The only vet in the area that isn't a total quack! Love these guys! They have saved more than one of my cats' lives.

I found the person on the to be very unprofessional. I called to try to get an app for a sick pet and with appointments at 3 weeks out I said I would look around because she needed to be seen sooner and the response I received was "well then good luck with that" not really a response I feel was appropriate for my situation dealing with a very sick pet.

I called knowing it was a long shot that they had an appointment but asked anyways, the lady on the phone said no .Like I said I knew that was a long shot but asked if they do emergency services. The lady said sometimes but today they are leaving early and then giggled. Why on Earth would you laugh at someone who just asked about emergency services for their pet? I hope this person felt terrible afterwards but I kinda doubt it. Having empathy and professionalism goes a long way. My dog needed to be admitted for over two days at a different vet clinic, so clearly he needed help. I will never forgive this person nor recommend this place to anyone looking for help.

I have taken my cat here since adopting him (its been 10 years!) and now my dog as well. Dr Healey has been kind, knowledgeable and always explains things to me so I understand. The staff is really great as well!

Good service, but terribly expensive.

Awesome and friendly staff! They were able to take my cats in with very little notice in regards to an emergency. Other emergency clinics in the area were quoting me 6 hours. Very reasonable prices too!

They seem to be very caring of your pet and reporting any concerns!

Solid customer service. Helped me get started with my kitten and they've been consistently flexible about appointments and scheduling. I'm happy with Dr Healey and co.

My Standard Poodle of 13 years has received amazing care with great communication every step of the way. I always know what costs, considerations, and care look like for every recommendation. Having a sick animal is stressful at any time, but the staff was good about realizing that they weren't just treating an animal. They checked in need regularly and continue to communicate. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were sooo patient with my very scared kitten and gave her the time she needed to calm down enough for her exam. I was impressed with the care they showed to her. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff; an overall good experience!

Very caring people. Had to have my 14 yr. Cat put down on March 3rd and they stayed with me the whole time letting me say goodbye to my "little girl". You all deserve 5 +????

I really like the way they are up to date on using technology to send information in alternative formats other than print hardcopy, which I find extremely helpful! They're also taking great steps to keep staff and their pets safe by meeting us at the front and not having to go inside.

Great help with my dog

I took my puppy to her first visit last week. The staff was really nice and made sure to answer any questions I had regarding my puppy's health. She got some shots and left very happy. Would totally recommend!

If you are considering going here based on reviews, read through them carefully. One person on here is related to the vet and another handful are employees. They've all given 5 stars to artificially inflate their rating.

They are the best period... the doc and her whole team truly care for your pet as you would in treating all like family. They make the experience as easy and friendly for even my obnoxious dogs. My older German Shepard was terrified of vets until he came here.. such amazing people!

This is been the worst experience ever every time I go there they try to pressure sell me into getting one thing or another for my puppy talk me into a puppy plan that was unnecessary tried to charge me for a puppy flu shot that they turned around and gave to another lady for free they tried to charge me for stuff that I didn't ask for over and over again it's just high pressure sales I don't feel like they're sincere or that they care about the animals but that is just a business and all they want to do is make money I do not recommend this place to anybody it has been the worst experience I've had with my animals 0 Stars

Dr Healey and her staff not only take great care of my pets but also take the time to help educate owners whether it be a specific issue or general information.

This place is great always helpful. They have been great at getting us in for pet emergencys.

This place is absolutely terrible. Horrible communication, a ton of upselling, not being up front with services. Adding on services to your bill you didn't agree to. I will never use this place again nor do I reccomend anyone coming here. Save yourself the head ache.

There used to be an excellent vet here. However now the clinic suffers from having a vet who is incompetent to say the least! First she charges my parents (victims of the Paradise fire) for a heart worm test and the medications that can only be taken IF the dog test negative for the test. She should have ran the test first then charged her for the medication if he could take it!!! Then, she calls to say he tested Negative for a biopsy that they a week later say the sent the wrong sample... And in fact your dog does have mast cell cancer! Seriously, everyone makes mistakes but this is too much! Plus she says there is no charge but never reverses the or provides a refund of the charges! This entire visit should be free to say the least. DON'T go here!!! Find a vet who is careful and dilegent with your animals health and considers your pocket book!

If you want to waste your money and time go to this vet. They are ridiculously over priced and do not know anything about animals. They recommended that my 1 year old puppy needs to chew rawhide... if you were a knowledgeable vet you think they would know rawhide is terrible for dogs. The staff is so unprofessional and looked like they all just rolled out of bed. I would never reccomend this vet to anyone.

Great with pet allergies! My dog is happier and feels so much better.

I look for one thing when I bring my dog(s) in to get a checkup/worked on. If the Doc gets on the ground with the dog, I'll come back. Keep up the great work. This is a great Vet office. A++
