If I could give a lower review I would. Due to this clinics negligence my cat almost died. I was put on a waiting list told them that I believed my cat was blocked ( he was ) and they told me they would call me back. I was calling back to ask my place in line and they said " Oh! Well we don't have enough time for that and it doesn't look super severe " To which I relayed the symptoms again and they go " oh well who did you talk to he should have been brought in much sooner!!" They told me that there had been a ' miscommunication ' and that I needed to take my cat to Emergency. Which I did. I took my cat to the clinic in pasco. After HOURS and HOURS of being told he would be seen that day. It is frustrating to me that they didn't take the issue seriously and talked about miscommunication when I tried my best to explain the issue.

We went in twice first time we found out he swallowed a foreign object they gave us pills for nausea and diarrhea later on we took him in because he got worse the first thing they asked was “do you have money” and were telling us the surgery was expensive and we’re encouraging us to put him down, we told them we were going to pay for the surgery as it was our last hope while waiting for another dog to get c section he was having seizures and passed away after they euthanized him without letting us know when they were going to do it

My 14 year old border collie lab looked to be having a seizure around 11am. I had previously taken her to Horse Heaven Hills and enjoyed the experience so I called them. They told me to bring Bella in now and they would see her immediately. Upon arrival they were quick, professional and compasionate. At the time we arrived all rooms were full but that didn't stop them from providing care and seeing right away. We learned that my dog potentially had a condition that she most likely wouldn't recover from. They provided me with three options and were able to quote me prices for all three options. In the end we decided to euthinize her. It was a hard decision but considering all things seemed the most humane. The staff was so patient and answered all our questions and walked us through the process. They have a very nice, warm and comfortable room with couches, TV, fireplace, a nice rug and treats where they could preform the whole procedure. My wife was able to go and get our kids from school so they could say goodbye and they gave us all the time we needed with her before euthanization. Once it was done they provided three options for her and quoted all three options. We elected for a home burial. After it was done the staff once again gave us all the time we needed to say our final goodbyes. They prepped her for home burial in a very nice bag, did an included paw print and even gave all three of my kids little glass viles with fur clippings as a memory of her. I would highly recommend them if you have to go the route we did. Staff was attentive, knowledgable, compassionate and accomidating. Overall it was a great experience despite the actual euthinization. Thank you to all the staff for making the best out of a bad situation. 5 out 5 for our experience. We miss you everyday Bella, forever in our memories!

During the difficult time of euthanizing our dog, they were very respectful, kind, and professional. I don’t think the experience could have been any better under the circumstances.

Get ready to pay an arm and a leg at this place. Removing 2 teeth for a dog costs more than removing 5 teeth at a human dentist. As an E.R for animals, it's top priority shouldn't be forcing owners to decide how much they're willing to pay for their pets. They have no payment plans and full payment is expected upon services. This place is targeted for the well off or the wealthy, not for average joes who love their pets.

What a great experience. Kind and compassionate staff, fair pricing, and they clearly care about the pets that come in. They made the process of loosing my pup very warm and comforting.

I brought my dog to this urgent care for a laceration received during an altercation with another dog. Prior to bringing her in I called to check availability and get an idea of the cost. The staff refused saying they had no idea regarding cost. I pressed, letting them know the injury was about 3" and required stitches and that she would need to be asleep during her procedure because of her anxiety. She has been treated at other vets in the past and this has always been the case. It was then stated that the exam was $105 and anesthesia started at $150 but they could not provide further information without seeing her. They called later on in the morning and stated they were ready for her to be brought in for treatment. While the doctor was doing the assessment she stated that my dog would be sedated for the procedure, I asked if she would be asleep or simply sedated. The doctor affirmed that she would be sedated, I pressed for her to be asleep explaining in the past 4 people have attempted to hold her and in the end she always gets anesthesia to sleep and I did not want this stress on my dog again. The doctor stated that they are professionals and would be able to take care of it. The bill was $874.74 which included 6 medicines for the procedure to be completed, an additional cost because they refused acknowledge her medical history and needs. Two days after the procedure every single suture has come out, the wound is fully open again. They stated to bring her back in, it will be an additional $500, "Ask a friend or family, apply for a credit card or a loan". We will be taking our pets anywhere but here in the future, they are all about the money! The procedure to suture the wound was $250 (a fair price) but a fixed price as the invoice states "Surgery - Laceration 1" to 3", transparency is lost these days?

Wonderful people, had to take my dog to them to be put to sleep. They are very caring and explained the procedure very well. The card and the paw print was very nice. They helped us through a very hard time.

Had to put my old boy down, extremely hard decision to make. They were very kind and let me have the time I needed with him. When I picked him up, there was a card with his urn, it had been signed by all of the staff ❤️

My dog had an ear infection and I couldn’t get her seen asap by her regular vet or other emergency locations. I called Horse Heave Hills Pet Urgent Care on a Saturday first thing at 8am. I arrived 10 minutes later and was seen right away. Super friendly. They seemed like they truly cared about wanting to help my pup instead of getting me in and out. Facility is so clean and comfy for your pet. You Wouldn’t even know pets come in and out of this place all day it’s so clean. Amazing service. I will definitely be returning here for all future services.

Reasonably priced exams & vaccinations. Clean exam rooms. Separate vets for routine vs. emergency visits. Friendly staff. It's nice having them open 7 days a week with long hours. You don't appreciate weekend hours until you need a vet on the weekend at 6pm!

So happy to have found this pupin' amazing place! Our fur baby wasn't scared at all and everyone was so kind and loving towards him... their prices aren't too shabby either. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

This place is top-notch all the way from the lobby to the exam rooms. They are open and allow you inside with your pet, which is great for the fur kids who don't do well separated from their parents. The staff is very kind and helpful. They were able to fit in my pet for some vaccines at the last minute. Prices are very reasonable and have great office hours to be able to fit the vet into your schedule. Overall, I love this place and will be using it again.

They are pretty good. Little over priced but over all pretty good. Would have gave five stars but one time after waiting like an hour past the time they said we could pick up our dog. They hadn't pottyed him like all day and so he had an accident when he got to the wife's car.

My fur baby wasn’t feeling well and my vet we normally go to was booked. I was referred to Horse Heaven who was just as equally as busy but took us in. I was grateful for them to see my girl. All the staff here are super friendly and helpful.

I LOVE this vet clinic. The staff is very friendly and well spoken. They answer the phone promptly, including when you’re arriving. You’re aloud to go inside with your pets and wait in the lobby. My dog had a simple procedure done and the staff performed it with no issues and in a timely manner. I feel their pricing is reasonable as well. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a new vet.

A bit pricy to take my cat in and leave within a couple hours. Medicine seems the most expensive

Great alternative to a pet ER. Cost was affordable and able to get your pet in same day for urgent care. Once our pet was seen by the Doc we were presented with a list of options and prices, so we were able to pick what was affordable to us. Highly recommend!
