When I had both of my foster dogs, they came to day care and always left tired. I always know I can leave my pets here and they are safe. In the future when I decide to have another pup, there's no where else I would take them. Now that it's my kitty and I, this day care has gone above and beyond to get him his raw food and treats. I dont know of any other day care that would have done that. A doggy day care helping out an old kitty. That's a place ill only continue to do my business with. Thank you furever friends.

The staff was very friendly and communicated well! My pup looked so happy and excited when I picked her up. I will be using this company again for future ????

I’m new to the area and have been researching areas to bring my dog for while I’m at work. After reading some reviews I was a little hesitant due to seeing a handful of them speaking poorly on customer service. When I arrived to pick up my dog, it looked as if he was separated from the others. When I told the employee who I was picking up, she went to go grab my dog, as I was I waiting in the waiting area, I could hear my dog on the other side of a closed door, a few moments later I heard him yelp 3-4 times, the worker then opened the door for him and just dropped his leash and left him alone in a room between the back of the business and where I was standing. She appeared a few seconds later and when I asked why he yelped she said it was because his collar was difficult to put on. She had no intentions of mentioning his cry to me. I take my dogs collar on and off daily and he has never made a sound in doing so. She then proceeded to never pick up my dogs leash and let it just drag it behind him out to the waiting area. My dog looked visibly exhausted and distraught when I picked him up. I was unimpressed by the customer service and was left with a very uneasy feeling about the care my animal was left in and unfortunately will not be returning

This is the best daycare in the area. First, their operational policies are super convenient and the fact that you don’t have to have an appointment makes it always reliable in a pinch. Plus the owner and staff absolutely love dogs, and often give you tips for ways to help your own dog. If they notice something, they mention it. We have been taking two dogs here for years, and they always love getting out on of the car to run inside. The owners do a trial to make sure your dog will be a good fit with the rest of the group. If a dog isn’t a good fit, they let people know upfront so they can find other options. That may not sit well for some people, but it ensures the rest of their dogs have a good experience and our allowed to play and enjoy their day. Simply put, they’re awesome and have made our lives much easier!

I am not impressed at all. Morning person is rude and sucks the fun out of life. I am never ever leaving my missy or recommending this place to NO ONE!!!

I’ve been coming here for grooming for over nine years with both of my small dogs. They are professional and truly care about the well being of animals. The owner has gone above and beyond to help out our pups in a time of need. Money cannot buy that! Grooming is no longer available, but the small and large doggy daycare is awesome as well.

We are so impressed with Furever Friends. Our two boxers had an amazing time and were well cared for. The owner was so sweet to work with us on our late pick up. We we’re given a report of behavior and water intake at pickup. We are so grateful that our boys were loved on and we had zero worries while we were away. I highly recommend!

This doggy daycare has the rudest staff. As a new paying customer they were not welcoming or kind at all. I tried this doggy daycare and was treated horribly. I arranged to drop my dog off at 6:30am the day before, and when I got there the gates were closed. I called and the woman who answered very rudely said she wasn’t aware that I had arranged to drop my dog off and if the gates are closed it means they’re not open. When she agreed to let me drop my dog off she didn’t greet us or welcome us, she grabbed my dog’s leash and took her inside without saying anything to me, she was clearly annoyed. Not a good first impression at all for a first time customer. The 2nd day wasn’t any better. When I dropped my dog off the same woman complained about how “accommodating” she was, yet she still made no effort to welcome me or my dog. She was extremely rude. When I picked my dog up that afternoon the same rude woman said they do open at 6:30 but if I could give her until 6:35 or so, so she can open the daycare and turn the lights on. If you advertise opening at 6:30 that shouldn’t mean 6:35 or later. Worst doggy daycare experience I’ve had. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Called on a Wednesday to inquire about boarding my dogs for the first time over the weekend. They were able to accommodate me and were very quick to contact my vet and get proof of the recommended vaccinations. My dogs were taken great care of and the cost was very reasonable!

Highly recommend! I know Luna is in safe and caring hands when I am at work. Luna is so excited to be there so I know she is receiving the best care during the day! The staff are very knowledgeable and attentive! I am so happy I found this wonderful Doggie Daycare!

I got a new puppy a few months back and didn't realize how much attention she needed. It was hard leaving her alone because it was traumatic. The staff at Fur-Ever Friends gave Harper a ton of love and even sent her home with a jacket on the first day. They got my shy little baby playing, running and getting worn out with the other dogs. The staff are very nice and experienced. I feel fortunate that this place is available and am happy to take Harper as often as I can.

My Dog Loves Furever Friends! We have a very large and friendly Bernedoodle, Rosie. She gets super excited about driving near Furever Friends. She is always happy to go in and happy and tired when we pick her up. Rosie also gets her grooming and baths here. It is super convenient (and affordable) because they do all this while our dog is there for daycare. The folks that work here love dogs and are extremely knowledgeable about them. They are very careful to keep the dogs that come to daycare healthy and happy, which is fabulous for your dog. If you want your dog to be cared for and loved by dog lovers- this is the place.

The access and quality of care for my dogs has been excellent.

The last few times I have called the customer service has been abrupt and not that friendly. Bummer!

Easily the best doggy day care center in Bellingham. Bring your dog in, or not, any time you want. Great people (not children, like you will get at Tails-A-Waggin) supervising the dogs. My dog has been going there for several years. and just loves it. They respect both dogs and their owners, and they know what they are doing. Highly recommenced.

They took great care of our little poodle Reggie. He had a great time.

We LOVE Furever Friends!!! Auggie knows that when I say "play school" she gets to go & see her friends. She's learned a lot, looks forward to her time there & comes home with a happy, tired smile. Highly recommended for pups & parents alike.

We've taken our pup here nearly every weekday since she was 10 weeks old and she absolutely loves it! Very friendly staff and their location near the highway makes it convenient for drop off and pick up - highly recommend!

I'm very disgusted a company FOR dogs treat people the way I was treated. I took my dog in on a Tuesday for a half day, I went and picked up my dog and the lady asked me what days I would like to come in.. I told her Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. She agreed and said "I'll see you tomorrow!" I come in Wednesday morning, and the first thing she says is "I thought you were only coming in Thursdays". I tried to explain to her we talked yesterday about doing Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. She didn't want to hear what I said, and kept saying "No you only said Thursdays." At this point I was tired of arguing with her and told her I can just take him home if its such a big deal. She told me "No, I don't want to inconvenience you, its ok this time".. So again I told her it wasn't a big deal, I can take him home. She then said "No, I know you have to go to work and I wouldn't want to be a inconvenience, he can stay here". The vibe I got from her was very rude, I did not see the big deal and why it was such a huge problem. I called on my lunch break to see how he was and she told me he peed in the pool. I was a little taken aback by this because 1. shes making me feel like my dog is bad and 2. don't dogs misbehave sometimes? I've seen dogs pee in lakes, oceans, POOLS, and even poop in lakes! She made it seem like it was horrible behavior. I offered again to come get him but she said "No maybe he will get better later on". That was her way of saying you have a bad dog, lets see if he gets better. I went to pick him up, and the first thing she says is "He's not going to be a good fit here I don't think you need to come back tomorrow." She then proceeded to tell me how another dog was laying on his back and my dog went up to go play with this other dog. I'm sorry, but isn't this a doggie day care? Don't NORMAL dogs play with each other? She then mentioned the pool situation again and told me he did a few other things but she "could't remember". I am very disgusted by this company. I would NOT recommend this daycare to anyone.

FurEver Friends Doggie Daycare has been wonderful for my two little senior pups. My two dogs are very different from each other but FurEver Friends meets each of their needs. The older of the two is a puppy mill rescue and she is super shy. But since coming to FurEver Friends, she has gained confidence and has learned how to be part of a pack. My 9 year old has the energy of a 2 year old and loves attention. I adopted him just recently as he had been found as a stray in the Tacoma area. I was a bit worried about how he would do in daycare, but the staff at FurEver Friends worked with him and now daycare is something he looks forward to each day. The caring staff and convenient location are important to me. I know that my dogs are safe and are having a great time each day while I'm at the office. But, the staff goes above and beyond their responsibilities as I found out one night when I was late picking up my dogs. My car had been hit and I was dealing with the police and waiting for a tow truck to arrive when the daycare was closing. I called FurEver Friends to let them know I wouldn't be able to pick up the dogs on time. Without me even having to ask, Teresa offered to pick me up and take me and my dog’s home. It was a stressful situation made so much better thanks for MY friends at FurEver Friends.
