Horrible company paid 1000$ for lifetime dog vaccines and one free check up a year. About a year or so after they called me today to say that after a year they start to charge you monthly payments of some amount. I feel I wasted my money. My dog got a few vaccines that would’ve cost 600$ with no plan. I thought I was saying some money by spending a little more thinking he’d be able to go in and get his rabies vaccines each year and what not later in his life. The lady that called was rude and demanding my money. They and she needs to rewrite their brochures and properly explain their contracts with their customers. Would not recommend. They honestly stole my money and time because none of these fees were explained at all. There is no way I would’ve signed up I’m not that person by any means.

I have been taking our puppy to VCA ever since she was a puppy. They are very expensive so we decided to try another vet. When the new vet tried to get records, VCA lied and told them they had no record of our dog being there. When I tired to find out how that was possible, especially after getting countless appointment reminders….I was met with an “I can’t help you” attitude and I asked to speak with someone in charge. I had to call for three days until I was finally told that my name was spelled wrong. Interesting, since my name was spelled correctly on our countless reminders….

Love this vet. They were very good with dog anxiety. They went way above my expectations.

The best vet I've gone to! There are not many appointments until a month out, but if you're able to get one they treat your animals amazingly. I started bringing my animals here when COVID-19 started, so I've never been in the office. Once there, you call, check in your pet, and they ask a few questions about your pet and then walk out to your car to take them inside. Once they look over your pet, the vet calls you and tells you what the diagnosis is. The vet I speak to mostly is Dr. Waller. Dr. Waller always answers my questions completely and goes over my concerns as well. VCA is a little on the expensive side, but sometimes good care means spending some money. To add onto the appointment thing, I've had a few times where there has been a mild emergency with my cats, so I call and they are able to get me in within a day or two. They will always try to accommodate your pet if it's something that cannot wait. This vet is great!

Absolutely worst service. Charged me $87 for a fecal sample. Was just a generic test nothing special they were looking for. Double than our old vet. Told me to take my dog to blue pearl emergency for antibiotics because they couldn't get her in for 2-3 weeks. Can't claim to care about your pets with that kind of service.

I take my puppy Daisy here after a bad experience at another vet. She is still nervous but is getting better. Love everyone that works here. They answer all your questions and squeeze you in if you need to see the vet!

They take wonderful care of our Mini Aussie and even with the pandemic take time to ensure he is in great health.

VCA Five Corners is a wonderful choice for all cats! I had taken my cats to them for years. They are compassionate, intuitive and have dedicated attention to preventative health care. They have treated two of my senior cats and I was very satisfied. Truly a wonderful place for your pet! However, I had an issue with their professionalism after a bad blood draw and urine sample. The technician on the day of my cat's appointment was 3.5 hours late. This was a very important blood draw due to treatment for hyperthyroidism. The staff reported that he had "acted like a completely different cat" and we set up a medication plan for his future visits. Every visit for the following 2.5 years I was asked "Did he get his meds exactly before coming?" and I was reminded that "He was like a different cat." This asking at every appointment, sometimes twice (vet tech and doctor) made me feel like I was being shamed, accused of doing something wrong, and like I was being belittled as a bad cat mom. I started to dread going for fear of being ridiculed once more. I have now switched veterinary offices and I hope that the staff and doctors at VCA Five Corners can learn from this.

We have been going to VCA Five Corners for many years. They have helped two of our dogs grow up and pass on peacefully in old age. Now they are helping us with our new puppy. The Care Club program is wonderful. We enjoy the benefits of regular shots and exams. We especially appreciated the ability to call and speak to a doc when we had a scare with the puppy. They fit us in on the same day because we we're Care Club members. Exceptional, caring Vets and staff. ????????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have used this vet for many years. Since it became a VCA ,it was better. Now some of our concerns are not addressed to our satisfaction if at all.

My 18 yr old cat finally went down by losing the use of her legs. Took her to VCA shortly after 6pm. Vets don't like taking new patients during the last hour before closing so the docs can finish up their patient load and paper work. I think the front gal saw that we were feeling angst since this would be our kittys final moments with us. So she worked it out with the doc and was able to get a diagnosis and recommendation. Everyone at VCA was very caring and sympathy and respectful for what we needed to do for our kitty. Gave us all time and space we needed to say our goodbyes. VCA in burien was great and would not have any problems recommending them to family and friends.????

Take my cats there whenever needed and never have any issues. They are super friendly and clearly they care about the animals and not the paycheck.

Extremely kind and loving staff, very knowledgeable, patient, clear communicators, and available. We took a chance on this place after driving by it for years, and since that first visit we've been very pleased with how we and our pup have been treated. Their prices are fair, definitely a lot less expensive than some in the area.

I understand people assume this is a big corporate place with no care for pets but that can’t be farther from the truth. VCA is skilled and very kind to all 3 of the dogs I’ve brought there. They solve the problem and are friendly while doin it, the staff loves animals so don’t knock them for being an established practice.

My dog had cancer and they were great thru the whole process. When the inevitable did finally happen, we got a hand written condolences card from them a week later.

5 stars without a doubt! I didn't have a good feeling of the veterinary I was going to when my kitten was ill so I decided to come here 2 years ago instead and I don't regret it. I definitely was that frantic crazy cat lady coming in but they didn't judge or roll their eyes, they were patient and kind and understood I was just scared for my little guy. Each appointments were wonderful experiences from walking in to walking out. They took their time explaining the problems with my cat's digestive system and always kept in touch with me to see how the "try out" remedies were working each time until we found one. You can really tell they care about your pet. The office was always cleaned which is pleasurable. I'm sad I can't see them anymore since I'm moving but if you live close by, don't look any further for a vet hospital. Thank you VCA for all the help with my 2 cats, I wish you all the best :)

Words cannot describe the trust I have in the VCA team. It's obvious the care and pride they take in their jobs. As pet owners, we only want the best for our "kids" and I have never felt at ease with any other vet like I have with Dr. Reed and the VCA team. They are the only people I trust with my animals and they have never let me down. Your pets become theirs when they walk through the doors and it's obvious. When my dog was dying in my arms I felt complete trust in them when I said "do whatever you can" to save her. I knew she was safe with them. It ended up being best for her to let her go peacefully, and VCA facilitated that with such grace and care. They didn't try to throw costly treatments at her (like other vets have) when we all knew that wouldn't be what was best for her. I will bring every future pet to them. They are family.

Everyone who works here is awesome. They're friendly, kind, informative, and helpful. Dr. Rhiannon Harris is terrific. She has helped Peaches so much - taking the time to explain all the options, and she went the extra mile to recognize that what looked like just an abscess was actually a mast cell tumor. Her extra thought meant timely removal of the tumor before it spread. 3 years later, Peaches is as healthy and spry as ever. We love you guys!

When we had an emergency, the vet did everything to squeeze us in, see us, and send us to a more equipped hospital free of charge.
