Honestly is probably one of the best vets I've been to. My only issue is they will tell you they accept multiple forms of payment, and then when you come to pick up your animal and pay, they only accept card or cash. There own website clearly says they take checks, but the young lady wouldn't give me my dog back unless I used a credit card.

This office has a great open layout with friendly helpful staff. Seems to be one of the more reasonably priced veterinarian offices in our area.

Not only is this place the friendliest vet office I've ever been to, they're also the most affordable, reasonable and don't require a $200 pet exam just to get a rabies vaccine or a simple procedure. This place is more like: "Hey, you have an issue with your pet, we're here for you without leaving you broke!"

I called within the last week to get my dog in for his shots and to get him fixed. They got me in within a few days! Very fast and professional service! They had me in and out in a jiffy!! And their prices are unbeatable along with their customer service!! ❤️

EDIT - they banned me from ever returning to the fix machine because my review was poor and uncalled for. So anyone who leaves a horrible review just know you’re getting banned from ever returning to The Fix Machine‼️‼️‼️ None of the girls answer the phone, i called 12 times only to get one call answered. I was told my animals had ear mites and sinus issues. When I went to pick my animals up I was informed that my animals had ear mites and eye problems along with fleas… so what’s the truth? I have several other animals who are around these animals and don’t have fleas or ear mites, so I got charged for things that weren’t necessary. When I confronted the receptionist about the phone calls she told me that they get over 400 phone calls a day. They have at least 5 receptions who sit at a computer all day, the phone ringers are on silent but you can see it blinking.. meaning someone is calling but they never answer the phones. After I confronted her about that she got very aggressive and threw my receipts on the counter, went back for my animals and rudely said “here’s your animals” This place has gone downhill and I don’t think they deserve my business anymore.

Curtious staff. Quick appointment scheduling. Attentive Veterinarians who conduct thorough exams and provide a comprehensive treatment and prevention plan which suits the needs of your pet.

I came here on the recommendation from a friend and I was the staff was absolutely pleasant and wonderful which is why this got three stars. However, when I went into the exam room they wanted to take my my dog away to be examined by the vet in another room without my presence and I found this to be highly strange as I have never had a examination outside my presence. Would you do this with your child? They gave an excuse that it was initially done because of covid-19 and I just do not believe this to be a valid reason. All of the exam rooms were glass so there was full transparency there, but the vet does not have full transparency? I want to know what is going on with my beloved dog and not have it filtered through the vet assistant. Two people ran back to the vet to ask him questions multiple times and that was before the vet even examined my dog. This is not how a vet should engage with an owner or what is essentially a family member that happens to be a dog.

If you care about your pet DO NOT bring them to the Fix Machine. I know many people are looking for inexpensive health care for their loved fur babies but after non disclosed surprise up charges and follow up care from another vet in the area after your pet has received horrible care or misdiagnosis at the fix machine you will spend much much more. Go else where.

I wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking great care of Emma - she is doing great - I was scared due to her age to have her go into surgery, you all showed true love and affection, she is doing awesome and back on her feet faster than expected - you have no idea what it meant to me and my family... u guys are awesome..

We had our dog Murphy fixed at the clinic a couple of days ago. The staff were all courteous and professional. Even with his temperament, they went out of their way to make the experience pleasant for both him and our family.

They took 4 of my dogs in for neutering shots nails the works. They did a great job. Staff was top notch. Cost was not something I had a problem with. They answered all my questions. I would recommend these guys highly to anyone and their pets who are looking for a good veterinary service. even when I had the unfortunate problem arise that I locked myself out of my house and couldn't retrieve my kids , they for a min fee kept them til I could arrange to pick them up the next day. 25.00 per dog kept them warm and safe . Thank you Fix Machine. I'll be seeing you soon with the females. Happy Holidays.

Can you answer a phone? Can you tell me an actual treatment plan before I pick up an animal? The girl who told me You get Over 400 phone calls a day. then get a more people. I called atleast 12 times left two voicemails and you didn’t get back to me till after I picked up my cat. You said it had all these problems. But my other vet said the opposite. Get ur stuff straight.

Not what a needed, but they help me find the best place for my kitty.

The fix machine is the best vet in the area I've taken all my animals there for years their prices are wonderful and they treat you just like family they're the best
