Did the self-service dog wash on my golden and it was great. The way they had it set up worked well.

The girls at Best Buddy Dog Wash are professional, friendly and efficient. Debbie, the owner, is not only professional, but caring and compassionate as well. We love Best Buddy and will go there for as long as they stay open!

Love Best Buddy Dog Wash! The employees are so friendly, and take wonderful care of my dog every time I bring him in. Amy typically takes care of my Shiba/Klee Kai mix, and does an amazing job brushing his fur out. She’s beyond friendly, and always makes my dog feel at ease. 10/10 would recommend this place for the kind and professional staff!

We bring our dogs here to get their nails trimmed. They are always very gentle and caring. During Covid they are great with taking our dogs from the entrance and bringing them back to us for social distancing. Super appreciated!

Very relaxed atmosphere, extremely helpful staff (Debbie), clean and easy tub and tools for the doggie. Clean towels and aprons, dividers for the covid, what a find. Thank you!

Small selfwash stations, no warm water, owner said that is where I keep the temp. Owner not friendly and had no care about my dog. I reccomend the Gentle Clipper in Monroe. Will NOT go back here

Debbie and her crew gave me and my dog the best service ever! After suffering a stroke and taking care of my senior dog who was having incontinence issues she needed a bath badly. I went to to give her a bath and found my stroke was making it difficult to stand. Debbie offered a chair and all the things I would need to give my dog a great bath. I was able to take my time and together my dog MINI got a great bathand I was lucky to have such great support! Thanks BUddY

This was my first experience with these types of dog wash facilities. The staff is pleasant. The place is clean and doesn’t smell like wet dog. The prices are very reasonable. There is a great selection of products available for sale at reasonable prices. Today I’m making my 4th trip there ????

My pup loves getting a special treat after her bath. I love the special oatmeal shampoo they have for me to use.

Staff are friendly and the dog wash is well stocked with various shampoos, conditioners, ear swabs and cleaner. All are included with a single price, no having to pay for extras or premium items. You can do it yourself or let them. Grooming services are also available. We've been using them for years, tried another one up on Redmond Ridge a couple of times, but came back for the friendlier service and local convenience.

Love this place! The self service wash is awesome but the grooming service is exceptional. Debbie and her crew are so caring and wonderful to the dogs they work on and my pups look amazing every time I pick them up. A+++++++++

This was our first experience at a self service dog wash and it was amazing!! Helpful staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be coming back.

Five Star Rating ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? I’m so glad my usual place was closed today otherwise I would have never found this place & met Debbie(owner) who is amazing & is very helpful!! You have two options when it comes to washing your pup, one option is where you make an appointment to drop your pup off & let the professionals handle it, the second option is self service which is when you wash your pup yourself! I chose the self service, it’s only $20 to wash your dog for as long as you’d like, no time limit like most places. Self services also includes the products needed for you to clean out your pups ears, this was my first time having this option available to me, so I didn’t feel comfy doing it. Debbie took the time to show me what to do & I still didn’t feel comfortable doing it myself so Debbie finished the other ear for me, at no charge! They also have a special face soap you can use to wash your pups whole face, it doesn’t sting their eyes! They also have many different options of shampoos to choose from, I chose a mint julep shampoo for the first wash then I used a oatmeal shampoo for the second wash, Lily(my dog) smells just amazing! They also have blow dryers attached to the washing tubs so you can blow dry your pup! The dryers are set at a certain temp, so you know your pup won’t get a burn! I also had them grind down Lily’s nails, I didn’t even have to make an appointment I just walked in & they were able to get Lily in to the back not even 5 minutes after coming in!! I plan on coming back once a month so I can give Lily a nice “deep clean” on top of her usual weekly baths! Thank you Debbie for all your help & thank you for opening your store for us all to enjoy!

Great dog wash, do it yourself or full grooming. They have everything you need from brushes to shampoos, ear cleaners. Raised tubs, aprons to keep you dry and blow dryers. Good prices and friendly staff.

Truly a great place for our doggy.

Brought our dog here for just his nails to be trimmed. He is a pittie and a big baby but the ladies here were so kind and patient with him! Definitely have a new customer!????
