Was a great place that I took my lab to for over 10 years. Got a new lab and it was like I never existed? They cancelled my appt last week then asked if I wanted to reschedule? Did a reschedule and was running ten minutes late then they wouldn't honor the appt and said I would have to prepay for any future appts. Used to be a great place but good luck, I'll go somewhere else now.

I do not recommend this hospital for you and your pet. The front staff showed me they really do not care about you or your pet. They showed no mercy or grace towards me or pets situation. They called me 5 minutes after my appointment to cancel because I was running late. They also do not disclose of this strict policy when booking the appointment. I don't recommend going here if you are looking for a family oriented facility.

Clinic calls to push up My dogs appointment we agree then calls 30mins before schedule appointment to cancel in a very unprofessional manner(when they knew the doctor wouldn’t be in 12houra before) not to mention they are impossible to get on the phone in order to explain billing or estimates and they don’t even care to keep anyone as a customer.

Every experience here was poor. Poor attitudes and rude.

Wow. We have only just recently started going to Timber Ridge and I have been totally blown away. They have been helping me treat and diagnose my dog who has been having some issues. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care that they have taken with my family.

I love this place. We’ve been here 2 times for my dog’s check and vaccination. Every time the staff is very helpful, understandable and friendly. It looks like they always busy, but they take their time to explain everything about how the process went and how the dog was doing and what should be our next steps.

Unlike previous vet, was willing to work with a protective dog. Last vet suggested euthanasia because their tech was afraid. Timber ridge had no problem with dealing with Filas and their temperament. Was easy to get in with them and was able to talk to dog and medical people at appropriate levels. I drive past quite a few vets to go to them. And plan to continue to go there.

Called to get a sickly kitten seen I just took in. They recognize your number and associate the pet you normally take in to be seen pet when you call, so they asked about my cat Millie. I just lost Millie a week before (ran over ????). I loved this cat. She would always greet me, follow me around, and loved on everyone. I am heartbroken loosing her. Figured I might be able to save this kitten and give it a chance. The conversation started with asking what appointment Millie needed, so I explained the car accident and the kitten I just got. She told me if I didn’t get the cat to an er vet ASAP I would end up with TWO DEAD cats. I love and care for my animals. I get stress may have played a roll, but different words should have been chosen. The kitten is still alive. And I’m seeing a vet cares for their community that comes to their business. Just an FYI I was told to not show up to multiple er clinics. They were either full as well or not prioritizing this kittens situation.

Just tried to take my dog in there for a mouth infection and was told to go elsewhere? You could have at least taken a look at her for 2 minutes and given her antibiotics so I can get her the dental appt. I know she will need. I hope their Dr. is more compassionate than those answering the phones. I’m new to the area, and this is a horrid first impression on a small business As someone who is seeking top dollar care for my companion, I won’t be spending it here (which is disappointing because their outdoor sign was hilarious!). Apparently they don’t want or need new customers ????????‍♀️

We had such a great experience here with our very high strung elderly dog. The vet was so thorough and easy to talk to for the exam. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this office.

My dog requires a prescription medication food. This medication requires a check up once a year by law. My wife and I did not know this. The vet office claims they told my wife the last time she picked up the food. My wife says she wasn't told. I understand there could have been a misunderstanding or my wife wasn't paying attention, but my dog needs the food to live. If you gave my dog a different food he would vomit and poop blood and then stop eating, drinking and moving. It only takes a single piece of food for this to happen. The vet knows this and does not care. I begged them to save my dogs life and they refuse. I would willingly give them any money they want but they will not give us the food. Its Saturday and all vets are closed now. If you care about your family member I wouldn't go here. Think if this was you.

Dr Lavigne is amazing. He just needs to hire a couple more doctors so things run smoother. It takes soooo long to get an appointment

They were very friendly and helpful trying to find the owner of a lost dog. They tried to make the dog feel comfortable and loved while we were there.

I love this place. They take excellent care of my dog and cat and their prices are SO reasonable. My dog had an incident and I would have sworn the bill was going to be close to 2k, but it was less than 800! They are great about getting him in, have helped me get his allergies under control, and accommodate the fact that he isn't dog friendly. He actually loves going to the vet and let's them draw blood and give him shots no problem. They really are the best.

I love this vet. Dr. Lavigne is incredibly compassionate and makes sure you walk away with a clear picture of what your pet is going through or up against. I've never felt rushed or as if my beloved pet was just one of many patients; he treats you like you are his sole primary focus. I couldn't ask for a better vet to help me take care of my dogs.

Decent staff, but I went to go get my new kitties shots done and get a consult to get his tested removed and it was $200. Am I crazy or is that astronomical? That’s just for the first round of shots too! She said I need to come get more. Somebody tell me if this is crazy expensive or if that’s just part of owning a cat????????‍♂️

Dr. Ronald LaVigne is the most thorough, pleasant, helpful and compassionate vet I have ever had. My aging kitty is starting to have kidney issues, and Dr. LaVigne has helped me understand what's going on, never makes me feel rushed. He has even called me in the evenings to discuss test results and discuss treatment options. He works so hard and it is obvious he cares a lot. His staff are also great. Highly recommended.

Took an elderly dog in to be assessed and they were very helpful with our options. Very sympathetic and explained everything in detail.

I haven't had a vet take the time to talk to both me and my husband in extensive detail and truly help us understand our babes needs. I am beyond grateful with how informative they were and patient and compassionate as well. We spent two seperate phones calls with the vet and each call exceeded 20 minutes. He never rushed us, and took the time really explaining things to us. We are just very grateful for our experience, and so happy to have found an affordable vet, with a sincere passion for their patients and patience with their parents. Thank y'all, the entire staff is caring and sweet!

After calling several vets for an emergency with my puppy -Timber Ridge Hospital was the only facility that would see my pet as not many vets are taking new clients. The staff is caring and professional, I am extremely grateful. Cost was affordable, I highly recommend this animal hospital.
