As usual Year after year. Empty upon more empty shelves. Never have what we need. But oh you can drive 20-30 more miles to go purchase from another store . Nah I think we’re good. Don’t give me oh supply chain issues. Kiwi kitchens has been out for months at a time. It cause you don’t know how to order merchandise. If you know your stores are going to sell out of it then purchase 2 cargo containers worth. So when your Stores run out you have backup. Kind of like Christmas toys. Always sold out sometimes even before December. Oh what about 4th of July ? Always out of calmatives. But year after year goes by and same old BS. Store staff tell you Year after year and it always falls on deaf ears. What happened to the family feeling ? Now it’s corporate greed ! You should be ashamed !

Great pet store! We went for a cat scratcher and were happy to find several options. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we checked out, the employee that helped us made sure that we knew that we could bring it back if our kitties didn't like what we got and gave us some free treats for them. If you are looking to make a change to natural cat litter, this is a great place to start. They have a good variety of options with several types out in small bins so that you can explore the differences. There is even a spray bottle with a solution to similulate cat urine so that you can test out how they work! If you have pets, you should definitely check this place out.

If you like overpaying for dog and cat food you will love this place. I do like getting their bulk treats and chews for my dogs though, the chews always seem to last.

I stood at the pet supplement display studying and researching different meds for my dog with an uti and I could hear employees helping other customers so I continued to read on-line about the various products you offered then I noticed all the customers had left yet all four employees congregated behind the counter looking at the computer. I had to literally go up to them and request help. Alex asked what questions I had I said my 1st question would be why are there are 4 employees behind the counter and I can't get anyone to help me to which he said well I'm here now what's your 2nd question. Because this is about my dog's health and not about me I ended up purchasing a product and at no time did he offer an apology or even a thank you after the transaction was completed and I said thank you. Rude, unprofessional

I love coming here, the staff always remembers my pup and they love her so much. Really great for natural, organic, or just in general healthy options for your dog.

Staff was super helpful and friendly! This place has my cat's favorite toys, the Yeeeooww brand catnip filled ones, even when I can find them elsewhere. They even gave me free treats for my kitties at checkout! The other cat toys they have are super unique too. Would recommend.

This was my second time at the Federal Way location and I can not say enough good things. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of products. I took in my 6 month old puppy and they spoiled her with treats. I highly recommend everyone check out Mud Bay for all your fur baby needs. Please keep up the great work!

Visited the FW location for the first time tonight. 3 staff working, all huddled together talking. My husband and I were the only customers in the store. We were not greeted, no one asked if we needed help, no smile. I came up to the counter to ask about the difference in a product. One of the 3 staff, who was leaning back on a counter with her hands in her pocket, just replied with “yup” when I asked, “is the difference in these two toys us the size of dog?” No one asked if we needed help, what were we looking for, etc. such poor customer service! We were excited to see such a nice pet store and was ready to purchase items for our new Labor doodle puppy. We walked out and will not be returning. All it takes us a “hello,” welcome to Mud Bay, what can I help you find?” I’m pretty sure they were more interested in chatting and laughing with each other.

This store has been incredible in its support of the 8 year old cat I adopted a month ago. About 5 trips and tons of different foods later we finally found what our new fur baby likes to eat! Very knowledgeable staff with lots of support along the way. They have found a life long customer. I wish I had tried them out for our dogs a long time ago.
