Nothing special, just another pet store with friendly staff.

Usually have what I need. Friendly staff willing to help you. The grandchildren love it knowing they can see the animals and fish.

Nice service but stock was low.

As you can see everyone is running short handed right now. It would be extremely helpful if you had more then one check out open. An you would keep peoples records more then two months.

I came in to pick out some items for a doordash order and was so lost. I couldnt find anything. I needed help and ARNELA was so helpful! She help me find everything on my order and very fast too! She gets 10 stars from me!!

Customer service is hit or miss. Common sight of bare shelves. For the most part can get in and out with what I need or at least something in replace if it.

If you are looking for fish I would look elsewhere. The tanks look as if they are being neglected. Several fish I purchased recently died within three days and I was told no exchange unless I saved and brought in the dead bodies. No thanks.

This is the closest per store. They always seem understaffed there though. I just wish I could purchase a live rat so I can feed my snake but they have some policy in place that prevents them from selling them

They have the gross cat food my cat likes.

The place was clean, no one offer to help, it was closing time so I guess they are focused on getting out of there. Could be good if you don't like to be bothered. 2 bets were dead on the display, so I guess they don't check very often. But cashier was average, last time the cashier on Kirkland up sale me on the food I was buying. It wasn't pushy but it reminded me of other stuff I needed.

1) always understaff 2) the girl who works with the hamsters is super aggressive and sounds like she doesn’t want anyone to buy them unless it’s basically her! 3) DONT TELL PEOPLE TO NOT BU THINGS FOR Certainly animals when YOUR STORE HAS A BOG SIGN THAT SAYS FOR _(your pet type)_ AND TELL YOU NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM said store for you pet and basically bum barded us out.

What I found out with this particular burien location is that they don't honor their satisfaction guarantee. Sure it's only a $51 bag of dog food but when they say we guarantee or your money back I expect them to stand behind it. My dog would not eat the food I took it back to the same cashier who told me the last time I was in as long as I had a rewards program they would return my money. Her tune was a little different today, and she didn't seem to mind that she was losing a customer. Hope her manager doesn't mind maybe that's how they like to operate.

Food prices are too high.

Horrible service. They wouldn't let me buy a fish because my take was too small lol. How do they know I won't buy a bigger fish tank when it out grows it?

I had my mom dog set up to be groomed I went and took him to the vet and he was updated with his shot then I called and told them I need to make an appointment then told them when he was getting his rabies shot on 7-1 and they went ahead and booked me for 7-3 at 1:30. When I got there they said they couldn’t cut him because they you have to wait 48 hours after the vaccination before they can see him. I told them it has been 48 hours they said no 48 hours will be the 4th the earliest they could see him. I said your wrong he saw the vet 7-1 at 1:30 they said our policy is 48 hours I said it is literally has been 48 hours so needless to say they turned us away called corporate and they told me I told them it was 2:00 that I took him in and that was a lie they told me I had to wait till 7-4 to be seen. So with them the customer is not right they are and they will lie.
