I guess calling at 4:45PM is close to closing time to bother picking up the phone. That tells me everything I need to know about whether or not I should patron you business.

Nice little shop. I bring my pup in for nail trimming, and it's nice that we can see each other through the glass to help him keep more calm.

Not very consistent, and service is pricey... I have had mixed experiences getting our Shitzu Poodle groomed here. On a good day, they really do an amazing job, but it's only about 50% of the times. I have been disappointed with them before for not following the instructions, but most recent session was not just disappointing, but also worth less... They had barely snipped any hair on my dog, and it looked like all I got for $90 was a shower and puffed up clean dog. 2 weeks down, hair already looks over grown... When I called to enquire about it, they blamed us for not giving them correct instructions ????.

I love how much Jessie loves my pups! She takes time to listen to my needs. I have been going here for years and she consistently does a good job on both of my dogs.

Love this place!! Jesse does a great job with my toy poodle cuts. Always comes out just as I like! Shes a great communicator, and makes my dog and me feel safe when I drop him off.

I wish I could rate separate parts of the business. The gentleman at the front desk is quite possibly the least kind or professional human being I have ever encountered. His attitude and lack of professionalism was astounding. He paid more attention to his talk to text conversation than whatever was going on around him and that is only the beginning. The woman who groomed my dog did a great job. Unfortunately, I will not be back as I would have to encounter the gentlemen at the front desk to schedule an appointment.

Too busy that its impacting customer service

Kristi's is the BEST GROOMING PLACE IN THE GREATER SEATTLE AREA. Hands down. Kristi is amazing her staff is amazing and my dogs always come out happy,cute and clean! LOVE LOVE LOVE Kristi's Grooming LLC!!!

Extremely professional. High-quality service. My dog always comes back relaxed and happy. As a bonus, one of the groomers (Krista) knows how to hand-strip Scottish Terrier/Scottie coats, which is an uncommon skill among groomers.

A huge shout out to Kristi's Grooming for the excellent job they did on my handsome boy! Our doodle is nervous at first when meeting new people and they made the time to meet him prior to setting an appointment to make sure it would be a good fit. When they met him, they got down to his level and immediately he was a silly puppy melting at their attention. They took the time to explain everything to me (we are both first timers) and assured me they would never force him to do anything he was frightened of. He was so happy when I picked him up and I could tell he was comfortable. Thank you for going the extra mile!

Usually have appointments available relatively soon. They are always friendly, and do a good job. The best part is that my dog isn’t traumatized. We were taking our dog somewhere else for about a year, and he kept having accidents and acting sketchy after being at the groomers. But we’ve been going to Kristi’s for almost a year and he has definitely been much happier.

Today I took my dog for the first time. My dog was fine at first but then as soon as he got out of the car I noticed that he was limping. I look between his back toes and he has a huge gash and is bleeding profusely. I have managed to stop the bleeding but it may get infected. I may have to take him to the vet. The point is enter this place at your dogs risk. I will never trust a groomer again. Alysha was my dogs groomer.

Super lovely place! My pup came back with the most adorable haircut & he seemed really comfy too! They were so sweet over the phone too. This'll be my new regular spot for puppy spa days!

We bring both our cats, Jack and Lucy, to the groomers here for nail trims. They are great about getting us in same day, and are so fast and efficient! Jack is a 10 month old, rambunctious kitten who behaves really well for all the groomers here, which impressed us immediately. Great place to take your animals!

I've been bringing my pups to Kristi's for years, and with both my doggies I've brought here they've always gone above and beyond! My doggie Honey is actually always super excited to go in, and all the groomers seem to know and love her! Tiffany does an amazing job every time. Honey is a cocker spaniel mix so has long ear hairs and gets what I call bell bottoms, or Grinch toes that Tiffany always grooms perfectly. Honey was a rescue, and had some trauma to her feet, so it's a miracle that she's able to do so well getting her feet groomed!

My little guy has not been the same since he was seen there for the first time. He is 15 and "needed" a flea dip they said. They acted like had never seen a dog with fleas. My older dog could barely be touched without yelping!

My dog likes the place. She is very happy to go get a bath. They do a very good job grooming her.

First time taking my pup for a nail trim, quick and affordable. Staff was kind and friendly.

My go to place for getting my little terrier girl groomed. They do the full gamut you’d expect from a grooming, including hand stripping. My pup, the true judge, always seems relatively accepting of getting dropped off and happy but calm when getting picked up.

They did a great job hand stripping my dog's wire coat. She looks great! And reasonable prices too.

We were first timers this weekend for our girl, and we will definitely be making this our Grooming destination! The staff was friendly, the text reminders were prompt, and most importantly, our groomer Jessie was wonderful with our girl. You can tell when you're in the presence of someone who is going to love on your pup, and this gal instantly put me at ease leaving our pup with her. She did a fabulous job accomplishing exactly what we asked her to do, and we look forward to seeing her again! If you're new to the area or unsatisfied with your current groomer, give Kristi's a call. We are so glad we did.

LOVE this place! We always see Chris & he does an excellent job on our Maltese/Poodle. Definitely worth the monthly & definitely recommend.
