Very helpful when it comes to pet nutrition! The people working there, who I believe are the owner's, are very passionate about what they do. By far the best experience I've had at a pet store! They had so many healthy pet food options and even gave me a bunch of free dog food samples to take home for my fur baby to try out!

Love to shop here they don't carry the junk your pet doesn't need just the good stuff lol the owners are very knowledgeable and prices are very comparable to big box stores

We love Green Cottage Pets! With Tom's guidance & professional knowledge, we were able to get Mac on a healthy dog food that significantly cleared up his skin & fur condition he had. They have a good variety of food and knowledgeable staff. The food isn't the popular choices with lots of fillers. A little more expensive but the pets are worth it

Tucked away inside a quaint little patch of trees there is an adorable pet shop just waiting to be discovered. While on a recent trip to Tacoma for a trade show, we explored the beautiful little town of Gig Harbor Washington. A few years back, while attending a similar trade show, we had met a nice gentleman who owned a pet store called Green Cottage Pets. Since that day it has been on our bucket list to visit his shop. We were not disappointed. A more genuine experience isn't possible. Both Tom and Anna were so kind and passionate about their business. It was like walking into their home. They even stayed over an hour after closing to visit with us. If you find yourself near Gig Harbor be sure to discover this genuine jewel. Very informative natural pet care

This is a great little pet store. If you can't find anything for your dog or cat you weren't trying lol The staff is compassionate about animals and are very knowledgeable about what treats and good each type should be eating. Unique toys and treats.

Very friendly and informative. We were about to adopt a.new puppy and had questions on food. The wonderful lady who helped us was knowledgeable and gave good advise. The selection of both food and other items for pets was very good. The only negative and reason for only 4 stars is the higher prices for everything. But it is a speciality store and locally owned.

I thought it would be more expensive. It's not. Service is great. They really care about your pet and offer so many suggestions you can't find from an online store. From fitting our dogs w correct harness, to giving samples of the foods or treats to make sure your pet likes it. Super friendly and knowledgeable❤️❤️❤️
