We had a sick stray kitty show up on our front porch recently and when I took her in to be seen she received such wonderful care! Dr. Freiberg was wonderful and took so much time with my kitty. He explained things well and wasn’t in a big hurry to get us on our way. He really showed an interest in what was going on with my kitty and he was very attentive and caring towards her. If you are looking for a great Vet, this is the place to go!

We found Dr Fay and her staff when we moved here a few years ago. Dr. Fay is absolutely the best vet we have ever met. Both Dr Fay and her staff understand animals and are professional, respectful and compassionate. Fees are reasonable and always discussed in advance. We trust Dr Fay's advice as she is knowledgeable on the latest research. No matter how difficult the journey it is comforting to know that you have the best guiding your treatment options. The best is Dr Fay and her staff!

First training class here. Super impressed! Facility is clean and well managed. Staff are friendky patient and enthusiastic. Cannot recommend highly enough!

A wonderful caring team. We boarded our “baby” for two weeks. We received frequent pictures and updates on how he was doing. We definitely will use them again.

I love Newaukum Valley Pet Center and River Bend Boarding. Dr. Fay has been my veterinarian since she came to town. Her compassion is endless and she has worked tirelessly to take care of each animal I’ve had. Her boarding services are the best, the facilities are spotless and her staff has always treated my animals with kindness and compassion.

Recently I was given a very active puppy. This place offers free puppy play and learn classes given by a wonderful trainer. Definitely worth socializing and training my headstrong puppy!

Dr. Fay and her staff were SO extreamly helpful and SO patient with me and me issues while helpin and workin on me cat Gurr. She was open and forward with me about Gurr's issues, and what she feels needs to be done. Me is so GRATEFUL to them. They are really nice, kind, and patient. Dr Fay is awesome. She is patient and you don’t feel rushed at all. She takes the time to answer all questions and make you feel you got your moneys worth. It’s worth the drive to Chehalis.

Dr Fay is not only an excellent vet, she has the caring heart that makes it a complete package. I know that my pet will get the best care and I will always receive honest feedback.

we just got a new puppy that turned out to be very sick and Dr. Fay treated him like as if he was her own he was kept at the clinic for 2 days but he's a happy and healthy puppy now

Dr. Brandy Fay has been caring for our fur babies for many, many years. She is the most caring, loving, sincere and best vet I’ve ever dealt with! The staff is also very friendly and caring. 100% recommend!!!

The staff is amazing. Kind, caring and patient with my dogs. I have two Labradors who shed quite a bit. They had full grooming with deshedding treatment done and they felt so soft and had so much less loose hair afterwards. The dogs enjoyed being there and both dogs are anxious with any type of veterinary care. I will absolutely go back for daycare and boarding

We love taking our animals to see Dr. Fay! She is so kind & always remembers us, so I don't feel like I'm having the same conversations over & over at each visit. I also love her willingness to try different options to suit our family needs the best!

From our first visit with our little Ziggy dog, we knew that we were going to get the best care for our puppy. The doctor got down on the floor and played with our puppy and treated her like family. Within minutes, Ziggy was asleep on her lap. A few weeks later, when Ziggy got sick (minor stomach ache) the staff took such good care of her and checked her several times to make sure there was nothing more serious going on. They treated us like we mattered and they were as concerned for our little girl as we were and they made sure that all of her needs were met without any unnecessary delays. They gave us clear instructions for at-home care and even printed them out for us to take home, so we would not have to try to remember it all. Nothing but the best from every one on this team. From the front desk to the head veterinarian!

Ziggy loves going to River Bend Pet Center for Play Day. Staff make the experience equally as enjoyable for me. Does not get much better, it is a win win for all. Dr Fay and her staff are amazing. Every time I bring in my cats I know they will receive quality care. All of my concerns are taken into consideration and all procedures are explained to me.
