Great pet store, staff and strong supporter of Chewy Pet Rescue.

Had extremely low stock for dog flotation devices which was strange, however the staff was lovely & were very sweet to our dog despite us not purchasing anything. Not their fault they were out of stock. Be aware the prices for dog PFDs were 4x the store down the road we found one at.

Ran inside to grab some bully sticks and a leather leash. Customer service was great and the place has a lot of options for your pets!

Just the sweetest most helpful girl working there that helped me. My Yorkie loves Stella and Chewy we call them Puffs. I always find what Coco needs there.

Its comprehensive but price point is elevated and their selection isn't better than any local pet store. For accessories its fine but food and treats would be better found at a locally owned pet store.

I shop here because of the excellent service and great training tips shared. Wish they had a bigger selection of Wolfgang collars that are trendier and eye-catching, but nothing to lose stars over.

This review is overdue but I wanted to make sure I shared about the wonderful experience my partner, puppy and I had at the Gig Harbor Mud Bay. We were in the area on vacation about a month ago and ran out of food for our puppy. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the right food options for our pet. They provided us with some great samples and we left learning a lot of great things about our dogs diet that we didn't know before. I so wish this location was my local store! This is the type of customer service experience I wish I could have everywhere. Top notch.

Great people working here very helpful

I just found the cutest rain coat for my dog and the sales clerk was very helpful in making sure I got the right fit even without my dog. I was greeted immediately and I was able to get what I was looking for in 5 minutes- this was not my first store, I did not find what I was looking for at 3 other pet supply stores in town.

The people there are always helpful. Great place!

Mud Bay is exceptional store for purchasing pet supplies at a reasonable price. The staff are knowledgeable and truly care for animals.

Nice folks and very helpful. The people are friendly and extremely informed. There customer service is top notch and they have special activities during the month for your furry friend that seem fun. It is nice that you can bring your animal into the store stress and fuss free. They really do care about your furry friend. I appreciate that they offer free samples when you have a picky cat. I found some good quality specialty foods that she really enjoys eating. And the cost is reasonable for quality merchandise.

I went to mud bay to get food for the cats that the vet recommend and for my dogs .As I entered the store I was asked if I needed help I said yes she wanted me to put a mask on I told her I can't breathe I have medical problems and I was tested for covid and I was negative.she was extremely rude and told me that I should write the governor and if I wanted to talk to step outside . I am not here to talk I am here to shop.I usually get food for a couple of months.I refuse to give my business to people that disrespect the disabled

Great pet supply store with lower than expected prices. The staff is always cheerful, friendly, and helpful. You'll never catch me going to the national chains.
