They are the best! Dr. Megan Brown came in twice on a weekend to do a minor emergency surgery on our dog and make sure he had everything he needed to heal. She continued to check in with us to make sure he was healing properly. We are so grateful to her for her kindness and reliability!

Went to another vet on island and the diagnosis just didn't sit right with me. Two days later took my dog to Dr. Sonya and gofelt very confident in her analysis. She didn't mind me asking questions or explaining things to me. If you want the best for yourfour legged friend then Islands Veteranary is were you want to be!! Hands down!!!

My dog and I had a great visit here, granted we only came in for a physical checkup and her basic rabies shots. My previous companion died in a veterinarians hands after being overly mis-prescribed antibiotics and steroids so its taken me some time to even be able to walk into a clinic again, without feeling waves of oncoming PTSD. Im still processing the experience years and years after the fact and haven't felt comfortable with veterinarians here on San Juan Island. Or at least till now! At Islands Veterinary Clinic, my worries were quickly put to rest after meeting Sonja+staff. And even my super-uber-sensitive-startled-by-a-falling-leaf 6yr old pit/boxer was at ease during the appointment.

Absolutely the best vet I've ever been to. I highly recommended her....and so does my American Bulldog, Bear.

Dr. Sonja is the best! There may be slightly cheaper vets but that is not a very important factor if you love your critters as much as I do and want them to have the very best care. Dr. Sonja is really smart and she and her whole staff genuinely care. Can't say enough!!

Exceptional facility! We were visiting Friday Harbor and needed to see a vet. Dr. Sonja and her team were fantastic! Highly recommend.
