys! So creative!

i went in today with my mother to look at macaws. absolutely wonderful staff. they took us to the back where we met a beautiful scarlet macaw named Skittles. i was only with him for an hour or so but i fell in love. we’re going back for a few more visits before we decide to take him home the staff were beyond kind and so so knowledgeable and had no issue giving us lots of tips and answered any questions we threw at them. definitely coming back many times after this, never had a better customer service experience anywhere else. the staff know what’s best for the birds and will help you pick a perfect fit. they want these birds to have the best families to go home to.

This store reminds me of a shelter for birds. There are cages stacked on cages in the front of the store, then there is a hallway and back room filled with larger birds in cages. Isles were crowded and clutter everywhere. I left feeling sorry for the birds there.

I've visited several times and am very impressed. The staff are very kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They are always excited to see my little moustache parakeet, Tashi. There's lots of variety of high-quality food and toys. Some toys you won't find anywhere else, as they're made by staff and customers! This is also the only local place where I've been able to find mahogany pods. Lisa and Jeff are very sweet, and I love that they also won't take BS from anyone. The welfare of their parrots is paramount, and if they don't stand up for them, who will? Lisa and I have had some great chats, and as a bonus, I was very impressed that she was able to get my shy Tashi to step up for her and stay with her during one long conversation. I am also highly impressed with the Saturday grooming services. Tashi is a regular for beak trims, and we drive all the way from Everett. Erica came highly recommended by one of my coworkers, and she was AMAZING with my little girl. She is highly knowledgeable and has such a gentle way about her that she quickly won over my shy girl. Tashi actually enjoys her beak trims! Erica even spoils her afterward by shining up her beak and giving her a foot massage. My girl hates having her feathers touched, and Erica is literally the only person in the world who can pet Tashi and get her to enjoy it. Even I can't do that! BIRDS. ???? By the way, I highly recommend getting your parrot microchipped; it's the only 100% certain way to prove that your parrot is yours. (Bands can be added or removed.) If you need to get your parrot microchipped, be sure to inquire here. My avian vet has very reasonable prices, but they still charge $300 to do an intramuscular microchipping under sedation. The groomers here can inject a subcutaneous microchip without sedation for around $45! I had Tashi chipped and although she yelled during the brief process, it was over with quickly. Love this place!

Best secret in the area! The staff is very knowledgeable and care deeply for all birds. We spent many hours at the shop with our baby parrotlet before it was old enough to come home. They were always accommodating and encouraged us to spend as much time bonding with our baby as we could. They taught us everything important, and answered our many questions. They set us up with all the supplies that we needed too. They are fabulous, and we can't thank them enough! Our little Bijou will always have a second home at Inca's Secret.

Salesman is very rude and confuses the customers and very bad service I don't recommend going in there. The answer to your excuse, at first, he was not polite and calm, he did not tell us calmly as you say, but if you mean that it was polite and calm, then I do not recommend visiting your store, and since you say mandated state law the law says that if a person cannot use a handsenetizer due to allergies, then he may not use it and your employee first needs to ask if the person can use it or not. And about my wife, when the children told her how the seller did take them off, she also decided to leave a comment so that people were careful going to your store

Beautiful, healthy birds and fantastic customer service. The employees were extremely knowledgeable and even responded to my questions over text message. I would look nowhere else for pet birds and bird supplies!

My kids were saving money for a months and the moment they came in the store they yelled at us that we are not allowed to buy a parrot >:( Do not recommend going there at all My kids explained me again what happened to them at the store and I read more reviews about your store looks like to me you don't like kids.

I love how knowledgeable everybody is about birds here. Every time I come in, all of the birds seem really happy and healthy and they genuinely want what’s best for their birds. They gave me some really great tips on how to take care of my cockatiel and now he’s more bonded to us than ever. Thank you!

This place is excellent! I immediately noticed that there was a large selection and variety of toys, perches, pellet mixes, and other supplies. Within a second after I walked in, I was politely greeted by a man who works there and felt very welcome. As we continued through the store, there was a lady cleaning all of the cages and caring for the birds. I also noticed that all birds have a healthy variety of food in their dishes, and was informed that they were also given a vegetable chop daily. The handfed babies are first trained to fly, taught to recall, and are weaned onto veggies and pellets (which is amazing!). The prices on supplies are very reasonable, and there are many products unique to this place. I am 100% coming back here, maybe even to get a bird next time!!

The staff here is incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their bird toy selection is fantastic, and they have some of the cutest, sweetest parrots I’ve ever seen. There aren’t many exotic bird stores in the area but of the few that are around, this is by far the best.

On a whim, my husband and I wanted to check this little gem of a place out. When we walked through the doors, I was pleasantly surprised by all the great toys and birds up front BUT as Billy Mays said best, "but wait there is more!" I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY ALL THE BIRDS IN THE BACK! I have never seen so many well- cared for birds. I met a lovely woman with 2 white cockatoos, who was so sweet to share all the information on her babies! Lets not forget Winston who is the cutest little store pup. Erica and Jeff were both so knowledgable we didn't want to leave this place! Thank you guys for taking such good care of them! We will be back soon!

The employee's and customer service is really bad, the sales man was rude and was not clear and started yelling at the customers that read the wrong sign.
