The groomer was very friendly, my kitten loved her! My kitten is an 11 week old kitten that was rescued from a hoarder and was nervous in water before today, the groomer told me she loved the bath and was the perfect angel the whole time! I just found Green Dog. We have two Tibettan Mastiffs and have groomed them for the last 4 years, since our move to the area. We had professional show grooming for our boys before we moved. Loved it and so did the AKC judges. We looked hard for a local groomer but through a lot of visits, and some tries, we settled on doing that grooming ourselves. I came upon Green Dog Grooming in old town Kent through a visit to Wild Wheat for lunch. Wild Wheat is a really good restaraunt on the same block. Green Dog reminds me of what we had. It is a boutique focused on your dog and his grooming. The employees really talk it through with you before handling your pet. I appreciated having a good discussion in a meet and greet. Then in my followup (4 weeks later), because I may have found a groomer after 4 years, they had researched the breed of my dog and picked up on our needs where we had left off. Green Dog Grooming groomed my dogs last week and they are perfect. They know what they are doing and we are clients. One thing to note, not a bad thing, but Green Dog is a professional grooming boutique. They are booked so schedule out a bit. If you want grooming tomorrow go to PetSmart. If you want great grooming go to Green Dog.

My 5 month puppy was nervous and they took extra time to give him breaks and take things slow. He came out of there with a fantastic cut and the CUTEST teddy bear paws.

Excellent grooming facility and took care of both of my shih tzus very well. Sam is our groomer and has been the only groomer for both of my babies.

We take our GSD here for regular grooming and we love it. They are super accommodating and remember all of the little things we discussed previously, like our dog hating having her collar removed.

We love Sam. She does such a good job with our goofy Bernadoodle Max. He loves her, and can't wait to go back!

Sam did a tremendous job on my yorkie, who is 16 years. She understood his condition from his heart murmur to flaky skin because of his anxiety. It was our first time here and he was very relaxed on the drive home after Green Dog Grooming. I would recommend and come back again. Thank you Sam!

They take such good care of my elderly dog, Emma. She loves to go and see Heather. Her haircuts are amazing and she always comes out looking adorable.

Don’t usually do reviews, let alone bad ones but it’s the second time scheduling with them. First time they said I didn’t have an appointment when I made one over the phone so I rescheduled because mistakes can be made. They do quality work for sure. Had an appointment today that was confirmed and I showed the text thread. Somehow they said “I” cancelled it online. She made it very apparent that it was MY fault and that it cancelled at 11 pm last night when I confirmed it earlier in the day. I know for a fact I didn’t. I like their work but not the service.

The groomers are great and I can usually get my puppy in for a nail trim right away.

First time client. I expressed how important my dogs mustache was not to be cut off instead trimmed and they did exactly what I told them not to do. They also charged me a late fee for picking up my dog after 4 when they inform me he would be ready at 4. They completely missed the mark on attracting new clients and overpriced.

Love Green Dog Gromming! First time I bring my dog to be groomed here and I loved it! My appointment was with Sam, she was amazing! Very friendly and asked before hand how I wanted her to cut my dogs hair and he was groomed exactly how I wanted it☺️????. Thank you Sam!

Heather always does a great job! She’s super friendly and Mona always comes out looking great and smelling great.

My dog loves coming to this salon. The owner is kind and loving and always does a great job grooming my pet. GDG are obliging and helpful when I missed my appointment and did not chide me. The most important things to me is the treatment of my pet and the finished work, GDG aces this.
