My cats are always treated with the utmost care and the people are wonderful. Couldn't ask for a better vet for my fur family!

1st visit, so thankful I was referred here. Excellent service, very knowledgeable, explained conditions thoroughly and answered all questions!

We have 3 cats and it is nice to go to a vet that cares about cats. During non-Covid times there are no barking dogs to stress them out. Caring, competent staff. A little pricey.

We bring our cats here regularly and we had an accident occur this week. They were able to work us into their schedule and get our kitty out of pain. Dr. Craig and team called to let us know what they recommended for her. Would recommend anyone to bring their cats here!

They provided excellent care for our cat during her 14 years of life, and a compassionate euthanasia for her at her end of life.

Both of my kittens our patients here and they joined during covid regulations. I've never had the pleasure of working with such great veterinarians .They take the time to explain everything and really make sure that you understand your pets needs and make sure that all your questions are answered. Even though I was not allowed in with either of my kittens I know that they were very well careful the staff there is very friendly and outgoing.

No doctors in the office on the day I went there. It was an emergency visit, so I went elsewhere.

I only put a 4 because just my opinion if you have the highest stars I feel there is no room to learn or for improvement no where is perfect however some places are pretty close!! We are new to the Cat Dr as in the last year. So far we love them and they have taken our fur family on as if they have known all of us for years! The Cat doctor is very busy, and it can be hard to get in because they are so wonderful. With that being said, one of our fur toddlers needs monthly care and I can't do it on my own. They went out of there way to make sure she is seen monthly and we couldn't appreciate that more!! They are very educated and take what they do serious and understand they are dealing with the entire family human and fur and sometimes that can be hard. I know when we take our fur tots in, I can turn my back and trust that all their needs will be taken care of!

The people here are amazing. That’s just a fact. Dr. Nettie is so friendly and clear! Dr. Craig is so determined to help and treat your cat even when it’s getting really hard! The assistants are kind and professional at all times whether checking you in or weighing your kitty, etc. My family has gone to the Cat Doctor for years and I’ve always been really happy with the service and felt all confidence in their evaluations of kitty’s health. It’s wonderful to have a place you can trust! They are absolutely worth it. When our family’s cat of many many years passed away the whole office was extremely thoughtful and sensitive. They sent us a card with kind hand-written notes from the whole staff on it. I just cannot talk this place up enough. I moved too far away to continue seeing them but otherwise I couldn’t imagine taking my cat elsewhere. Thank you Cat Doctor staff for your care ❤️❤️

We started with the Cat Doctor after another vet we had used "including all family members" over 40 years, but recently left due to false diagnosing, lies...etc. so bringing our fur babies to another vet and having to trust them right away when reality of old vets behavior became clear... it wasn't easy! But these guys are amazing! They right away understood that our cats are our family and we expect nothing less then to have them or us be treated that way. Our cats go and come home relaxed. The staff is kind patient and understanding and we couldn't be more happy with our choice as far as care for our furmamily!

I take my two cats here and it's honestly the best place out there! Dr. Nettie actually takes the time to help us understand what's going on with our cats and works with us to keep them healthy. I moved away from Federal way but I still make the drive to The Cat Doctor because they're that good!

My 17 year old insulin dependent cat was scheduled for a hospital follow up. Appointment was set three weeks in advance for 8:30 Am. They had him fast for an ultrasound. We call at noon for an update... they not only haven’t seen him yet the also HAD NOT offered him any food. When I questioned the care from front desk get angry and defensive... Go to pickup my hungry, nervous, diabetic elderly cat to get seen by a new caring vet. Only worried about money. Couldn’t care less about the animals and owners.

The only place to take your cat, hands down. They have treated our animals for 20 years now. Wouldn't take our cats anywhere else.

Called and made a new client/new patient appointment and was listened to with compassion and spoken to with respect. They set up an appointment for a 2nd Opinion on my Cat's health issues. So far seems very promising.

Best Kitty doctors ever! Ive recently been to 3 differnt vets and no one could figure out what was wrong with our girl. Dr Craig and Dr Rosie finally got us some answers. And were so sweet and gentle with her. Thank you so much!❤ Well work the 45 minute drive with a screaming kitty.

I love my vet!! She is so great with my babies and always gives me new insights into their nature and inner world. She is thorough, gentle, and a great communicator. The only drawback is that everyone else loves them too!! Hard to get in unless you schedule out.
