Howllywood Pet Grooming Gig Harbor, Washington

We bring our golden doodle here for trimming and they always do a great job. The staff is friendly and have great communication. Their backlog is usually pretty far out, which can be difficult, but clearly they do a great job for others too.

Great Place and warm welcoming staff

VERY DISPLEASED!! Paid $140 for one night of boarding, and daycare for 2 dogs. Then when I picked them up they were COVERED IN MUD!! I wasn't even asked if I wanted them bathed they just brought them out absolutely filthy! I had to take them both for a bath as soon as I left. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!

The first time I took my dogs there it was awesome ...today after an 8 night stay both came down with kennel cough..they need to close down clean out then reopen ..Its very contagious and plan to call them tomorrow ..to many dogs..wont use them again

My dog ginger is not the nicest dog but somehow she fit in fine with the staff the last time I picked her up she was up at the front desk smiling

My dog absolutely loves Howllywood. He gets so excited once we hit the driveway. The folks that run the place are super nice and the prices are fair.

We love the people-friendly attitude to owners and pups! Today: cut was uneven, he came home jumpy/scared, just different this time. Spa days aren't his favorite! We'll be back!

We've been having our dogs groomed at Howllywood for more than 10 years. We've used Howllywood to board our dogs too. Always satisfied.

Great staff, cute barn like building with acreage and lots of happy dogs. Every dog looked like a model for a dog magazine not sure where the pupparazzi is but they should be doing magazine covers here. My yorkie poo has never looked better or felt so soft. The staff did an amazing job talking to both me and my pooch to make sure it was a great experience. Highly recommend.

They treat each dog as an individual and give them an experience catered to their needs. My Heidi always comes home with a perfect goldendoodle groom and unstressed. Highly recommended!

We took our twelve-year-old lab to your facility for the 1st time on May 3rd he developed a severe case of kennel cough from your facility that turned into pneumonia that we had a $1000 bill at the emergency Room that last night because it turned into Almost a deadly form of pneumonia. I called the facility today and talk to the manager and the manager all she could say when I told her that my dog almost died was "that's too bad "we paid a $120 with a generous tip. Its not even about the money at this point, the lack of care that my dog almost died contracting this from their facility, should tell you how much they do not care. We will never take him there again and will recommend others dont either.

Nice employees, took her right back for a nail trim, got it done fast and safely. Noticed something I had not about her and told me about it. Has dogs inside to pet and visit while waiting. Checkout was fast and affordable prices.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They treat every dog like a respected member of the family and genuinely care about the animals. I did not care for the cut my retriever received. It looked like a teddy cut, which isn't what I wanted, but o be fair, I don't think I was specific enough with my explanation to the groomer.

The best boarding facility bar none. I’ve never met more caring owners. They go above and beyond and five stars isn’t high enough for how wonderful they have been with our dogs.

My three pups have had some negative experiences elsewhere and are a little skittish, but the groomers at Hollywood are kind and communicative and do a superb job! I highly recommend them to all dog moms and dads.

Such awesome kind , gentle folks i didnt even recognize my baby and my other baby who ive had to previously pay 80.00 for a nail clip at the vet because he is an abused stray and will bite when cornered and has had to be completely sedated, these folks welcomed him and although he was tough all 3 pounds of him they clipped his nails and did his glands and no putting him under. I love them all!

10mn late is not 15mn late was still charged the 10$ extra fee! Treated with a bit of rudeness.

There is no other place in Gig Harbor that I would trust with my little love. When I head out of town I know that my lil pup is safe and sound at Howllywood. The staff is loving towards all the animals, and everytime I come in the staff is alert to the needs of the kennels. Also - its perfect because they also do grooming, so I can arrange a lil pup vacation and request a grooming at the end so when I pick up Jack he smells and looks amazing!!

Customers always seem happy with the service they provide. I did a working interview once. Very busy. But was fun to hang out with all the pooches!
