Shelby and all the team at Keeping Up With Jack are the best!! They take great care of your furkids. They are really caring, understanding, flexible, and I appreciate having them as my pet sitters! Don’t know what I’d do without Shelby and the whole crew! Highly recommend. ????

I have used keeping up with jack’s dog walking service for 3 weeks now. I can confidently say that my two dogs and my family have been incredibly grateful to Shelby and impressed with her business. She did a complementary meet at my home with my dogs to learn more about them, their corks and what we hoped to gain. She uses a great app for conversations, scheduling, photos and payments that I’ve made it an easy and smooth process. I love that the app actually shows where about‘s they walked. Shelby is incredibly considerate and always follows up with a message and photo once she leaves which is always nice to see when at work. I opted to hire keeping up with Jack because I started a new job that was going to keep me away from home 12-13hrs in a day and I’m so pleased and grateful to report that, while they are still excited to see me when I get home, I can tell that they received adequate exercise that day as they do not have any pent-up energy or frustration. To sum it up I highly recommend Keeping Up With Jack!!

Shelby and company do such an amazing job taking care of my yorkie Bella during the work week! We were new to the area and recommended by our prior dog walking company to go with Keeping up with Jack and we have not been disappointed! Not only is Bella well taken care of but the pictures that Shelby takes during the walks are Vogue puppy worthy! We just brought home our second pupper Jackson, an Aussie Shepherd, and I know that she will love the walks and play time to break up the work week! We are very happy we found Keeping up With Jack :)

Keeping Up with Jack has been a lifesaver. We've had a few dogwalkers during the past few months that KUWJ has been walking the dogs, and we've loved every one of them! They are so reliable that I never worry that the dogs won't be taken care of. The daily communication, the pictures--it's just so great. And the dogs love every walker! We are moving in the next month and won't be needing the dogwalking service anymore, and it's a real bummer. I don't know if I'll be able to find another one that is so dependable and awesome! I am so grateful to KUWJ!

Shelby and Joseph are the best around! They have been taking amazing care of our golden retriever puppy for the past 4 months by taking him on walks and visiting him twice a day. They are always available and extremely flexible. They even do slumber pawtys at our house when we are out of town, so that he can be in his own home even when we are away. They have also been helping us with training him to walk on a leash properly! Highly Recommended!!

Shelby and Joseph have been a godsend since we brought our new puppy home three months ago, helping do check-ins and potty breaks throughout the day while we're at work. They are super responsive, reliable and professional - we know our 5-month-old Goldendoodle is in the best hands and that's worth everything in the world. We love the updates and photos they provide after each visit. I'm always amazed at the variety of activities they come up with to keep our little pup engaged when they take her out. Their online scheduling system is easy to use, and I like that you can see their schedule a couple of weeks out. Even when Snowpocalypse hit, Shelby and Joseph were flexible and there when needed (at one point tackling our giant hill on foot to get to our house!) We feel so fortunate and lucky to have Shelby and Joseph welcome us into the Keeping Up With Jack family!

We just started with Keeping up with Jack when we moved to Bothell, and we desperately needed a dog walker, but wanted more walks than just a 15 -20 minute poo/pee walk. We have an energetic and social Border Collie. Shelby is wonderful and found a way fit our dog Fitz into her packs schedule. Since then he has gone on many adventures which he looks forward to everyday. With each walk she has sent a GPS log of showing the walk, and usually a text recap, with amazing pictures of our furbaby too. Recently, she thought we would enjoy a new service they are offering called RuffnRoll with Joseph, and he takes Fitz out on long Rollerblade runs. We have tried it a few times now and LOVE it. Fitz gets about a 5 mile run in (round trip), once or twice a week, and he has a BLAST! All the pics I get are of my dog smiling so big, and he is happy, calm and resting when I get home. Joseph also sends a GPS log and lets me know how much he loves his RnR's with Mr. Fitz too. I can't say enough good things. I have full confidence in the Keeping up with Jack team of Shelby and Joseph!

I have four dogs, including a rott, and I feel confident in leaving them with Shelby. She is a level-headed, in-charge type of person, and a vet's assistant, so if anything were to go wrong, I believe she could handle it. She listens very carefully, for example, when discussing medicine, and later she'll report back that she did exactly what I asked. Her communication is clear, she answers texts quickly, and she has had good availability. She has GPS tracking so that you know that she's at the house. And she plays with the dogs and takes wonderful pictures of them.

I love that Shelby takes care of my cat when we go away for vacation, she is Beto's angel and I feel very thankful to have her! She is very easy to contact and set appointments with, very responsive, provides a lot of detail of how my cat is doing and she takes the BEST pictures of him! She is very accommodating to my cat needs (food, games, medications, etc.) and he enjoys her visits a lot. Once we had to administer Beto a topical medication everyday, and she had no problem to do it.

Having Shelby take care of our three kitties while we're out of town is the only thing that lets us sleep at night while we're on vacation. She checks in with us every day while she's visiting them and sends us pictures. One of cats even requires medicine every day, and I know that Shelby can handle her special requirement. I think that she might love them almost as much as we do. There are three things that we always do to get ready for a trip -- book travel, book a hotel, and call Shelby.
