We experienced quick and affordable service. The staff is extremely helpful including the reception.

Great people here even when I was frustrated with the pain one of my dogs was going trough they still treat me well and dealt with me.

They are the absolute best of the best, from reception to tech to doc. We've been taking our pets here for over a decade based on a recommendation and we recommend them, in turn. 100% the best and I've owned pets for 35 years, not including growing up.

1st time being here and Dr. Lora Geisler is awesome. She spent at least 1 hour with my cat and I. I was very pleased with how she handled the situation with my cat and trying to diagnose whats going on. I will definitely be back. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience.

It has been a year since I had to put my sweet, rescue cat to sleep and this place deserves all the positive attention one can bring. I brought them a freshly adopted earless cat with concerns about her health (as well as a very distressed me) and they did EVERYTHING for me. They were there for my ridiculous amount of phone calls to them with concerns. Each and every staff from front desk, assistants and most importantly Dr. Geisler, my horrific experience of adopting a dying cat was made as easy and compassionate as possible. This establishment CARES. I got a card in the mail after they got to watch me have the biggest melt down when I got the news my poor Harp needed to be let go of from the entire office offering their condolences. I recommend East Hills Animal Clinic to everyone. Thank you for your veterinary care as well as dealing with all of us crazy owners!

The only place I will go or my family has gone over the past 20 years. My dog can at times be anxiously aggressive and they have a certain team just for him that they put together with love just for his care. I love them.

Didn't feel like it was a thorough exam of my pet. Everything seemed rushed. I'm sure the COVID way of operating had something to do with that! And the bill for a 10 minute visit, for shots and flea medicine seemed a bit high. But to be fair, I haven't had to take a pet to the vet in 10 years! So prices have likely changed in that time!

We love this ver office! Everyone is so kind, and they do an incredible job considering all COVID restrictions. Very respectful, reasonably priced, and overall great!

This is the best vet office I've ever been to with my pets. Prices are reasonable, and they go above and beyond to make my dog with severe anxiety as calm as possible even though it takes extra time for them. They're super helpful over the phone, too. Everyone there is knowledgeable and cares about the animals they see each day.

Good fast service during this covid times. Costs were reasonable

So far, after our first visit we are optimistic. Time will tell.

Tried to fined a veterinarian for our new puppy who had to have an examination before Christmas, after calling 15 veterinarian clinics called East hills they got me in the next day and my puppy love them so we will be going back and very reasonable prices.

Would not taking my babies anywhere else for care

I took my kitten here for a vaccine and to get neutered. I’m a college student so I am extremely grateful of how the prices were so fair. I came home and he was all over me and happy as can be. We’re on day 2 after the surgery and he’s been so great; bouncing around and being a kitten. Thank you for taking care of my October. I will definitely be back for any needs and will recommend this place to others.

They are very caring when you are grieving a beloved pet.

Thank you for taking such great care of my little dog! I was so nervous about having a dental cleaning done. They made me feel safe and made sure my dog was well cared for. After care instructions were clear. The Doctor did a great job of keeping me informed during the procedure.

Unfortunately, I had to make the decision to put my dog down and the vet, Todd McNabb, was very compassionate and understanding. They were already my go-to vet office for my dogs, but now I know they’re also the cheapest when it comes to euthanasia, and they included a complimentary paw print of my dog to go with her ashes. Very nice people, and a positive experience after a very negative situation.
