A Dog Gone Good Place Hillsboro, Washington

This place always stinks of urine and I mean bad; its almost unbearable without a mask. Last time we went we decided to go on a weekday as on the weekend we were told "well its just me here the groomer" but it still stunk. They said they just mopped; so that tells me they always stink. The mop bucket is really really bad and they just dip into it when there is a accident and just spread more urine all over. We have made comment several times to the staff but nothing changes. Makes you feel that its not clean and its not; first appt in the morning the grooming room was full of hair all over and also stunk. Grooming is good but I need my pets to be in a cleaner environment.

We take our dog here regularly, friendly staff, reasonable pricing with bulk/subscription options.

We've been taking our dogs to ADGGP for 10+ years. They have excellent facilities, a wonderful staff, and many services available. Our puppy loves to go for the day just to run around and learn to socialize in the pack environment. He comes home happy and exhausted at the end of each day.

Gracie the Husky has been going to this daycare for almost 2 years. She receives excellent care and comes home worn out at the end of the day. We have also boarded her on multiple occasions with no problems. Staff are courteous and professional. I highly recommend A Dog Gone Good Place.

I hesitated for several months on whether or not I should write this review, but I felt the need to let other people know about potential risks/injuries. We had been using their services, both daycare and boarding for several years. We will never go back after the last time we boarded our dog, he got attacked viciously by a dog that was known to be aggressive, they didn't call to notify us, we found out the day we picked him up. They downplayed his injuries (took him to the vet a couple days later and discovered a horrible infected bite wound that needed antibiotics and sutures and a permanent eye injury) We tried to amicably resolve it and was hoping the owner would pay for the vet visits/treatment, after multiple follow up calls we haven't heard back yet. This happened in May. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED PETS HERE

Too many dogs, not enough space. My dog was injured and no one could tell me exactly what happened. They used to have webcams and I grew tired of watching the staff walk around on their phones. Owner is rude, their 'dog expert' is smug and condescending. Employees often smelled of weed, smoke on your own time, not when you're responsible for other peoples pets.

Never again. They didn't tell us that your pre-paid days expire and then only extended us a week for the days we paid for. They stop the cameras for several hours a day - who know what goes on there during that time and my dog always comes back STARVING even when we send him with a bag of food. Clearly they are just there to make money and crate our dogs. No transparency, the place stinks and my dog comes back reaking of baby powder. You lost a loyal customer.

I've been taking my dog here for about 6 months now and this place is the best! I've researched most doggie day care places in Beaverton/Hillsboro and this place has by far the best price with the 3 month plan. Jack is very excited every morning when we pull into the parking lot and he's always dying to get in the door which tells me he obviously loves it there! When I hear my pup give a huge sigh as he flops over onto the living room floor and starts snoozing away after a long day at day care it makes me very happy :) This place has allowed me to keep my dog content while I'm at work and what more could a dog owner ask for? The staff has been so friendly, the front receptionist in particular is very nice and funny! I think my only ask would be to have the video feeds viewable online so we can check in on our pups while we're at work. I know other day cares do that. Highly recommended for energetic puppers!

The people at Dog Gone Good Place are what make going there an awesome experience! Everyone is so helpful and my German Shepherd, Kimber, can't wait to get there and play. Kimber has been going to this daycare since she was 5 months old and we have never had any type of issues. I always feel safe leaving her there to stay for the day or board for the week. This is a full service daycare, so anything you need is at your fingertips. The customer service is unparalleled...they make you feel like family. I love these guys and Kimber and I will continue to use this daycare until we are too old to handle that much fun!!

A Dog Gone Good Place was our fourth attempt to find a good groomer. We can clearly see from our dog that Mark is great for him. Our search for a groomer is over.

I don't trust my dog's care to just anyone. After visiting multiple dog daycares I chose ADGGP. The staff is great to work with, I've never had a negative experience with anyone. Everyone is 100% professional and seems to really enjoy their job. Bobby grooms my dog and I highly, HIGHLY recommend him. He gives my dog the cutest cut and I get so many compliments from people on the street about his cut and how nice he smells. He's by far the best groomer I've ever worked with. I've boarded with them on many occasions and have always come home to a happy, healthy pup. Never a moments trouble. I'm sorry for the folks that had poor experiences but I can honestly say that I am 100% happy sending my dog here.
