Very thoughtful and experienced helped us with immediate care for our dog and kitten

Dr. Louren Tronqued was amazing today. My dog is VERY anxious about going to the vet and we just moved into the neighbourhood - I noticed a little lump on his and took him to get checked out. The staff was so compassionate and calm with him, they were so great - I cant thank them enough. Dr. Tronqued has such a kind and calm demeanour about her - I was immediately relieved when she started to talk to me about my dogs health. There was no pressure to do extra tests, she was honest, informative and very good to my little fur baby. I am happy to call this my new vet clinic. Thank you to all the staff today for making this experience as comfortable as possible for the most important little guy in my life.

Took my kitten for her 2nd vaccine. The whole process felt rushed. The doctor informed me of the kitten’s exam results so quickly but didn’t leave time for me to ask questions. Doc was nice but sounded like in a hurry for her next pet patient (They won’t allow pet parent in due to COVID, all communication was via phone) The main reason I’m giving them only 2 stars is because they didn’t leave the sticker of the vaccine on my kitten’s vaccine card!!! I’ve never seen any clinic had done that! How would I know which vaccine my kitten took? The sticker is important as it has its unique number and expiration date! My other cat at home has all 3 stickers on his vaccine card, and all my friends were shocked that they forgot to put the sticker on. It’s my first visit to this clinic, and I hate to say this they didn’t impress me at all. In fact, I was very disappointed as I read so many good reviews about them but they are nothing but a disappointment! Also, make sure you ask for price! They won’t tell you the cost of the medication they give to your pets until you find it out at check out! One review mentioned that before and I do feel the same that some prices are hidden. Watch out your bills and be sure to ask them before they say “I’m sending your pet home with xxx”. I’ll switch to another hospital!

Friendly and communicative staff. My dog has no fear going to see them and he always comes out happy

Our cat was attacked by a raccoon . She was taken by humane society to Huff animal hospital. She was to badly injured to treated . They were so compassionate and understanding our last day with her . Truly helped us with a difficult day . Very kind including flowers and card after . And when we received bill after were pleasantly surprised.

Friendly people and good in service

Staff is great however I am giving only 3 stars because they still don’t allow clients to go inside the clinic. We are way over that stage and I Think the clinic should move on as well. My dog was pretty afraid and I didn’t like that she went in alone, also I got bitten by mosquitoes outside. If the owner of the clinic is reading this review, I urge them to open the clinic .

Great Doctors, great staff. So caring. My pups are rescues and usually don't take to people quickly, they have never had a problem here.

Dr. Olermo is an excellent and ethical veterinarian. She cares about her patients and clients.

The staff was thorough and pleasant and quick even during the pandemic.

Taken my rescue kitten here and they always do amazing with her. First visit they gave us a package for kittens and a little toy. They really care about their animals and are transparent about any charge before going ahead with whatever they’re doing. Highly recommend!

Staff here went above and beyond to help me out with my cat. We had just moved to town and had some issues with grooming our cat. The staff here was so friendly and helpful. Made an awful experience with another business in town a lot more enjoyable because the staff here was so amazing. Will be bringing the rest of my animals here as needed. Thank you so much.

I want to recommend Huff Animal Hospital, their wonderful staff and doctor made the passing of our family dog as comfortable as possible. They were so understanding to our total stress, and then to come home later to find a beautiful arrangement of flowers at the door with such a sweet card was incredibly thoughtful. Our family is new to Tsawwassen, we had only been in once for an appointment, they went over the top to help us in such a tough situation. Every step of the way they were there to comfort us and give us all the time we needed. A candle was also lit at the front desk with a note to others that a family was saying goodbye to their pet and to keep voices to a minimum. Everything they did was very thoughtful and we are so thankful to their staff and doctors.

I love the current vet here, she's honest and super friendly.

My little dog waa hurt and they were very kind and thoughtful , as i was very worried about her, they wrte well priced and did not do any unnecessary test or procedures and also the were genuine in their follow up calls , thank you

Great vets and support staff. Best animal hospital we've used in the 16 years that my wife and I have been dog/cat people.

This place is an absolute ripoff. Watch your bill they try and add extra services that your dog doesn't need or they don't even do.

Good place to go doctor's are a bit got and miss make sure to ask about cost .Things add up quickly. Service is great -staffing is awsome .
