One of the worst experiences I have had with a "professional". Took the dog in because of issues with limping and coughing. Had to stay in the car and couldn't go inside with the pet. After the dog was inside for 10 minutes, we were told that they could not take x-rays or do an exam on the throat because they did not have time. But the exam cost $65. Guess I won't be going back there again.

Took my dog in and had x-rays done. I paid $85 to have the results read by a x-ray technician and the vet on duty Saturday was supposed to call me. No call and won't take any money off or reverse the charges. Vary unprofessional to your going to do something and charge for it and not follow through.

We have seen 2 different Vets @ Buckley Veterinary Hospital for our pups and liked them both. We always feel like our dogs are in good hands. We switched over to follow Dr Watts from a different practice, and let me say the experience is night and day! I always recommend you guys to anyone with pets!

They had been my dogs caregiver for most of his 12 years with us. Turns out, when we needed them most, they let us down. Our Gloden had hip pain and they prescribed two medications. Our dog reacted badly to the meds with side effects that were unknown to us. We called daily and left messages, most were returned., one was not.. Our appointment was in one week, they told us just stay the course. We described what was happening daily as our dog deteriorated. I don't think the actual vet ever knew what was happening. Our beloved companion passed in our arms a couple days before his appointment from the side effects of the meds. Stay away from these people, they are more interested in going home on time than the well being of your pet.

Not taking new patients. We just moved out here and were looking for a new vet. Never heard of a vet turning down clients. They obviously don’t care about an animals well being if they can’t even schedule an appointment.

The staff is very helpful and their COVID-19 system is working smooth. With my new puppy I have had many questions, they always answer very quickly and I have never felt like I was asking too many questions. I cannot say enough about the front end staff (Kelley, Paige, Maddy, Breanna), Keep up the good work!!

This is the best veterinary hospital I have ever been to! They are so helpful when my cat was very sick and were the only hospital that answered questions that I had. I had taken my cat to multiple locations and paid money with no answers when he was very sick, but these guys were different and so personal and helpful. I am very grateful and recommend going here.

Buckley Veterinary Hospital staff is always caring and kind. Their communication during the day of surgery is wonderful. Their post-surgery instructions are clear and concise. I especially love the follow up text the day after surgery to check on the patient - if only people doctors cared enough to do the same! Love their office, their staff's willingness to listen to any concerns and every transaction with BVH has been professional and easy. We appreciate you so much!

I cannot recommend them enough. Time after time they’ve been caring, quick to take care of my dog, and much less expensive than I expected!

I live an hour away from Buckley Veterinarian, got a new three legged tripod from Mexico . First I took her to vet close to home …Never got to talk to the Doctor they never came out to the car which is what the assistance do since COVID-19 . They never did address the issue that I took my dog in which was her stump kept getting hit and I needed someway to protect it . Looking for another vet a dear friend of mine had an appointment in Buckley with two of her dogs . They let my dog go in on her appointment one of her dogs was just getting a regular check up . The vet actually came out to me to talk to me at the car about my lucky magic dog. After informing me about the issue and what we needed to do about it. I asked the vet if she’d take my dog as a client a good vet that I trust is not easily come by . The very nice vet said my dog was wonderful and she would love to treat her . I will continue to drive an hour away when my dog needs to see the vet unless it’s an emergency Buckley vet is the best in my opinion worth driving to get a good fit for my beloved pet and service Dog in training . Lucky had to have exploratory surgery she heals very quickly and the incision is fabulous and his healed very well I would trust this Veterinarian clinic with any beloved animal I had .

I wouldn’t trust the life & care of my yorkies to anyone BUT Dr. Stevens or Dr Watts! They give sincere loving care without pushing extra procedures that I’m not comfortable with. Thank you for being there with love & compassion when the hard days came and we had to say goodbye to Joey & Samson. Great veterinarian care!!

Buckley Vet has been our vet for at least 15 years. They know us and our fur-family members, and they give us great care. We'll keep them as our vet!

My dog Tango gets treated like a VIP here and the staff cares very much for all the animals they treat.

Our experiences with Buckley Vet have always been positive, and especially any dealings with Dr. Watts.

Staff and Doctors here are very professional and kind. On our very first visit the Dr. spent lots of time with us on the phone (covid) She was happy to answer all my questions (I had a million) and wasn't bothered or rushed- she took time and I felt she cared. 12/10 recommend!

I absolutely love this place. I wish I would have discovered them sooner, but they will definitely be our pets vet from here on out. Everyone I have had contact with there has been super caring, honest and professional. Both the vet tech and vet got down on the ground and sat with my scared dog. They didn’t make me put him up on the table because they knew that would scare him more. They are very compassionate with all animals and made me feel comfortable as an animal parent. One of our dogs had to have surgery and they gave us a print out of the cost before scheduling the surgery with a low cost and a high cost so knew exactly what to expect when we got our bill. I really appreciate their dedication to animals and I can tell that helping sick pets is not just a job to them, it’s a passion. I 100% recommend taking your pets here.

I drive over 30 minutes just to come to this vet! If you are looking for a vet that genuinely cares about your animal and will take the time with them to find out the best treatment, then look no further!

What a great staff of Veterinary Professionals. The doctors share their observations and recommendations in clear, precise dialog. Supporting staff and very friendly, courteous and keep things "on schedule", despite challenges of Covid. Costs are fair and competitive. All 5 of our cats are patients here and we have the greatest confidence leaving them in their care. Great to have options close to Enumclaw to seek care, they earn your trust.

Great people my dogs love the Doctors and all the staff there. They are always very informative and helpful.

Dr Stevens is an amazing vet and I will always entrust our animals to her care. She has always been there for them and is truly an inspiration to the vet world. Always an excellent experience. You can tell the staff cares about my pet as well as my family by taking the time to explain what is going on with my pup and what our plan options going forward are too.

They did the very best they possibly could during Covid. It’s a bit unsettling not visit with the veterinarian face to face and to communicate over the phone. But it simply is what it is right now and I do trust them with my Pug. Their follow through is amazing!

The staff is always friendly, always helping our pups feel comfortable. The Doctors spend all the time needed to explain and help come up with the best course of treatment needed. Our pups are definitely in good hands at Buckley.
